After a lengthy and bloody stall all along the Rhine, Vanavoian troops have finally broken the Noxtrmian defense due to an exploited gap in the line near Neuwied. The man responsible was Colonel Stanislas Abel whose artillery brigade drew Noxtremian soldiers away from the gap with a relentless attack on Bonn and Cologne. Colonel Abel was later promoted to General and was responsible for another victory, this time dislodging Noxtremian resistance from Frankfurt. As Noxtremians began to fall back from the Rhine to avoid encirclement, the majority of the Vanavoian force in Noxtrem crossed the river. This victory marks the first time in over 150 years that Vanavoian soldiers have had full control over the Rhineland; this has lead to the war gaining the name "The Third Rhine War" in Vanavoy.

In Africa, Vanavoy has refused to accept the peace terms demand and so the Gelbe Islands are being reinforced and naval activity is being increased to secure both the Gelbe Islands and Soldat Island. To protect several major settlements bordering Worris, which has recently attacked the Empire of Vanavoy, a large force of Schutztruppe have been moved to strategic positions near cities on both sides of the border. The organization of native tribes and chiefdoms in the Vanavoian armed forces has also changed with the new Heimischkorp acting as a more formalized and centralized version of the Asari-Dokubo war tribe.

This opened an opportunity for the NGU to annex most of the Alornian territory directly into the Union as the Commonwealths of Alta California and Cascadia. Though the NGU did annex most of Alorn, there were areas in the southeast Great Basin that were left untouched by the Nationalist Gold Union and surrounding nations. These states, referred to as Alornian military states or warlord cliques, are all exclusively ruled by Alornian military governors and claim to be the true successors to the Alornian government. Each clique claims each other's territory and all of Alorn as well. All of the cliques have a small military force comprised of leftovers from the collapsed Alornian military, though supply is limited and usually consists of smuggled weapons. Although in-fighting is sporadic, there is no central command among the Alornian successor states and no sense of unity in sight. A breakdown of these states can be seen as follows: Cheyenne clique The Cheyenne clique borders the Provo, Denver, and Ogallala cliques. It is ruled by a military junta led by General Darrin Upton. Denver clique The Denver clique, located in Colorado, is the second most powerful clique of the six. Opposed to the Provo clique, the Denver clique has a democratically elected council to govern the territory, which is governed by President Xuan Tatton. Regardless, the military garrison in the Denver clique controls most of the power in the area, headed by General Flavio Walters. The Denver clique refers to itself as the Republic of Alorn. It has attempted several invasions of the Cheyenne clique in the past. Garden City clique The Garden City clique borders the Lamar and Ogallala cliques. It is the least populated of the cliques, and regularly finds itself alliances with the Lamar and Ogallala cliques. It is ruled by a military junta led by General Bartolomé Hollands and is subject to heavy Worrisian influence. Lamar clique Information: The Lamar clique borders the Cheyenne, Denver, Garden City, and Ogallala cliques. It is ruled by General Ashton Johns. Ogallala clique Information: The Ogallala clique borders the Cheyenne, Lamar, and Garden City cliques. It is ruled by a military junta led by General Rayner Paulson. Provo clique Information: The Provo clique, located in Utah, is the most powerful clique of the six. It is ruled by a military junta ruled led by General Artemio Quintana, who controlled a small garrison army during the second NGU-Alorn war. Military Budget and Projects Report

Today in this ever-changing world and with more international threats to our way of life than ever before, President Oliver has passed an executive order increasing the military budget to $95,000,000,000 and enacting selective services where every able-bodied man 18 years of age and over must register by July of 2036. The budget increase will primarily focus on investing in Amphibious Assault and land assets, also focusing on investing in a new line of destroyers duly named The Alex Jones Class and Vitality Class. Costing at 1.4 billion dollars each, the navy is set to output 10 of these destroyers by May of next year and at 800 million dollars, the Navy expects to produce 15 of the Vitality class by July of 2037.

First Official Confederate CEO Elected



CEO Nitaya prepares to give victory speech in Hong Kong


Following the recent election for the first official CEO of the Confederacy, local Hong Kong business tycoon Sunetra Nitaya was inaugurated as the 2nd CEO of the Confederacy. She campaigned under the platform of rebuilding factional infrastructure to a level that would "make the nation entirely self sufficient". CEO Nitaya immigrated from Bangkok to establish several construction and insurance firms in 2028 which gained a significant national market share. She doubled down on restoring the Confederacy's "pacific dominance" without sacrificing industrial modernization. Former CEO Weinberg stepped down and returned to work for H&R Bloc stating, "I'm glad to no longer have to deal with the brainlets from abroad."

It seems the politicians in Kushab have finally grown tired of having to avoid piles of shit left by caring citizens on their way up the stairs to the Assembly, as new legislation has been passed which requires all major urban cities to construct public defecation "troughs" within their cities. These public shitstreams will be required to be indoors, though the chances of your average street-shitter of deciding to open a door handle and shit on metal rather than let one go as they are walking down the street is low if you ask me.

It is estimated that over 50% of Panjalis still practice public defecation, and this legislation guarantees to bring that number down by at least one percentage point.

Personally, I've always enjoyed the open and free feeling of just letting one out right in the sewer drain and not even cleaning up afterwards. I'm not sure if I'll bother to go into one of these trough houses even if I'm given the chance. The ease of access of the street as lavatory is frankly unparalleled compared to any other more "sanitary" options.

Whether or not street shitting is a product of poverty or if it is just a cultural staple that we all love is unknown to me. But if this law is followed by all cities, maybe we'll see some sort of change.

Legal Drugs Around The Corner

Today UCK leader Bojidar announced that drugs will be legalized and regulated in the near future. We have his entire statement on record so everyone may enjoy the news.

"We will be soon legalizing and regulating recreational drug use. We will be constructing multiple dispensaries across the nation, and to legally purchase these drugs, you will need to apply for a recreational drug card. After turning 18 you will be able to go to any employment office near you, submit a form and your birth certificate/ photo ID, and within 3 weeks, you will receive an RD card. These cards allow you to purchase any drug from the dispensaries, but each card has a limit set onto it to prevent abuse and overdose. Each card will be linked to your government file, so there is no possibility for receiving a second card or using a acquaintances card. All drugs will have a tax correlating to its attributes, like addiction chance, severity, danger, and so on. Marijuana will have a 10% tax, opioids will have a 15% tax, heroin and morphine will have a 25% tax, cocaine will have a 35% tax, and methamphetamines will have a 75% tax."

This imposed tax on the more lethal drugs has good intentions, but people are asking, "Is it enough?". This whole system may reduce street crime, create new jobs, and grow the economy, but think of all the new overdoses and addiction it will cause. There are still ways to acquire drugs besides via dispensaries so the chance for abuse is rising. This problem is for another time though. Far-left Militias skirmish with the Filipino government



Filipino forces on patrol in Mindanao.


The past month saw some of the worst human rights abuses by police in Filipino history. Stores were extorted, people were kidnapped, and political activists were beaten within an inch of their life. A communist paramilitary group known as the "Red Guard" has taken up arms against the current administration. Sporadic fighting has taken place in Luzon and Mindanao, where over 85 police officers and 200 insurgents have lost their lives. Director Xiao Nai of the Han Federation expressed sympathy for the rebels and stated that, "When people are being tormented by their own police we cannot fault them for fighting back. Perhaps the left should be allowed to remove these fascists."

CEO Nitaya did not share Director Xiao's enthusiasm and told the Filipino government that, "the Confederacy has many talented and competitively priced PMC's that could clamp down on the rebels within 3 business days." It appears that our elected executive has taken some personal days in the middle of her term. CEO Nitaya left Director Klosschers as her temporary substitute for the duration (which is yet to be determined) of her leave. Director Klosschers is a capable politician that turned Java from a slum to the financial capital of the world so at least we can be reassured that the Confederacy is in good hands. The expenses for the CEO's trip were paid via a private bank account in Svallbard, making it unlikely that what little tax dollars are collected went into financing this "vacation". President Ilir Nishani Responds to Walgreensian Claims

Less than a month ago, the Walgreensian leader, Stefano Pessina, was shot by an unknown gunman. Jacopo Pessina, son of Stefano, made a statement claiming that the attack was orchestrated by the Shqipëri government. President Nishani of Shqipëri released a public statement on the attack this morning:

"Two weeks ago, the leader of Walgreens, Stefano Pessina, was shot. And in this time of great worry and anxiety for the Walgreensian people, they have begun to vilify our great democracy by stating that this barbarous attack on their esteemed leader was orchestrated and carried out by the Shqipëri government. I would like to set the record straight and tell the esteemed people of Walgreens that we do not claim any responsibility for this horrific event. And along with this, we publicly denounce whomever the attacker is, no matter if he is from Greater Shqipëri, or somewhere else. This individual is a menace to the international community, and must be captured and brought to justice.

The Shqipëri government is willing to cooperate one-hundred percent with the Walgreensian investigation into this attack. Along with this, we agree to let any Walgreensian officials investigate within the borders of our country if it is deemed necessary. These are trying times in our region, and it is a time for unity, not divisiveness. I sincerely hope that the Walgreensians agree."

Along with this, Shqipëri diplomats have been working hard to re-open diplomatic talks with the Walgreensian government.
