The bill was ratified by the government of all 7 provinces with the following message: "Hostile nations are mobilising their armies so the time has come for us to do the same. Although we are a large nation with a relatively small population we have beaten back the armies of those who would crush our nation before and we're not afraid of doing so again. When backed into a corner we have always shown great strength and if it is our backs against the wall to the red menace then so be it." The Allyrian people are considered some of the toughest in the world: a gun in every hand, compulsory military service for 2 years and mandatory reserve enlistment for 18-45-year-olds. "Rest assured," Andropov says "This is only because of the West countries doing pretty much the same. I encourage the East to blockade their own seas and skies, as well as rally troops. Meanwhile, to the people of Danzig; you will be fine- you might as well experience more harm from your country than from us. This is occurring al over the north border."
