WT to become a protectorate

WT is the new protectorate of East Fancainia

Terms WT has agreed to up hold:
1. Full military protection
2. Econmic stimulus
3. Representation in Fancainian Congress, and possible presidency
4. A right for any democartic form of government(nothing too far right or left)
5. Open border with my, and your nation

Things WT is giving East Fancainia

1. A promise not to use terrorist tactics on any CoNS member
2. That you will not buy Nuclear or Bilogical weapons
3. You will not go around delaring war on everthing

We would like nations to have the full recognition of the Protectorate, and give us full rights over WT's safty.

OOC: EF, forgive me for asking, but I'm slightly curious as to why a lot of your seemingly IC statements about your nation's actions in the NS World almost always have the OOC tag affixed beforehand? Because that means a lot of your statements technically do not exist in the threads they appear.

I just thought I'd politely point that out, with no disparaging criticism intended.
