Hannibal sat quietly in his office, the news flickered on the TV ahead of him. None of his bombers had been shot down, but escorted home. Perhaps no nations were quick to pull the trigger to the Empire. Or perhaps, it was something else.

He quickly turned to his secretary.
"Have General Trench move our tanks away from the Brysterion border. Tell him defences are to remain. As for the situation in Europe, inform the Norwegians of our intentions, and have the embassy reopened as soon as possible. I would also like an embassy opened in East Korea. They could perhaps be a useful ally in the times ahead.

The woman nodded and typed into her phone.

In response to military action in the Pacific, the Ziron Empire has dispatched nearly 750,000 soldiers to the Russian eastern coastline in defence of the border. Defences are being established, including trenches, minefields, and far off automatic artillery systems. Several destroyer fleets have also moved to international waters, guarding the ocean passage from Japan to Russia. The Zironian government has also announced that a defensive nuclear strike is also under consideration.

All across the German homeland, boots marched against the concrete ground. Soldiers, Tanks, and Self-Propelled Guns moved forward towards the Western Front. Lucitanian soldiers now bordered the nations of Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Defences were being set up in the event of a preemptive invasion, and aircraft circled the borders, probing constant anxiety on the other side.

The Führer accompanied his officers to the Lucitanian side of the border. Soldiers marched about in constant formations, and crates of gas canisters littered the ground. Nearly every man, woman, and child wore a mask, including the Führer himself. Leaks were all too common. Battalions of Brysterion soldiers marched pristinely about the camps, their efforts would not go unnoticed.

The Führer beamed in excitement and glee, but his smile was obscured by the mask covering his face. He shook hand with the Brysterion Battalion Commander.
"Splendid work Commandant! I will be sure your great nation is rewarded for its efforts. Your soldiers are to accompany mine as we prepare ourselves for the future!"

New Lucitania has sent several battalions of soldiers to assist Brysterion in possible WSC attacks. New Lucitania has also begun to ramp up its military presence along the western border.

Pres. Ulsrud calls Gen. Briggs, saying that the embassy-closing threat was just that, a threat, and that he had not closed it. The Zironian diplomats that were expelled are allowed to return, though the CF-18s that were dispatched to Denathor remain as part of a new conventional-arms-sharing amendment to the WSC treaty that will also see Norwegian Landish CF-18s stationed in Pitatuh Land, Brikania, The Ziron Empire and other WSC nations and basically see every WSC nation establish bases and station troops and equipment in every other WSC nation.

"Blasted Nazis are preparing for war, as usual. Well, two can play that game. Prepare defences along our borders. Get additional support at the ready if peace breaks down. We will not be caught off guard, but we will not start this war. As well, see if the mechanics have diagnosed the problems with our large friend. He may have to finally see the battlefield if this keeps up."

The worlds oceans are quickly filling up due to the melting polar ice caps! If something is not done quickly coastal countries will be in grave danger!

Nations can help undo the damage by making creative posts that combat climate change on the forum. If not enough is done in time, all territories that are next to the oceans can be invaded without doing the Border Invasion and the Rural Advance.

Denathor is pleased to announce its participation in Project Siberia with The Ziron Empire. The aim of Project Siberia is to reduce global warming, and indeed reversing it by detonating a number of firebombs in uninhabited parts of Africa, the resulting debris partially blocking out the sun, reducing temperatures. Denathor has sent its factories into overtime producing the type of bombs that will be used for Project Siberia. The nation is also beginning to prepare for the effects of a sudden drop in temperature, being a nation so far north.

I'll kick your ass!" "Very well" says Harper. The president goes for his trusty lead pipe, used on unruly subjects, but Harper is far faster and wipes out a knife and ends his life in one slash to the neck. The president is dead, Harper has taken his place.

A number of scientists and climate experts muddled about at the Zironian Institute of Natural Sciences. Military and Construction experts reviewed the plans in hand. Denathoran, Pitatuh Land, and Silvergrove officials also attended the briefing.

Alex Yoslov, a Zironian Climate expert went over the plans. He pointed at a holographic map of Africa, going over the locations where they would place their payloads.
"Alright. Welcome to history ladies and gents. Our plan here is simple. We have been instructed to place our new incendiary explosives along the Ivory Coast, and nearby uninhabited and forested nations. Our construction teams will make way for Brikania and Silvergrove. Here we will create a 30 mile fire buffer zone, which will keep the fire from spreading to nearby cities. Half the lumber will go to us, the the only half to the resident nations. Firefighters and Water Bombers will also Ben stationed in Silvergrove and Brikania to combat out of control fires. The debris cloud should drop the temperature by 1 to 3 degrees over the next decade or so, which should give us enough time to fix things at home."

The scientists and Officials nodded, and exited the room in large numbers.
"Alright everyone. Let's play God."

Zironian factories have come to life, creating a new batch of incendiary explosives to use in Operation Siberia. They are being created in the millions, and bombers stand ready for the long cruise to Africa. Emergency services have also been sent to Brikania, Silvergrove, and Pitatuh land to begin the deforestation of a 30 mile fire buffer zone. Firefighting vehicles and equipment are also being stationed along the buffer zone, and are also being sent to work in the inner cities.
