I can't put a number to every base I'm afraid, so that'll have to be your judgement. However, there should be a higher military presence in the north due to French tensions. Airbase would contain maybe 10 fighters and several utility aircraft while the central army base might contain around 6-7000 due to it being 'north command'.
Alright, what are your plans?

Can we use them in posts if it gets to being around the city?

The Vancouvian fuck-up (which is still planned, right?) will drag more ARRF forces into the fight and the Oster units will join under the joint command. For this I'd have to assume that the Oster units (a few special operations batches and an amphibious/airborne taskforce) were on the Noronnican or Vancouvian vessels around Charbagnia all this time, waiting for their deployment. Once on the ground operations will be mainly under Noronnican coordination as the stronger force of the three, so my units will perform missions given to them by the leading Noronnican generals in the area. This will include raids against Charbagnian military infrastructure and WMD sites and involvement in fighting against Charbagnian forces.
This is still the plan to my understanding. This sounds good, if you want help on the WMD sites then I can assist once the western islands are secure - you are reminding me that I need to create a dispatch for the joint operation.
