Brief bio: Akeela was created on Lycionia Prime several years before the Lycionian War of Independence. Being programmed and assigned to be one of the many Security Bots to act as the police and defence force of the newly colonized worlds of the Baileyi Federation, Akeela was granted the ability to use the various weaponry of the arsenal of the Security Force during their time serving. During their time of service, many battles were fought against various gangs and crime syndicates in the early stages of the colonization program, as Akeela's Team, the 116th Law Enforcement Brigade (L.E.B), was well known for their efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. Further down the line, Lycionia Prime and the worlds with a significant Lycionian Presence declared themselves independent against the Baileyi Federation, inciting a conflict that would destroy many worlds. As the war dragged on, the Lycionian Defence Forces soon recruited Akeela and their unit in and pushed them into one of the harshest battles of the war, and the last. The Battle for Lycionia Prime was fought bitterly, as it dragged on observers found that the 116th were outliers from the average Lycionian unit. They excelled in ranged combat, equipped with the software necessary to sight in enemies without a scope from a large distance, and being able to find the weaknesses of the masses of Baileyi Forces. The Battle of Lycionia Prime dragged on for nearly half a year, with the 116th participating in nearly every major battle. Despite their best efforts, the victor of the war were the Baileyi, no matter what the Treaty of the Commonwealth stated. Akeela's 116th was to be integrated into the Commonwealth Military as a Designated Marksman Unit, renown for their work in sharpshooting. The news of an upcoming tournament recently came to the Commonwealth, and the 116th recommended that Akeela take the nomination. The hope of the Commonwealth's Commitment to the Tournament is that it will place an international respect for the Commonwealth, and increase the prestige of the 116th.
Weapons or abilities:
Armour: While the Lycionians are already physically and materially stronger than regular organics, projectile weaponry can still be a solution of dealing with them if they do appear to be an issue. With this in mind, an Armour System was created to make the Lycionian People even more resilient than at default. Akeela is equipped with the Mark III Version of the Military Standard Issue Armour, capable of withstanding enormous amounts of stress from projectiles and other sources of pressure, as well as absorb much of the damage caused by impact-explosives, protecting the being equipped with the armour. It also has the capacity for "Adaptive Camouflage", where sensors on the armour can match the appearance of the surrounding environment, significantly reducing visibility to hostile. The Mark III isn't bulky, but rather conforms to the user's shape, and allows for free-range movement.
Weaponry:
Akeela is equipped with a hybrid plasma-railgun Marksman Rifle capable of semi-automatic and automatic fire. The Rifle utilizes a high calibre projectile slung at over 3 km/s through the rail gun system in the barrel, as the projectile has a solid mass with a lump of superheated material that can cause a minor explosion on impact, causing a combination of explosive and kinetic damage. The Rifle utilizes a variable zoom-level scope that is built into the structure that can go up to x12 Zoom.

Alongside the Marksman Rifle, Akeela has been equipped with a machine pistol to deal with close-range threats in close range, tight spaces where the Marksman Rifle would be cumbersome. It has an automatic rail-gun system firing at ~600 RPM and to assist in recoil control it has an extendible stock. The Machine Pistol also has a reflex sight equipped.

Akeela also carries around one of the prized Energy Blades of the Commonwealth, a highly effective, light weight melee weapon capable of dealing with even the greatest of face-to-face encounters with the enemy. It's able to be retracted alike to a light saber and kept in a compact package.

Finally, Akeela is equipped with 3 Fragmentation Grenades, 4 Impact Grenades, and 2 Smoke Grenades.

Can't wait for this game to get started. Kaden's augmentations are fully functioning and he is packing his favorite weapons. And it looks like I'm not the only marksman in the arena.

The Arena is about 5 by 9 miles. Total area is around 45 square miles. Just giving a hint.

The End is near indeed. Jarmen's such a headache back in Generals, just imagine what he would be with a most-likely-augmented "normal" rifle and DDT grenades, not to mention his strength to rip through battlesuits with a bloody army knife. :p

Okay. Let me say a few things.

1) Apathy most certainly does not use NS stats.
2) I, God-Emperor Damien Quartz, is a human Eldritch Abomination.
3) Apparently the sig was too big, so I cut 98% of it.
4) Apathy is as chocked with bull as Hammer Britannia. Why? Because we were based off of them!

Although, the poison grenades might not be too effective, as a large amount of the characters are immune to poison.

Well, hell. Anyway, Jarmen's M.O. is either play the waiting game or going in actual ninja style. All in all, completely stealth-based, and probably would make him the hardest character to root out without anti-stealth techniques. If anyone does have it, I'm sure it's Game Over for Jarmen the moment he spots them.
