After a series of Cabinet meetings , the strategic decision making regarding the Anglo-Irish Conflict has been passed to the Grand High Command of the Federation. And at 7:21 , upon the thirtieth day of the month of March , Federal forces will begin operations to bring this bloody and unnecessary conflict round to its needed end. Unless all sides involved agree do drop arms within the next two hours , repatriate captured territory and enter peace talks , the Federal air force will be ordered to start an aerial bombardment of strategic positions on both sides , in order to incapacitate their military and bring about a much needed ceasefire. It is a shame that the Federation has to resort to these measures , but after the earlier offers of a peacekeeping force were refused , this seems like the only available route of action. We await the response of all belligerents

1. Britain shall be given Meath and Monaghan, and be allowed to keep Northern ireland.

2. However, they shall be expected to withdraw troops from other areas of the country

3. Britain must pay $1.2billion in reparations to all the irish allies involved

4. Both sides must agree not to fight for 40 years

5. Britain formally withdraws any claim to land other than the aformentioned area.

Generally , the Grand Duchy is in agreement with the terms proposed by Unitopolis , however , to safeguard the futures of the people of Britain and Ireland , there are a few minor adjustments that should be made , to ensure a peace deal which will last into the foreseeable future. Hardenburgh is pleased to see the positive response of those involved in this war. We ask of the nations on both sides who are currently involved in the fighting , to retreat their forces to their bases , and allow a 120,000 man Hardenburghian peacekeeping force to be deployed in between the British and Irish provinces. We are also preparing to open a peace conference to settle this dispute for once and for all

All nations involved are still warned that the threats of Grand High Command could still be enacted upon

We also understand that Hardenburgh does not have the authority to bring this war to an end but agree that it is time to end the bloodshed, we shall only officially support this treaty if our certain demands are met...

1. We can keep the occupied county of 'Sligo' as an overseas territory

2. Allow to station soldiers in Sligo (for defense purposes, our nation as a democracy will fully respect the treaty)

We shall however offer the Irish government an agreement of dual sovereignty over Sligo and also allow citizens to travel freely between Sligo and Ireland without the need of a passport and ensure that all citizens recieve dual citizenship. We also agree to pay any amount of war reparations under £2.5 billion

If our demands are not met, we shall not agree with the treaty and continue to fight.

Hardenburgh would like to remind all involved nations that it is acting on behalf of the Federation , an organisation with more combined power than both sides in this conflict. However , in regards to Kington Langley's intended aquisition of Silgo , the Grand Duchy would suggest the following two options.

1) A dual sovereignty agreement is drawn up , giving Kington Langley administrative power in the region and Ireland Sovereignty.

2) A small Kingtonian armed contingent of no more than 2,000 soldiers is deployed into the province

3)Kingtonia call together a regional assembly , making the region semi-autonomous

The second option would give Kingtonia full power over Silago for a duration of ninety nine years

1) A ninety nine year lease agreement is drawn up. Kingtonia retain complete sovereignty over the territory for ninety nine years , at the end of this period a new lease agreement can be arranged

2)Kingtonia have full autonomy over however the region is administered , however Hardenburgh would suggest the election of a regional assembly

3)A small armed contingent is deployed to provide basic security in the region
