Upon the auspices of Lord Megatron, you have been invited to attend a dinner located at the city-state of Vos, of which Supreme Emperor Megatron himself will host. This is a rare opportunity, for many of whom Megatron likely despises since they are organic lifeforms, to see Cybertron in all of her glory. This mass-telegram is being issued to many nations as possible, presumably for diplomatic means and for goals that are classified and that only Lord Megatron and his High Lords and his Builder Assembly may know about.

Now, as for locations:
Main Hall: The "main hall" of the High Pavilions. It is heavily guarded by the Temple Guard, and it will be the initial place where the dinner shall be held. Megatron's Cybertonium throne is held at the end of the hall, and the table is a few steps in front of it. Grandiose golden statues of Megatron are scattered throughout the place, two of them, for example, at the entrance.
Barracks: There are multiple barracks scattered throughout the exterior of the High Pavilions, all dedicated to the defence of Megatron, the High Lords and the Builder Assembly. Leaders of other nations are barred from entry, except for close allies of Megatron.
The Bar: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are sold here by Dipole, a friendly bartender, but he is also willing to open fire on you if you skip on your pay.
The Library: A gargantuan library that caters to the intellectuals. It hosts over a million books from Cybertronian history; all books written in post-war Cybertron must have their authors hand Megatron a copy of it for "safe-keeping".
Entertainment Room: A room that hosts movies. There is also a Groundbridge that links throughout all of Cybertron, and it will primarily be used to transport leaders throughout the coliseums.
Backyard: A large area of land outside the High Pavilions. It contains some barracks, and also some music played by musicians throughout the Empire (e.g. the Decepticon Loudpedal and the Autobot High Lord-sympathizing Twincast).
