Today a military base near Legnica was taken over by communist rebels. They stole 20 F-111s and an entire cache of M4 missiles. several of the personnel assigned to the base where publicly executed when they bravely tried to retake the base.
In other news the YF-14 and YF-13 programs are going along smoothly and some pictures have been released of the new planes.

1. International Crisis In Gregicstan
After the signing of the peace treaty that officially ending the Grego-Klatuian war, by Klathu ceding an island to Gregicstan, Klathuian allies and sympathizers have been calling the treaty illegitimate, despite it being signed by both sides. Gregicstan militarized their sovereign land after the war, which was met with anger from the AUD and SU, as they still consider the land Klathuian. In response to Gregicstan being threatened with blockades and foreign invasion of his sovereign land, The Leader has decided to send Gregicstan the entirety of our naval force, and 20.000 troops to assist them if Klatuian sympathizers were to contest Gregicstans sovereign islands. The Leader Had this to say:
"It is clear as glass for us now, that the 'democratic world' believe they can bully whoever they see fit in order to get what they want. We have expressed that we do not desire a conflict between the Treaty of Litheron and the AUD and SU.
When the leaders of the moralized world signed the Treaty of Litheron, the true scope of our glorious endeavor was not clear for us. Because communism does not only exist in communist nations, but also democratic nations. These leaches have infiltrated the governments of nations who would be neutral to our cause, and it is clear to the world today, that these communists will stop at nothing to exploit the free men across the world to wipe us out.
This is an eternal endeavor that we have committed ourselves to. It is now up to the peoples of the democratic nations around the globe to realize who the real enemies are, and who the real invaders are, just like the people across Mlorba have realized.

The task force consists of; a Moskva class, two Udaloy class', 3 Sovremenny class', four Krivak I class' and eight Alligator class landingcrafts. The ships are expected to arrive in two weeks from now and the 20.000 troops in a single week.

The mission to retreive the stranded Paradesians was a success. They were fished up 3 days ago, and arrived in Island Paradis yesterday.

1. Military Spending Skyrockets
Because of the threat of Total War, The Leader has decided to increase yearly military expenditure from 19,6 billion to 69.6 billion, an increase of 350%. Plans have also been laied out to increase active military personnel from 196.000 to 686.000. The plans are scheduled to be fully implemented in a month from now, though spending and conscription will runningly be increased until then.

Economy: Reconstruction Complete!
After the end of the short Corgelian civil war, the economy plummeted from it's already downward trend. Reconstruction was slow at first, but The President's new programs have accelerated the reconstruction efforts and now the economy is at pre-war levels, and at a steady increase! New factories are being built, however, some are being dug underground to comply with the government's new standards for the National Redoubt. Speaking of the new National Redoubt Standards...
Military: Size Increase
The government has set new standards for the military, with an increase in production, new construction on the National Redoubt, as well as the new ambiguously named "Project NPM." After the damage and general ineffectiveness of the NR in the civil war, The President has approved new plans for the NR, which includes a 3 step plan, which has been made public, but quite vague.
Goal 1: Completed preliminary reconstruction of the National Redoubt, and partial implementation of Project NPM. Likely completed by early November.
Goal 2: Extension to the National Redoubt, and Completion of project NPM. Likely completed by mid November.
Goal 3: Completion of National Redoubt, and capacity for Operation 1452. NR completion likely by early December. 1452 will have a lower budget than other goals.

After a short military rule of Iyadufia following the step down of the dictator, the results for the new government are finally in. The results are very much unexpected, but we have found no evidence of rigging or any of the sorts. In a surprising twist Wednesday night, the MRP secured presidency after a close race with the Centrists. A few days later, the senate results were tallied, and the Greens surprisingly secured a majority along with the other leftists, also bringing shocking results to the senate. The rightists and centrists have a minority in the senate, and it will be challenging for them to pass or remove their laws or policies. Here are the results of the senate.
The new government has also been aware of a threat just south to it. Recently, a war ended in which our allies foolishly gave away an island to one of our greatest enemies. Ever since Gregicstan joined the TOL in the middle of such war, the island they have seized in the peace deal is now the greatest threat to our nation and destroyed ally, Klathu. Almost immediately after forming in the capital, the senate and the president both agreed that we cannot intentionally weaken ourselves, and that the only way we can get rid of the the threat all parties and nations face is to strengthen the military. The budget will slowly rise over time in order for our nation to properly defend ourselves from the fascist threat. Until the threat is thoroughly dealt with, the budget will rise over time. We hope the new government will bring peace and stability to this great nation.

Othellus Releases new planes
Othellus Incorporated, the leader of drone technology in Cadenza, has come out with two new aircraft designs this week, Pioneer Three and Pioneer Four. These new craft focus on the weaponizing of their previous designs, in order to make them more effective in hostile environments. The Pioneer Three comes equipped with two GPS guided JDAM bombs, an industry first. These bombs can be dropped from extremely high altitudes and hit a target as small as a truck. The Pioneer Four is a huge advancement in drone avionics and efficiency, with an operating range of over 32 hours. It's long wings mean it can fly at incredibly slow speeds, perfect for surveying. Its low drag elevator/rudder combo is another industry first. The plane comes equipped with 24 AGM-114 Hellfire Missiles.
Bombers Galore
Raijor Aerospace Industries, the lead supplier of fighters and attackers for Cadenza, has released new variants of its cargoplane the HCR-15. These are two variants of bombers, one holding 56 SnakeEye Bombs, and the other holding 8 Cluster Bombs. These new bombers should help improve our attacking force, if we should ever come to war with anyone.
Achenar's Successful Launches, and Not-So-Successful Landings
Achenar Space Industries has launched two satellites this week, atop their brand new ASIR-1 Reuseable Rocket. Both launches went perfectly according to plan, launching their payloads of <error>UNKNOWN CODE</error> into a 300km orbit around Kerbin. Sadly, both first stages were unsuccessful in landing, streaking over Serthenia and crashing into the water just outside the Cadenza Space Center's launch area. Tweaks are being made to the rocket, and hopefully soon the rockets will be able to land their stage without issue.

More than an hour ago, Kolonian Forces in Utron fired a test ballistic missile into the ocean off the coast of the nation. The test was successful. This test sparked a great disturbance in Utron and Mlorba.
Around 40 minutes later, Kolonian forces in Utron detected a launch from forests near the Ostreich border. This missile, not fired my AUD forces, struck Uteria Military Base, Cadenza. Cadenza and the TOL have yet to respond.
Any citizens in Utron 8 kilometers or less from the border, evacuate immediately. Utron and the AUD are here to help. This is a situation of incredible proportions, and we trust you will stand with us during this.
Whatever comes, we are ready. The AUD will stand strong, and all threats will never defeat us.

Explosion in Kolonia Kills Thousands
Kheyaus stands in solidarity with Kolonia after terrorists intercepted and caused the detonation of nuclear weapon over the Poloas World College on October 8th. In a statement realeased by the President of Kolonia, he noted that "Our first nuclear weapon, Sláva-I, was traveling to our new weaponry testing range when the transport that was carrying it was intercepted by a Cadenzian Aircraft. With confusion,... this fighter was identified as a AUD friendly and thus was not intercepted. By the time the formation noticed that the fighter was modified and not hailing to communications, it accelerated and collided with the tail section of the Il-76... The weapon... detonated 40 meters above the Poloas World College. With a force of 8.2 Kilotons, the explosion killed... 65,771 people. We have confirmed that the aircraft involved was a modified Cadenzian Spearjet MkVII, taken over by unknown radicals. We condemn Cadenza for allowing these terrorists to slip away into open sea. The Kolonians military will soon locate their frigate and will be prepared to put it at the bottom of the ocean if needed. We call on nations worldwide to help us recover." Four Kheyausian students attending the college were killed in the explosion, in addition to the countless innocent Kolonian lives taken by these terrorists. The KMI suspects that the terrorists were fascist extremists, and reminds citizens to report anyone with possible fascist beliefs to the Ministry of Internal Security, lest something like this occur in our very own homes. Kheyaus is assisting in Kolonia's recovery, and will send several cargo ships filled to the brim with Kheyausian supplies.
CODET Goes International
The great Common Defense Treaty organization, or CODET, has announced that it will be going international later this month. CODET is an alliance of fellow Socialist nations united in a common defense, and promotes the spread of the True Way. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Taiko Kostas, issued a statement on Tuesday, stating that "Kheyaus is dedicated to the AUD as a defense pact, but we fully support any decisions CODET makes and will gladly help promote World Socialism along with them. Furthermore, we are open to and encourage a Socialist trade alliance, which we would join in a heartbeat. Glorious Chairman looks forward to a future of cooperation and victory shared amongst the righteous nations of the world."

"The economy now has a GDP of 600 billion credits, and schools, roads, and the armed forces have record-high budgets. Glorious Chairman has released Phase II of his plan, declaring that a new housing system will be established and small private business are legal." The housing system will go from class-8 to class-1, and increase by square footage. A class-8 dwelling will have <=300ft^2, class-7 301-500ft^2, class-6 501-800ft^2, class-5 801-1300ft^2, class-4 1301-1500ft^2, class-3 1501-1700ft^2, class-2 1701-2000 ft^2, and class-1 >=2001ft^2. If you are an owner of a home class-4 or above and are not an official Party member, you have three months to prepare before being relocated to a class-8 apartment, unless you have children, in which case you will be relocated to a class-7. Business earning more than 20,000.- annually and employing more than ten people are considered property of the State. Glorious Chairman's plan will surely better the economy, and the housing system will lower the homeless rate to absolutely zero!

UGETSTANIAN GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
With the recent tragedy in Kolonia the Government has come to the conclusion that the actions of Cadenza are condemnable by war. Thus far, we will wage a political war against Cadenza in response to the fact that they one of their aircraft fall into the hands of a deadly terrorist organization. We are now ceasing any and all nations that follow the disease of Fascism and we would like to advise any nations that oppose this tumor to follow suit. In other news, the first Premier of the State Council Quing Zhiow has been elected. His promises of "Restoring National Glory" have got the People's Party raving over him. He also promises to restore the Military and Revolution to it's "Former State" have also gained him a majority support of the People's Party. Also, we like to formally apply to join the Anti-TOL Pact and CODET as many of comrades have joined and agreed that the disease of Fascism must be stopped.

The majority of production for the airforce is the K-5 J-I Solo/ Generation 3 Fighter & K-7 J-V Flame/ Generation 3 Attacker and will be retiring the K-2, K-3 and K-4 series from the military and will be scrapped or used as trainers. Also, we're happy to introduce the Canberra jet bomber made by Yackovich and Merlin Co (pictured above).
The Navy so far is are patrol boats but 2 revolutionary ships are being constructed, the RIP Fury Corvette and the RIP Barnacles named after J. Barnacles Kerman who died of cancer last month, he was a well known Naval Strategist in the Paradisian Navy. Nacija Slavia has agreed to buy many of our Patrol ships plus a Blaze Class Corvette.
The Army has a grand shipment of jeeps and trucks from Heruland and Ostereich as many are outraged to "deal with the fascist" but the government has no response to this outrage so far.There is still a steady flow of Howard, Millenium and Chapparel tanks being manufactured.
Onto more serious news, as many citizens know there was a missile that impacted a Cadenzanian base and Prime Minister Gregory Kerman himself spoke about it. (roll tape): "We are in one of the most hostile times as nations are pointing missiles at each other, I believe we do not join in the conflict as we will be obliterated if we join either side. We shall continue to progress as a peaceful nation but if it has to come to war then we will be ready but so far we will be neutral". The Senate has agreed to Gregory demands to be neutral. Many do disagree to such proclaims but we here in the office agree.

1. Cadenza Hit By AUD Missile!
On the 15th Kolonia conducted a missile test in Utron as a show of strength, but an unscheduled second missile was launched and made impact in Uteria, Cadenza. At this moment it is unknown if this unprovoked attack was intentional. The strike group and troops that were schedueld to arrive in Gregicstan have been redirected towards Utron's coasts and will arrive in 3 days. The Leader had this to say on the topic:
"We have always shown that we are willing to co-operate with the AUD. Not once have we been the aggressors in any conflict between the factions, and still, these pigs think they can do whatever they like, as threatening an invasion of our dearest allies and indiscriminately bombing the men who want to fight for our common cause. When we first founded the Treaty of Litheron, the purpose of it was to combat communism, the exact same enemy as the worlds democracies, yet still, we are the scapegoat of all the worlds problems and we are the once who need to be wiped off the globe. If war is what they want, if elimination of our world is what they desire, they are going to have to fight till there is no moral man left. If war is what they want, their demise is what they will get!"

1. Navy Expantion And Military Modernization.
With the 350% increase in military spending, the navy seems to be the current priority with new ships beginning development already. A copy of every exciting ship in service is being made to double the capability or our armed forces on sea. A new Main Battle Tank has also been developed and is said to replace the aging and obsolete Holger models, of which production completely halted yesterday to converter factories to build the new tanks. The tank is called Crown-101 'Harald' and features a turret, composite armor and is said to have excellent offroad capability.

Improvements are being made to the Ostreich highway system under the Ostreich national highway initiative. The Ostreich government is allocating $257 million to the program. The upgrades are expected to be completed in mid 2018.
In a joint initiative between the Ostreich government and the Corgelian, Cadenzan, Herulandian government. The system is expected to cost about $3 billion when completed and will have some of the largest trains in the world running on it. The program is slated for completion by early 2019.
The Ostreich defense budget is being increased from $20 billion to $34 billion. We urge other ToL nations to also increase their defense budgets to help defend our great continent from communist invasions.
We are ordering 20 new F-111Cs and 10 F-5 interceptors to defend our great nation and its interests. Along with these new fighters we have ordered 30 Dragonflies, 40 Fireflies, 5 C-4s and 40 OWL 1s.
We are building new defensive structures to defend our great nation from any communist invasion. Some of these new defenses consist of Dragonsteeth, civilian bomb shelters, 150mm AT guns, M4 and M7 missile launchsites, pillboxes, SAM sites, reinforced hangars and tank traps. We hope that these defenses will never have to be used but it is better to be prepared for an invasion and never need it then not prepare at all.
We are decommissioning the aging F-104 and the Wolverine light tank. We are selling all but 5 of each for a discounted price.
We have ordered 4 new ships including 2 destroyers and 2 frigates. They are expected to be completed by mid 2018 if there are no delays.

As such, it is a disturbing idea to think that Anderia and CODET a large could have a dictatorial nation in it's midst. Thus, we have decided to prepare this ultimatum to be sent to the governent Kheyaus.
There will be 72 Hours from this documents arrival for you to agree to all points and for delegations from Anderia, Traestan, Dolphiland, Kheyaus, and optionally observers from the Kerbal States and United States of Kerthenia to meet in St. Palmersburg to debate the points and organize details of Kheyausian compliance.
The Kheyausian Government will now pledge itself:
1. to immediately cease any and all propaganda campaigns with the intent to incite contempt towards Republican processes and the rights of the citizenry;
2. to produce evidence of the existence of their Chairman and to send him to Omniabstracta for questioning should he so exist;
3. to allow CODET observers to analyze the election process of the Kheyausian government and to ensure the validity of electoral results both past and present;
4. to provide a full job description of its elected bodies representatives and evidence of their job being preformed;
5. to, should the observers find the democratic processes in Kheyaus to be lacking and the power of the government not primarily in the hands of the people, to invite further observors to begin instating reforms to move towards a republican structure;
6. to limit any paramilitary capabilities of the police force and to prevent police, military, and other such institutions and civilian paramilitaries from interfering in both the lives of citizens and from the process of assessing the political system of Kheyaus;
7. to permit observers limited power to intervene (to be agreed upon at the Congress of St. Palmersburg as it will henceforth be known) and to allow them an entourage of CODET military and police personnel as well as personal guards from the respective security agencies of observer's respective homeland;
8. to bring all accessories to the subversion of democratic processes should they be found to exist to trial with a bipartisan jury with a member from each of the nations involved with the Congress of St. Palmersburg and any who would wish to volunteer one of their citizens as well as a judge to be selected from the Supreme People's Court of Anderia, Supreme Court of the United States of Kerthenia, Supreme Court of the Serrian Republic, Supreme Court of the Council of Traestan, and other such bodies in the involved states;
9. to see to the immediate arrest of any political, military, or otherwise state sponsored figure tied to the subversion of the rights of kerbs as defined by the Stractan Accords;
10. to guarantee no attempt to subvert the observers or any attempt at reform and that the governing bodies of Kheyaus would cease all claims to be the official government should the observers feel the necessity of declaring a separate provisional government with Anderian backing;
11. to provide clear and thorough explanations regarding any questionable activities exercised by the current regime as will be functionally defined at the Congress of St. Palmersburg but may be revised by observers at any time;
12. to accept minor Anderian military presence in Kheyaus and permitting them to create bases there of which their control will be renegotiated after the full investigation is complete;
13. to notify all relevant parties of the execution of the demands presented in this ultimatum.
Understand that refusal to meet the points of the ultimatum will be responded to with a general mobilization.

Dear Governments of Kerbin,
The Mlorbik turmoil has reached an unbelievable high. It seems as if at this point, was has become almost inevitable. We urge for a peaceful resolution, but if it must come to war, we announce that we as a formerly fascist nation will fight the virus that once infected us. The nuclear detonation on our capital sacred city of Kerevan, gas attack on the collapsed state of Aredia, and racial genocide have not gone asleep in our minds. These are vivid memories, and memories of which we shall not let happen again. Arefayai is proud to stand with our previous colonial overseers in this "Anti-TOL" pact, and we urge the other reformed ADN nations to follow suit. We have learned from history, while this "TOL" refuses to.
In domestic news, Arefayai has increased the military budget by 4.1% to 65 billion dollars per year. We hope this move can keep our nation from being invaded by the nearby Gregicstani TOL threat.
