After a series of Cabinet meetings , the strategic decision making regarding the Anglo-Irish Conflict has been passed to the Grand High Command of the Federation. And at 7:21 , upon the thirtieth day of the month of March , Federal forces will begin operations to bring this bloody and unnecessary conflict round to its needed end. Unless all sides involved agree do drop arms within the next two hours , repatriate captured territory and enter peace talks , the Federal air force will be ordered to start an aerial bombardment of strategic positions on both sides , in order to incapacitate their military and bring about a much needed ceasefire. It is a shame that the Federation has to resort to these measures , but after the earlier offers of a peacekeeping force were refused , this seems like the only available route of action. We await the response of all belligerents

Hardenburgh salutes and applauds the actions of Unitopolis , it is obvious that their government has come to the recognition that this conflict has gone on for far too long , and it is , to all intents and purposes time to bring about an end to it. Generally , the Grand Duchy is in agreement with the terms proposed by Unitopolis , however , to safeguard the futures of the people of Britain and Ireland , there are a few minor adjustments that should be made , to ensure a peace deal which will last into the foreseeable future. Here is what Hardenburgh views as a necessary peace deal
1. Britain shall be given Meath and Monaghan, and be allowed to keep Northern ireland.
2. However, they shall be expected to withdraw troops from other areas of the country
3. The Federation will pay for any damage done to Ireland
4. Both sides must agree not to fight for 40 years
5. Britain formally withdraws any claim to land other than the aformentioned area.
6. A Demilitarized zone , patrolled by Hardenburghian and Alexiandran forces will be created between the British and Irish provinces

The Commonwealth deems this treaty a interferance, we do not think Hardenburgh have a right to dictate at this time. We believe that the war should carry on and the victor dealt with accordinally.

Hardenburgh would like to remind all involved nations that it is acting on behalf of the Federation , an organisation with more combined power than both sides in this conflict. However , in regards to Kington Langley's intended aquisition of Sligo , the Grand Duchy would suggest the following two options.
1) A dual sovereignty agreement is drawn up , giving Kington Langley administrative power in the region and Ireland Sovereignty.
2) A small Kingtonian armed contingent of no more than 2,000 soldiers is deployed into the province
3)Kington Langley call together a regional assembly , making the region semi-autonomous
The second option would give Kington Langley full power over Silago for a duration of ninety nine years
1) A ninety nine year lease agreement is drawn up. Kington Langley retain complete sovereignty over the territory for ninety nine years , at the end of this period a new lease agreement can be arranged
2)Kington Langley have full autonomy over however the region is administered , however Hardenburgh would suggest the election of a regional assembly
3)A small armed contingent is deployed to provide basic security in the region
We thank all nations involved for so willingly coming to negotiations

We thank the nation of Hardenburgh for drafting a treaty to end this bloodshed, we will happily accept the second option but are willing to offer dual citizenship for Sligo citizens and create a free movement area between Ireland and Sligo. We endorse the treaty and hope that it leads to long lasting peace.
I also amended the treaty to correct the name of my nation
