A new foreign policy doctrine was recently announced in the Empire of Greater Nifon. How will the international community react?

Tokugawa's Official Foreign Policy Directive #114:

This directive has been created by his excellency Kojiro-sama, Shogun of the Empire of Greater Nifon, the minister of External affairs, Tokugawa Asuka and Marshall Fujita Kenji of the Imperial Nifonese army, to be freely published in the media. It will be from now on a direct code of following for the foreign policy of the Empire of Greater Nifon.

In general, this doctrine has been formed as an answer to an ever growing problem of globalist demoliberalism, which has been a dominant ideology in multiple states, especially those coming from Latin cultural sphere, for the time period of last several decades. It is a gaijin ideology completely alien to the Empire of Greater Nifon, it's people and culture. The fact, however, that something is different from us is not a sufficient reason for condemnation no matter how big those differences are. At the same time, however, the course of human history shown countless and unending period of warfare unleashed by the minpon; their complete lack of tolerance for any creed or belief not in league with theirs; their hatred for any difference; their desire to push us all into one gray morass with no identity other than the self and unending willigness to use violence to achieve that goal. In order thus to counteract that violent ideology, the Empire of Greater Nifon announces that the "Tokugawa Doctrine" shall become an official foreign policy directive.

Part 1: Definition of the demoliberal ideology

- Demoliberalism (alternatively called "liberal democracy" or sometimes "political correctness") is therefore, for purpose of this document, defined as the ideology which, unlike fascism (which puts emphasis on the state) or communism (emphasis on class) or nazism (emphasis on race) puts emphasis on one's self, which in such ideology becomes the ultimate level of measurement.

- A demoliberal, unlike classical liberal, believes that the state has a duty to provide freedom for the individual "from poverty", which results usually in, contrary to classical liberals, excessive state intervention in the market structure. On economic area, demoliberalism often couples with various forms of socialism.

- Demoliberal view of history is of special concern. Like Marx, this worldview is despondent from Hegel. It is a belief that the human history is a constant march towards perfection, and that at one point a perfect system where prosperity will be abundant will be created. This progress is unilateral - every force that is contrary to the demoliberal thought will be in near future inventively destroyed.

- The change to the "End of History" that has been defined by Francis Fukuyama does not, however, come on it's own. This change will come through a series of activists and enlightened rulers whose task will be to prepare the humanity, until now backwards, regressive, apathic and ignorant, for the glorious new liberal world that will come after the end of history.

- The demoliberal ideology accepted the belief that people's believes and actions are determined by their socio-economic conditions. Thus, according to Marxist thinkers such as Gramsci, Marcuse, Luckacs or Adorno, it has divided people on basis of their gender identity, skin color, etc. into oppressors and the oppressed. Thus in thought of a modern day demoliberal, a woman, a black skinned person or a hentai deviant will always be "oppressed" by the evil patriarchal male. No matter of their virtue or personal traits, depending on socio economic conditions of man, he will always be good or evil just because of what he is.

- Just like other two great totalitarianisms, the minpon aims directly at creation of a "new man" free from any moral, religious, and philosophical convictions. It hates memory and tradition which it designates as "superstition" to be carefully destroyed through institutionalized action and oppression in form of "hate speech" laws and other measures to discriminate against the people it does not accept.

Part 2: Threats to Nifonese national interests

- The Empire of Greater Nifon wishes for existence of international harmony between nations based on principles of virtuous conduct. However, it can not tolerate threats to it's existence posed by aggressive internationalist ideologies of fascism, communism or demoliberalism.

- Because of belief in inevitability of liberal victory, the Nifonese believes, tradition and culture founded on teachings of the sages or the Lord of Heaven are considered "backwards" or "feudal". The Nifonese are therefore seen as barbaric people inferior culturally to the liberal cultures, who are in dire need of "civilization" in order to become part of the "world community" - which can not be built until the Nifonese culture has been erased.

- Use of force by demoliberal organizations and governments in order to propagate their ideology is especially reckless, as was evidenced by experiences of the New Edomite governments and the constant pressures through use of multiple measures, including sanctions, violence, invasions and terrorism, to accept the demands of the minpon.

- Very often special interest groups tend to be employed by those having this ideology employ sophisticated tactics, techniques and procedures of hybrid, information and cyberwarfare aiming at erosion of social cohesion, government's ability to function and taking power disguised as peaceful protests.

- In such case, the risk of military aggression against the Empire of Greater Nifon or it's allies and interests is extremely high.

- Demoliberal values and believes actively undermine the basis of Nifonese society: virtue, family, the five relationships, wisdom, loyalty, filial piety, social harmony and hierarchy. Should those teachings be allowed to spread, not only the Bakufu will be threatened, but also the Nifonese society will take heavy toll and loose it's greatness. Our culture shall be trampled underfoot, churches destroyed, and wisdom of the sages spat upon.

Part 3: Recommendations

- Because of the demoliberal threat against the Nifonese interests, an action is to be taken.

- The Empire of Greater Nifon will provide aid including financial and military support, to the nations and organizations that in virtuous manner benefiting a true samurai wage war against the demoliberal threat. Any nation adhering to virtue that requests such an aid shall not be denied.

- The Empire of Greater Nifon will take all steps it deems necessary to ensure that allied conservative, nationalist, tenrigakist, tanzist, Kirishitan, reactionary, etc. governments will remain in power as long as their conduct is necessary or their fall is too threatening to the Nifonese interests by all means Kojiro-sama deems necessary, including use of lethal force.

- An act of color revolution against an allied anti-demoliberal government will be treated as an act of aggression and responded appropriately to the situation, including use of force to keep the government in power.

- International demo-liberal NGOs that are known for promoting a destructive agenda that destroys social harmony in the Empire of Greater Nifon are to be expelled, their properties seized without confiscation and leadership expelled without right to return. Gunpeitai shall monitor all their operations and take all steps necessary for preservation of security of the Nifonese state.

Part 4: Considerations

- This doctrine DOES NOT apply to liberal governments who reject all forms of violence and wish to spread their message by peaceful means OR to liberal governments that do not wish to spread their government's ideology. The shogunate understands that while there are many elements differing the Nifonese from them, a violence in the name of those ideas is despicable and shall not be practiced by the Nifonese.

- Nations which practice unvirtous conduct, harm the innocents or engage in other immoral actions shall not receive support from the Empire of Greater Nifon.

Zhouran Central News Agency 09/15/XX Implementing the Tokugawa Doctrine Nifon introduces new foreign policy directive The Empire of Greater Nifon has just unveiled a new foreign policy directive, created by the infamous Shogun Kojiro along with the Nifonese Ministry of External affairs and the Imperial Nifonese army. This new policy, which will be used as a code of conduct by the Nifonese government, was created as a reaction to the threat possessed by subversive westernized liberal-democracies that follow ideologies so foreign to both Nifon and Zhouran. Compared to Zhouran's foreign policy of non-aligned neutrality, the Nifonese Tokugawa Doctrine is not neutral but at the same time it also believes in harmonious peace with those who are not violent. Hadarong Shaokang, the current Minister of External Affairs of the People's Republic of Zhouran, made a short statement regarding the Tokugawa Doctrine during a press conference. According to her, the Nifonese foreign policy shows that "even Nifon knows that peace with those who are peaceful is highly important" and that "a war against another state is only justified if the enemy is the aggressor". She also stated that "the Ministry of External Affairs will be looking into establishing formal relations with Nifon" and that "mutual understanding and common interests between the two global powers would be highly valuable for both nations". On one side, it is simply an act of sovereignty, just Nifon writing a harmless doctrine expressing their national interests, and what they think is a threat. On the other side, Nifon has stated their imperialist ambitions, specifying who they will target, how, and why. Many are not only divided on how to react to it, but also on how to deal with it. For much of the 20th century, Furby Island was, and still is internationalist. But every time it intervened, the country had one goal. As stated by former Prime Minister Florentin Lambert, in the Lambert Doctrine in 1919, "I know that not I, not my children, nor my children's children, will live to see a world of nothing but peace, prosperity, and liberty. Turing a state into a free democracy isn't easy, and may take a war or two. But when it finally becomes free, that is thousands if not millions of people now living in a free world. Those words have inspired the future generations when fighting wars to liberate other countries, weather it be Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan, Korea, or even Iraq and Afghanistan. Ideologies like Communism, Fascism, Nazism, Totalitarianism, and Absolute Monarchism have never been tolerated by the Furbish population, and neither have Imperialism and Expansionism. What the population believes in are ideologies that promote democracy and individual rights. However, the new Tokugawa Doctrine is different. It states that Nifon is internationalist, but there is one key difference between Nifon's Tokugawa Doctrine and Furby Island's Lambert Doctrine. And that difference is who both countries believe the enemy is. Lambert has stated that the enemies are autocracies, and only them. But the Tokugawa Doctrine stated that the enemy is left wing nations, and that right wing nations are allies no matter if they are a democracy or dictatorship. Part 3 of the doctrine has 5 points on how Nifon will deal with all left wing "threats". The first point states that the left is a threat to Nifonese interests and they will take action. The second states that any nation that is fighting a war against the left will receive support. The third states that Nifon will do anything it can to keep right wing governments in power. The fourth states that if there are any uprisings against right wing governments, they will be treated as an attack and be dealt with lethal force. Finally, the fifth states that violent left wing organizations will be expelled from Nifon. However, it is stated as "agenda that destroys social harmony". We are worried that the definition of that will expand to encompass normal protests as disturbances, and that they will be dealt with harshly. Of course, there are problems with this. For example, if a Democratic Socialist country, like Denmark or Sweden, were at war with a Fascist dictatorship, like Chile under General Pinochet, they would support the latter. This ignores many things, including war crimes. The former have committed none, which the latter has committed many. Favoring them is a morally wrong idea. What worries us the most is the third point, which says Nifon will attempt to keep right wing governments in power. This may mean anything from helping the government suppress an uprising, to possibly even influencing the outcome of elections, with the latter being absolutely unacceptable. The 4th part has 2 points, saying that Nifon won't oppose peaceful left wing governments, and that they won't support violent right wing governments. But there are reasons not to believe that. We have already seen how extreme Nifon can get when it comes to Socialism and Communism, and it is easy for them to skew the definitions of the words to call violent right wing dictatorships peaceful, and peaceful left wign democracies violent. Because of the aforementioned reasons, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Furby Island hereby CONDEMNS the Tokugawa doctrine and all actions Nifon takes to follow it. We believe that the doctrine perfectly shows Nifonese imperialism, and their desire to not create world peace, but to create a right wing world. Aider: "Now that the Tokugawa Doctrine has been revealed by the Nifonese Empire, some of our viewers want to know, is it a new path that the Nifonese are taking?"

Ominesa: "Actually, I think that Artur and I can agree that the Tokugawa Doctrine isn't a new development in the slightest, nor is it a surprising one. Nifonese foreign policy has been in a sort of static position in the past few years. They've been speaking acting under the same rhetoric for years now, and its past due that they made an official announcement of their policy."

Solen: "The Tokugawa Doctrine is 'business as usual' in the Empire of Nifon."

Aider: "Now, what is this sort of 'demoliberalism' that the Tokugawa Doctrine is railing against?"

Solen: "A gigantic bogeyman to be brutally honest. It's anything that the Nifonese don't agree with their strict moral code mixed with blatant xenophobic paranoia. This is most apparent within the 'definition of demoliberalism' section Gramsci is obviously referenced, and that's a red flag right there since the concept of 'cultural marxism' is just a rehashed Nazi talking point known as 'kulturellbolschewismus' in which abnormal or in their case 'degenerate' elements of society conspire against a prominent cultural system in the name of communism.
Basically, everything that Kojiro disagrees with is a communist plot to destroy the Nifonese traditional family and enforce gay supremacy."

Ominesa: "'Demoliberalism' isn't a sole ideological standpoint but rather a set of beliefs based entirely around individualism, and well, apparent hedonism. Such ways of thought are strongly discouraged in Nifonese society. I'm personally surprised that some ideas and lifestyles that the Nifonese consider to be in this territory aren't criminalized in their society. Needless to say, they are claiming to act in the defense of their values, and culture. We Dorians aren't too different from the Nifonese when it comes to defending our own culture and values. Do you see many Dorians proclaiming their love for Gran Cuscatlan and its culture? I wouldn't think so, since its collectively looked down upon in Dorian society."

Aider: "Very interesting. Is this ideology threatening to the Nifonese as of late?"

Ominesa: "They consider it a threat, a present danger. If they consider it a threat, then who am I to personally account on it? Though from an analytical standpoint, due to recent events within the country and within its allies, it could very well be percieved as one."

Solen: "Absolutely not. Once again, its posturing on the side of the Nifonese against a majority of the rest of the world. Nifon has an insulated and homogeneous culture, these sort of threats clearly aren't an internal issue so much as it is a justification to intervene in conflicts across the world and attempt to spread their specific set of conservatism."

Aider: "One final question we have here today is: Should the Federal Union of Guadalupador be concerned with this development?"

Solen: "Well, given that Murakami Armaments is currently outfitting Ghazan Quardya's armed forces, I'd say that we're being overtly threatened by this policy already. As they declared in the doctrine, Kojiro would definitely be willing to support individuals like Quardya in his occupation of Guadalupadorian land. I say 'occupied land' because I don't recognize New Yama or whatever puppet rump state that was put in because of the disgraceful Treaty of Heiwa. That last snippet in the conclusion of Part 4 doesn't apply to Ghazan Quardya, since he is still getting substantial material aid and support from SACTO, even after killing innocent demonstrators. Quardya himself praised the Tokugawa Doctrine earlier this morning according to his propaganda service. Kojiro shadows an interventionist foreign policy behind a 'defense of the realm.'"

Ominesa: "I disagree. The Nifonese are rather indifferent about Guadalupador. Also, since Guadalupador isn't a nation to forcefully project its culture on another country I'd imagine we'd fall into a category of countries in the exception. The Tokugawa Doctrine poses no threat to the Federal Union whatsoever. The arms deals with Murakami and New Yama are, in a sense, unrelated."

The situation of the world is unsustainable. The Nifonese Empire should have been eliminated a long time ago. Mcnernia for all its faults with Labor dominance in the 60s and 70s had a chance with the reformation of the Empire could have supported the Liberal Nifonese to keep the problem of Kojiro at bay.. Or at least stopped Kojiro all those years ago. Now we are signing our nation and our future, all the values of our nation away. Our respect for LGBT rights and our tolerance of other religions are poised to go away. Im not Homosexual but I know people who are terrified and are. Our Queen who spends her days advocating for the rights of all people in this nation. Keeping us together as a nation, who is one of the greatest people. Who has not desired the death of ANY nifonese person in the country.

Nifonese people view all non-Nifonese as Gaijin. That means they have no compunction about sending us to die in wars or killing us to take our resources. That extends to Japanese people in Asia. Study of the dangerous nature of Demo-Liberalism: Its practice and origins

This Study was authorized by the National Defense Committee to discuss our support for the Nifonese and their brilliant Tokugawa doctrine. Now General Nashid have traveled the world, as a Muslim and an Arab most of all and first of all. It is also backed by men like James Redshield who wishes to use Demo-Liberalism to lower the human birth rate. Demo-Liberalism promotes degenerate movements like the Abortion movement, the Sodomite movement, and the Feminist movement. These movements are the creation of racist imperialists who seek to lower the human birth rate, and they are financed by wealthy elites with an anti-natal agenda who do not wish to share the resources with the rest of us. Feminism is a movement of degeneracy, designed to turn women into inferior men, have you ever wondered why the west is investing billions of dollars in the Muslim world to give ‘freedom’ to women by removing their veils? There is a big secret lying behind it all.

During the fall of the Greco-Roman civilization, rampant immorality occurred. Women began to leave their modesty at home and nude women seduced men in the streets. Romans had their women covered in veils, safeguarding their dignity, modesty and chastity. But as the Romans began military advancements, women all of a sudden began leaving their homes; veils were set aside, streets began filling with half naked women, intermixing with men in common gatherings and venues and becoming tools of their pleasure and desires, generally heating up the bazaar of immodesty which slowly but surely began eroding the morality of their male counterparts. Their thirst for combat and ecstasy of courage began subsiding, precipitating their strength, sensitivities, military might and feelings towards defense of the motherland. Their power, awe and prestige was shattered, their warrior spirit was replaced with tambourine, violin, alcohol, adultery, dancing and magic. All these are things which eat away a people’s sense of pride, valor, freedom, power and might.

In the final stages of the Roman Empire, their knights and influential government officials became pawns in the hands of women, whatever the women desired happened and the entire empire became a plaything for these immoral women, finally bringing down the great empire that was. Louis Pérol notes in the 11th edition of ‘Review of Reviews’ journal under the heading ‘Political Corruption’: The solid wall of morals stated above can only be brought down by women. Many revolutions have come about due to the prevalence of immodesty in women, filling thousands upon thousands of pages in the history books but I fear drifting away from the main subject and will suffice with this.

The Crusaders also used this tactic against the Muslims, the great civilization of Andalus or what today has come to be known as Spain, was a hotbed of oppression, ignorance and darkness but it became a colony of Muslims through Jihad and conquests. 800 year rule of the Muslims turned it into a cradle of knowledge, enlightenment and pristine edification of Islamic civilization, becoming synonymous with ‘heaven on earth’. Just imagine how far a land would advance in terms of properly implemented Islamism, knowledge and development if ruled by the Muslims for 800 years?! and why would such a land of the Muslims drift out of their orbit?

Extravagance, vice and immorality became prevalent in the Muslim society of Andalus. They developed a fondness for danseuse and licentious women, their leaders began putting on weight (obesity) and drowned in worldly luxury, forsaking Jihad and protection of borders, competing with each other in accumulation of concubines and women, interaction with women swelled and money was wasted on lavish structures. When rulers and governors began marrying non-Muslim women, the doors of corruption and infighting were flung wide open. The Muslims ranks were disarrayed, paving the way for incursions from Crusaders and takeover of Andalus which is still beholden at their mercy. There is no symbol of Islam left despite the Muslims ruling over this land for 800 years. The world players have always used women as a dangerous and effective tool of war!

During the period of Crusades, the Crusaders sent women as presents to the great warrior Salahuddin Ayubi (may Allah have mercy on him) in order to influence his behavior! Just think, out of all the weapons of war, why would someone send a gentle being as a present?! Because they use women as an effective tool for waging wars! This is the most dangerous trial for the Ummah and this is why the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has labeled women as the most dangerous trial, he (peace and blessing be upon him) has said: I have not left behind (after me) any fitnah more harmful to men than women.

In order to do it's dirty work liberalism mobilizes hordes of activists. These activists are called Social Justice Warriors in the West, and Gaijin by the Nifonese. The Social Justice Warrior ideology goes back to New Left movements and groups such as the Youth International Party (Yippies). In America these groups often got involved in violence and terrorism, the Symbionese Liberation Army would kidnap Patty Hearst from her home brainwashing her into joining their terrorism where they would murder people and rob banks. The Weather Underground would engage in bombings of various political opponents, and would be involved in agitating riots in Chicago. Our study has found that this new form of leftism which Demo-Liberalism exports to the world is the result of psychological feelings of inferiority and oversocialization. Feelings of inferiority are characteristic of modern leftism as a whole, while over-socialization is characteristic only of a certain segment of modern leftism; but this segment is highly influential. These people tend to be attracted to the struggles and supposed struggles of minority groups, in Bashriyya groups possibly financed by billionaire James Redshield or the government of Hatay fight for the rights of sexual deviants that a majority of Bashriyyan society rejects. Many leftists have an intense identification with the problems of groups that have an image of being weak (women), defeated (American Indians), repellent (homosexuals), or otherwise inferior. The leftists themselves feel that these groups are inferior. They would never admit to themselves that they have such feelings, but it is precisely because they do see these groups as inferior that they identify with their problems. (We do not mean to suggest that women, Indians, are inferior; we are only making a point about leftist psychology.) The leftists project their feelings of inferiority onto these groups, Feminists are desperately anxious to prove that women are as strong and as capable as men. Clearly they are nagged by a fear that women may not be as strong and as capable as men.

General Nashid during his visit to American colleges noticed that American colleges were filled with rich white women often whom devolved into lesbianism. He observed how these women claimed to be oppressed and to even have a struggle comparable to our Palestinian brothers. Those who are most sensitive about "politically incorrect" terminology are not the average black man, woman or disabled person, but a minority of activists, many of whom do not even belong to any "oppressed" group but come from privileged strata of society. Political correctness has its stronghold among university professors, who have secure employment with comfortable salaries, and the majority of whom are white males from middle to upper-class families who have bought into leftist propaganda on their colleges.

Leftists tend to hate anything that has an image of being strong, good and successful. Western Leftists hate their own civilization and in a masochistic fit of rage wish to tear it down, they seek to spread this destructive ideology throughout the world destroying everything good in society.

The history of human civilization is history of cycles of development and fall. The first great civilizations arose in the Middle East, followed by a western response of advanced cultures from Greece and Rome. In response of that arose the glorious civilization of Wenchuan, only to be obscured by the Western wave in 1500s. While at that point the West held the highest state of human development, it can not be said at this point. Ever since ending if the industrial age and beginning of the information age, The Empire of Greater Nifon experienced steady process of growth and economical expansion. With this process returned our native ideas and concepts; the teachings of the sages and faith in the Lord of Heaven. The belief, however, that one model of governance - namely liberal democracy - is something universal and thus should be spread across the entire globe in a grand crusade to create some sort of "world democracy" in which religion, tradition, culture and anything that isn't individual self-identity (of course individual self identity that is politically correct) - is not only absurd delusion, but a dangerous lunacy thanks to which thousands lost their lives.

Principles upon which the Empire of Greater Nifon has been built differs from ideas of the government of Furbish isles, and rightly so. Yet let it be known - Dai Nifon Teikoku has been built on virtues of heaven as revealed to us by the great sages, not on atheistic ravings of Voltaire-san. When the grand conflicts of the past century begun, the entire communist horde could not stop cheering and shouting from joy. In their assumptions, the great wars were supposed to make the proletariat rise against the "capitalist oppressors" and as a result, the world revolution to begin. However, for some reason, it did not. Instead of, as the communist politicians presumed, joining the revolution, grand wars of the past century seen common men - workers and peasants - donning the uniform of their county and eagerly killing other workers, with whom they were supposed to unite to overthrow the capitalist system. And, as one by one great wars begun and ended, and no matter how bloodied it was proletariat again and again ignored the calls for revolution, socialists realized that something must have gone wrong. And they moved to counter it at instant.

To realize how to fight out enemy, we first need to know him. One of greatest classics of the Asuka Jidai, Lord Murakami Kenshin, says "When you begin the campaign, study the five factors. First one is the moral factor, second weather, third terrain, fourth the commanders, fifth - the theory, this means the tactics." For adapting this school of thought to our field, moral factor would indicate how much the people are associating with socialism and what of their needs it fulfills; weather and terrain will be the domestic & international situation in which socialism grows; the commanders would be main Marxist politicians and thinkers; and their tactics, the methods by which socialism attempts to win favor. That is the key to understanding the mental warfare - which, according to Col. We need to realize that as the struggle by the force of arms carries on, so does the war in our minds.

Karl Marx based his worldview on the idea of his mentor, Hegel - which can be described as thesis + antithesis = synthesis, a theory that struggle between opposites will ultimately bring mankind to perfection. This worldview can be summed up in how Marxists view history - as dialectical struggle for the means of production. For example according to our foe, during feudal age we had struggle between serfs (peasants) and the aristocracy composed of owners of the means of production. This struggle led to rise of the bourgeois capitalism, which, although superior to feudalism, was still not perfect. Marx predicted rise of the proletarian socialism as the next step, and then, through countless cycles akin to that one, although less specified by Marx in terms of their overview, humanity was to achieve communism - a perfect system where humans no longer need currency, and means of production are wholly in hands of the people.

Socialism now is trampling over one county and another, yet something effectively stopped it's rise - and various Marxist intellectuals begun their research to answer question "why". Rightfully, dishonorable gaijin socialists such as Antonio Gramsci or Gyorg Luckacs, found the real reason why socialist revolutions failed to materialize - and those were the virtues of heavenly father deeply imbeded into multiple cultures, which actively ordered proletarians to consider their employers to be their fellow brethren and influenced the concept of social harmony (和 - wa). It was that moment when those subversives realized that without tearing the culture to shreds, the revolution to bring forward the civilization of death they so much anticipate will never materialize. And they headed to work.

We have now moral factor of our foe. Knowing the commanders - various Marxist intellectuals which fomented the movement - we should take a look at the final piece of our puzzle, the tactics. Most notable of them is the "Long March through the institutions" that Antonio Gramsci named after Long March of Mao Zedong, involved the new approach of bringing forth a revolution. Instead of "revolution from below" - as classical Marxists wanted - the new revolution was meant to be from above, through gradual process of changing the culture, separating the virtue from society but increasing immorality, and then, once traditional cultures have been completely destroyed, carry out the revolution. In fact, when Gyorgi Luckacs became minister of culture in short lived Hungarian Soviet Republic, first thing he done was to bring sexual education into schools, in order to undermine the traditional morality and create a society of degenerates. Another, very important weapon is so called "critical theory" - an idea of "social deconstruction" aimed at constant criticizing foundations of any society that the agents of civilization of death view unfavorably. This set of weapons sets conditions for constant "information bullying" against any group that Marxists view as hostile.

As Gen. Nakatomi Hachirou predicts, new war against Marxism will be not in economic, but in cultural sphere, waged with use of every asset possible for the very Nifon-damashii. We should thus get prepared for this conflict in ideological, mental, moral, cultural, economic, military, cyber and information sphere to show them what the warrior-spirit of the Nifonese people does to those who dare to challenge it!

Desislav IV, King of Asenovgrod has forwarded me input the King wishes to give to yourself regarding this diplomatic doctrine. The King states in his correspondence to myself that he agrees with Nifon that the continuous rise and spread of demoliberalism (or political correctness, as he wishes to refer to it as) is threatening towards the basic structuring of society and to the nation-states of the world in it's emphasis on the person rather than the group.

As he states, the current goal of demoliberalism is to create social upheaval by creating rifts in society based on even the smallest differences between two groups of people to form chaos, where-in the concept of political correctness will thrive. It is agreed that perhaps of even greater concern is the far-lefts blatant attempts to re-write history to better suit their personal agendas. However, the King himself wishes to forward Asenovgrod's policy towards the far-left and demoliberalism in general and how it wishes to combat the ideologies in question through whatever means the followers of those ideologies prompt us to use to combat it.

The Asenovgrodian government and military will work to combat various Marxist and liberal ideologies internally through the use of police forces to monitor the activity of what are deemed to be extremist groups, both on the Internet and off of it. The police forces and intelligence community of the nation will discourage protests and/or riots, though in our nations experience, the different between the two when the matter involves Marxist groups in particular is difficult to distinguish. We will not be censoring communications in regards to announcement of protests, legal or not as the practice of doing so ensures that our nation can more easily identify Marxists and liberals willing to take to the streets for their ideologies by allowing unhindered information spreading.

Given our political circumstances, which gives the right for groups of any ideology to enter our Parliament provided they recieve popular support, we cannot openly ban parties our government disagrees with politically. However, we will very strongly coerce them into abstaining from making statements that could rile leftist & Marxist activists into a frenzy at the threat of censoring or worse. This same principle will apply for businesses in Asenovgrod and board members/executives of said companies, we will request that they officially refrain from making political statements at all lest they face various legal/economic consequences for their actions.

Our nation will not without exception intervene in the internal/external affairs of a fellow anti-demoliberalist state, though whenever possible we will try to offer support to them of some kind, whatever that may be. King Desislav however, unlike the Tokugawa Doctrine views leftist nations that do not spread their ideology with force as being perhaps more threatening to national security than leftist nations that spread their ideology militarily - they still spread the same ideology with none of the drawbacks that come from war-mongering based on political/social ideology.
