(My apologies, I could have sworn I already had.)
Bowman snorted. "No guns..." He chewed over the idea, before taking out the pistol on his belt and tossed it to a nearby fighter. "Be ready to move in, Comrades. Just in case." He said, as he hoped in a Jeep and began to head towards the location sent to them by the Atkmerian Commander, while the rest of the fighters hunkered down. As the reinforcement fleet arrived, amphibious landing craft approached the shoreline, and began the long task of ferrying soldiers back to the fleet. Armoured Vehicles and tanks remained on the shore, as the long process carried on, just in case the Atkemrians changed their mind about the ceasefire.
Commando Team Sierra-1-1
Major Darnell Dorsey "Omar Conteh"
Near Atkemrian Foreign Affairs Building
Luckily for the Commando team, civilians had rushed out of the city like the rats they were, leaving empty apartments and offices lining the streets. The apartment Major Dorsey and his team had set up in was fairly nice and upper end, or it had been before it had clearly been looted. But it seemed the looters had the sense to run as well, so the commandos were alone. Dorsey had with him, a Russian VSS Sniper Rifle. It was a deadly silent, almost undetectable, though rather limited in range. And on top of that, it's small size made it easy to sneak it from the jeep outside and into the apartments.
Now, all they had to do was wait. The window he peered from as around 200 m from the Foreign Affairs office. Finally, a group of men emerged from the building, and while Dorsey internally cursed, noting that President Wells was not among them. His Second in Command, Paul Kitimbaya, however, was.
He lined up the shot, slowed his breathing, and fired two shots before bolting from the window, back to their vehicle.
