Hong Kong and Macau have been captured. Due to their small size, it was extremely easy to capture them. Guangzhou on the other hand, being a major city on the mainland is now under siege. A further 125,000 Nunavutian troops are being sent to a makeshift military camp in Macau in groups of 5,000 at a time. Eventually this will be increased to 15,000 per trip, however this will not be possible until ships patrolling across the world can be moved to Nunavutialand.

Before this incident escalates, we draft the Treaty of Macau -

TREATY OF MACAU -
Article 1 - Nunavutialand annexes the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
Article 2 - Nunavutialand annexes Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
Article 3 - Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangsu will be merged into the Nunavutian Province of Eastern China. Hong Kong and Macau will be fused into the Nunavutian Province of Southern China
Article 4 - The island of Taiwan will be split between Nunavutialand and the Protacan Anzotac Peoples, with the Counties of Hualien, Yilan, Hsinchu, Taoyuan, New Taipei City, Taipei City and Keelung City being controlled by Nunavutialand, and the South being Anzotac controlled.
Article 5 - Nunavutialand pays war reparations of 15,000,000,000 diahoxims (at an exchange rate of ten Royal Diahoxims per US Dollar, leading to Nunavutialand paying 150,000,000,000 diahoxims.).
Article 6 - Nunavutialand may not store any chemical, biological or nuclear weapons in the Nunavutian Province of Eastern China, the Nunavutian Province of Southern China, or Northern Taiwan.*
Article 7 - Nunavutialand revokes all claims to the land of the Protacan Anzotac Peoples**
Article 8 - The Protacan Anzotac Peoples may not store any chemical, biological or nuclear weapons in Southern Taiwan.*
Article 9 - The border between Nunavutialand and the Protacan Anzotac Peoples will be split by a "Militarised Zone" along which troops from both nations will be present in a high quantity in order to prevent any tensions along the border whether it be illegal immigration or military/diplomatic tension.
Article 10 - The Protacan Anzotac Peoples revoke all claims to Nunavutian-controlled land**
*this will not apply if the Protacan Anzotac or Nunavutialand are found to be keeping biological, chemical or nuclear weapons in the areas stated in Articles 6 and 8.

Also, investigations conducted by the ESD found that the Anzotac military is much smaller than the previously claimed 890,900,000. In fact, their entire military force is between 193,588,000 and 211,833,400.
The Nunavutian military has an active troop number of 74,422,480, but since 1880, all men and women between the ages of 21 and 24 must serve 3 years in the military, and after this period must attend annual training courses, and always keep at least 5 guns in their homes at all times, as well as a gun on their person at all times. This means 88% of the population is ready to be drafted to the military, which at its peak could give Nunavutialand a full military force of over 1.9 billion people. This therefore puts both nations at an essential military stalemate, as the Anzotac troops are usually better armed, but Nunavutialand has better tactics. This would make all-out war essentially useless, as it would be trench warfare.

President Chang Dinh is open to giving Benovoum warp technology in exchange for them assisting us in the annexation of all provinces laid out in the draft Treaty of Macau.
We are also willing to form a research agreement with Benovoum in exchange for a defence pact.

Inspired by the Christian rebels in Nunavatialand, and enraged by the rise of Islamist extremism and sharia law in SOAS, a large rebellion has been launched in the mostly white, English speaking Guyana. They share a mix of motives, from white supremacists, separatists, neo-nazi's, extreme christians, ethno-nationalists, and other similar groups.

This is not the first time the Guyanese have rebelled. Before, during the civil war, their territory was controlled by the South American Socialist Group, Who, at the time, were losing badly to the Colombia-Panama Nationalist Coalition and The Republican forces who had just liberated the Caribbean and were making landings from Trinidad and Curacao. The Guyanese saw that the SASG would soon collapse, and rebelled, pushing them out of Guyana and declaring the Guyanese State. This cut the SASG's Territory almost in half and sealed their doom, With their territory being split between the Colombians, Republicans, and Guyanese. The Guyanese state was soon defeated by the Republican forces and fully annexed, as well as neighboring Suriname.

But now they have rebelled again. Organized and armed militant groups started by attacking Ingalian government buildings and police stations. They then handed out weapons to any white, English speaking person willing to fight, and by the end of the day, they had seized most major cities. Smaller towns and settlements would soon join in the rebellion. The Insurgents, commandeering police and military vehicles, soon secured the rest of Ingalian-controlled Guyana. The situation worsened when the Guyanese national guard of over 10,000 men defected and joined the insurgents.
The Venezuelan and Trinidad national guards and several local militia groups responded, stoping the insurgents from expanding into Venezuela.

Thomas Henry has denounced the rebellion, claiming that the insurgents are nothing more that racist lowlifes that don't realize how good they have it.
The Army and Navy have been fully mobilized, and Guyana has been blockaded and surrounded.

Tensions are also high in white, dutch-speaking Suriname, where thousands of Ingalian troops have landed to prevent Guyanese invasion. Several Suriname politicans have also expressed want to cede, but they have been ignored and removed from office.

Nunavutialand demands that all citizens that are resident in Suriname immediately return to Nunavutialand or risk losing their citizenship.
There are 122 Nunavutians in Suriname, but none in Guyana.

The Protacan Colony Senate has voted and thus sent out a letter stating that they are angry over the Nunavutialand conquest of areas, all without a formal declaration of war against the other nation.
The population has voted 84% against intervention, so the Protacan Colony will not do anything.

(These numbers were already released) The Protacan Colony has a total of 100,000 workers in the terrestrial military. Primarily operators of the small remaining fleet after the majority was scraped or sold to Australia. The remaining ships are slightly outdated, and an unrelased number of the 100,000 are trained to use guns. That is all for terrestrial military as a lot of the budget has gone to the Decentralized Sectors, development, and to space programs.
The space military numbers are unreleased.

Space Tourism is now recieving some government building in order to begin tourist centres in the nearby stars.
Tau Ceti has seen some more ships and signals, but they have released nothing useful.

If the Protacan even dare to intervene in the recapturing of previously Nunavutian China, we will obliterate their entire nation. We are merely recapturing land that is rightfully ours.
Fort Valkyrie is the main military base which has been specially constructed in the outskirts of Macau. This base is filled with extremely powerful sentry weapons which are able to obliterate any troops. Fort Valkyrie is also home to 13,000 Nunavutian troops. Due to its size, Valkyrie is able to host 25,000 troops. Other fortresses have been constructed at the border detailed in the Treaty of Macau, including Fort Roland, Fort Sykirk and Fort Dunkirk. Other smaller fortresses are all along the border.

The siege on Guangzhou ended after a lack of food and water entering the city led to thousands of deaths. All Anzotac troops who were stationed in Guangzhou are being transported to the prison of Hoeryong Camp, a former concentration camp (under Communist rule in North Korea).
All citizens of Guangzhou are being given food and water not in rations. Due to the city once being owned by Nunavutialand not too far in the past, elderly citizens are rejoicing at the idea to rejoining a more stable and economically and militarily powerful Nunavutialand.
All residents will be granted full Nunavutian citizenship.

In other news, President Chang Dinh demands that the Protacan Anzotac Peoples sign the Treaty of Macau.

Nunavutian hacker Jia Edo flees from his home in Canberra in Australia back to Nunavutialand.
Edo took numerous flights as no airlines based in Nunavutialand are permitted to travel in Protacan or Anzotac airspace, and nor are Nunavutian citizens.

Edo, upon arriving in Incheon could not be arrested by Nunavutian authorities in time (due to suspicion by the ISD that he was preparing to light the fuse to a world war).

These documents were leaked to INN News, and they were found to contain clear evidence of the Protacan preparing to cause major damage to Benovoum by hijacking their space program.

Nunavutian troops are gathering en masse at the border. The annexation of the provinces detailed in the Treaty of Macau is underway. Over 255,000 Nunavutian troops are stationed, with 2.5 million more inbound. A further 20 million troops will arrive by the end of the month. All citizens are required to pledge at least 20% of their income to the recapturing of Hong Kong and Macau.

We are saddened to hear that Ingalia is condemning our actions, even though we are reclaiming land that is rightfully ours. It baffles us that they would condemn a justifiable act.
This is not an act of war.
This is an act of nationalism.

(OOC: The populations of Guyana and Suriname are significantly larger than modern day due to large amounts of European migration. Guyana is around 3 mil and Suriname is around 2 mil)

We have called a temporary peace fire with the Guyanese State to discuss possible peaceful alternatives. However, it is unlikely we will accept anything but total surrender.

Meanwhile, the residents of Suriname have started to revolt. It started off with peaceful protests, but after gunfire was exchanged and several Ingalian vehicles and personnel firebombed, widespread violence and riots erupted across the cities, particularly in Paramaribo. Soon, Ingalian forces started to fight back, and the streets of Suriname erupted in chaotic gunfire and explosions, with there being no clear front lines.
Ingalian forces, having taken heavy casualties, withdrew from Paramaribo and several major cities to regroup, only to be pursued by dutch in improvised combat vehicles.

Things turned worse when the Suriname National Guard, consisting of over 10,000 well trained troops, defected to the side of the Suriname rebels. Soon, on top of being harassed by Suriname and Guyanese rebels, Ingalian forces soon were under attack by a actual military force.

Thomas Henry ordered a evacuation of Ingalian troops from Suriname and a series of retaliatory Airstrikes.

As the Ingalian troops left, I-44 Multi-Role Jets swooped over Suriname, droping a estimated 127 total charges on Suriname insurgent locations. The airraid was called off after the Suriname forces activated several high-tech SAM batteries and shot down 3 of our I-44's.

We have extended the blockade to Suriname and the rest of Guinea to make sure the insurgents cannot get anymore supplies.

Our current plan is to confine the Insurgents and slowly wear them down with constant airstrikes and attrition warfare. We assure the rest of the world that this is only a minor setback and their takeover was due to circumstance and not incompetence. Ingalia is still as strong as ever.

Following Benovoum declaring war on the Anzotac, we are happy to share the technology used in the Danganuchusen.
The Danganuchusen has been completed.

The Nunavutian Navy demands that the Protacan Colony of Commuria allow Benovoumese ships to pass through the Mallacca Strait, as it is international waters. If they do not comply, we will impose sanctions on them. Kiribati is self sufficient now, and we are able to continue normally without trade with you.

President Chang Dinh has declared war on the Protacan Anzotac Peoples. All of Nunavutialand's former land is now going to be recovered by the Army, Air Force and Navy. No more treaties will emerge with the Anzotac receiving any land or money.

Nunavutian Navy ships are now firing green lasers at the City of Shanghai. With no observed act by the Anzotac government to defend their cities, we are pouring in all our effort.
Trench warfare began in the northern part of the Province of Guangdong between equally strong Nunavutian troops and Anzotac troops. It is predicted that there will be a stalemate in Guangdong, but Guangzhou has been captured and is being fortified.

Due to war, the Royal Diahoxim has been replaced by the Independent Diahoxim in Korea in order to render the currency useless if the Anzotac choose to strike Korea. The former DMZ between North and South Korea has been reinstated in order to ward off possible Anzotac invaders.
