We note with great regret that Exar Sadow has elected to declare war on Franberry. While we are against unessential violence, essential violence is always welcomed and, therefore, we would be pleased to offer goods and services to the estimated winning side, Franberry, as our strategic annalists have determined the chance of Franberry's victory to be approximately %95.201. It has been a very long time since I have laughed this hard. The fact that I have read a diplomatic communique that includes 'smileys' and a declaration of war from a country with eight million people against a country with more than eight billion is downright hyterical. Although on a more serious basis I would highly reccomend the 'government' of Exar Sadow backs away from it's declaration of war against Franberry as taking on any Havenic power alone with the population of Cazatania's second largest city is like commiting suicide with a long range sniper rifle, and then being greeted in the afterlife by a God who is eager to hit you with a sledgehammer. If you decide not to follow my advice, have a nice nuclear destruction.
We would also like to extend our thanks to the nation of Franberry for aiding in the process of evolution and removing the nation of Exar Sadow from the tree of life.

With all sincerity, I doubt whether nuclear or other non-conventional (i.e., biological, chemical, and the like) weapons would be required. The only real hindrance to any cause against Exar Sadow would be that of traffic control, considering the numbers against him.

The Ruling Council of the Golugani Empire agrees with the sentiment put forward by the humans of Isselmere, and wishes to add to the point that the use of such weapons of mass destruction would lead to the needless ruin of potentially valuable infrastructure and the needless loss of civilian life.

With that said, our people are interested in acquiring certain assets native to the territories of Exar Sadow that invading human parties are unlikely to hold interest in investing in. If said parties hold no objection to the Golugani Empire's acquisition of said assets, then we would be more than willing to cooperate with humans in the interest of eliminating Exar Sadow's leadership and distributing what wealth their land has among parties interested in occupation.

I held out on ruling on this thread. I simply locked it while I took my time in reviewing it. To determine if someone is staying within the rules or not with an RP is difficult. Unlike with NSG, the lines are quite blurred. However, in this case, I am inclined to say, that Exar Sadow has indeed cross the lines. This is nothing more than a pitiful bit of trolling. I highly suggest reading the stickies on how to RP so you don't have to resort to trolling.
