With regards to Allanea's request for allies I don't see why not, just bear in mind that there are already two superpowers against a great power (if I'm being generous to myself) with some bombers thrown in from the Tovakians. But hey, Cruxa might well turn the tide and I have no immediate objections so whatever.

I'm rather stumped for ideas at the moment chaps. I'd rather this doesn't turn into a repetitive back and forth between myself and Allanea, could do with some outside input to spice things up.

Well, to be quite honest, my plan was approximately like this:

1. The Allaneans and Soviets, having the much-larger fleets, could gradually (or rapidly, if they got lucky), destroy the Shackleyan surface fleet. As I understand from the previous posts, the principal surface combatant the Shackleyans now have is the battleship, and possibly a ballistic missile battleship (I am not sure what it is). Eight destroyers and three frigates are also present.

2. Something happens with submarines (I appreciate that submarines are an important part of naval combat, but I know about them only in the most general terms, having read maybe a book or two about naval operations and service aboard subs, and toured a sub IRL). As I understand, the Allaneans and Soviets hold a numerical advantage here as well, but this is hobbled by my incomplete understanding of tactics. This occurs either simultaneously, or directly before...

3. The Soviet and Allaneans launch a range of attacks on Shackleyan infrastructure, intended to weaken the country, and either to get it to negotiate an honorable peace, or soften it up for....

4. Ground invasion.

The basic course of sea warfare is, of course, people trading missile and torpedo salvos with each other. There is very little I can do, unfortunately, to make it more entertainingg, because modern naval warfare is not my primary field of military knowledge. I could - if this interests you - write more posts about ships being gruesomely destroyed, or perhaps launch commando or saboteur raids on your ships in harbor or on your other facilities, but in terms of actual naval war our choices are limited between:

a. A single, pitched naval battle, lasting perhaps thirty to forty minutes as the parties fire their missiles at each other. [Think of Jutland, but made faster due to advances in modern weaponry]

b. A series of small engagements in which perhaps 2-3 ships are killed in each.

I'm going to make a few assumptions as I go on with the RP if nobody minds:

1. I'm going to assume that Shackley's scientists have somehow invented an airborne version of ebola (obviously, Shackley's biologists are far more advanced than what exists IRL, given their ability to accommodate and deploy a supersoldier program).
2. I'm going to assume that in other ways the ebolavirus deployed by Shackley is similar to RL ebola in terms of lethality and incubation time.
3. I'm going to assume – unless informed otherwise by the Soviet player – that Soviet military procedures are broadly similar to what existed in the RL Soviet navy, adjusted of course for technological progress. However, in spirit of fair play, I'm going to assume at least some sailors would have been infected (due to physical damage to the ship's CBRN protections).
4. It will take the Soviets and Allaneans several days IC time to fully identify what happened (as ebola doesn't immediately show symptoms) and formulate their public response. It will likely not be pleasant, unfortunately.

1). Aerosol-borne, more or less like IRL. Transmitted by a cough, sneeze or other bodily fluids like you'd expect. The thinking is that Shackleyan medical research centres were pressured into giving samples of their frozen ebola virus to the government and from there the virus was reproduced to be placed in the bombs.

As you can probably expect I'll be describing the destruction of many Shackleyan warships fairly soon. If you don't mind I might keep this quite brief as there's only so much one can write about sinking ships. I'll try and make it a little symbolic or something.
Anyway the last hurrah of the Royal Shackleyan Navy has been had. Might expect some submarine raids but nothing major.

After we see the result of the last counterfire barrage I'll have to start preparing for invasion. Oof.
