I used the treaty on page 1 a while ago, I maintain my military at thos size so it recieves better funding instead of continuously growing.

The 6th and 7th fleet are protecting the western coast of Hong King Empire. They will blockade and resist troop movement from Puczovska. The second fleet in the south of HKE will bombard troop placement from Global Socialist Republic. Since the GSR is the biggest threat to HKE we have sent the 3rd fleet to escort a landing force of 2 million to open a front in the south of GSR. We are going on the offensive!
