Today the Vados 2 Eve research probe has achieved low Eve orbit and began it's transmission of data. The first picture has been received and has been released to the public. Coming up we will be launching the Jool deep diving probe Vados 3 on board the new Osiris 1 rocket. this probe will use new lighter and stronger material to go deeper than ever before into the atmosphere of Jool collecting new data and readings. Finally we would like to announce that we are beginning development on our own space shuttle code named Project Lazarus. The A.U.D. is automatically declining West Ventrex's application, and is ordering West Ventrex to pull the blockade back. K.S. Press Release

The K.S. government has a tragic announcement to make. About eight minutes ago, a West Ventrexian fighter shot down an un-escorted K.S. Air Force C-33 Albatro to deliver humanitarian supplies to the city of Portstock. This is a horrifying act, and we are currently reviewing our options as of now. Recently, the "United Socialist States of West Ventrex" commenced a blockade of the East Ventrexian city of Portstock, in direct violation of international law and Kerbal rights, for the petty reason of East Ventrexian border guards having insulted their West Ventrexian counterparts, causing an entire city to starve like this is inexcusable, and a massive violation of both Kerbal rights and East Ventrex's sovereignty, and technically an act of war against East Ventrex. We hereby sever all diplomatic ties with West Ventrex, for a state so willing to violate Kerbal rights like this cannot be trusted, and we urge other nations to do the same. We officially demand that West Ventrex cease their blockade in the next 36 hours, or action may be taken.

Additionally, the Dolphik armed forces are currently preparing for "Operation Vital", involving multiple squadrons of DI-142 heavy transport aircraft being used to resupply the city, under escort from DI-18 fighters, from both land-based airfields, aswell as pair of carrier squadrons which will be stationed off the Ventrexian coast, to provide a staging point for supplies inbound to the city, aswell as to protect the supply chains from air and sea threats.

A DI-142 being loaded up with supplies by RAF personnel, prior to it taking off to Portstock.

Additionally, a fleet of supply ships will also be mobilized for usage in resupplying the city, and they shall be escorted in convoys by packs of Royal Navy destroyers, naval vessels will also be stationed off the Ventrexian coast to prevent any interference by West Ventrexian naval vessels in the supply chains to the city. Whilst D-18s shall also patrol the skies to intervene in any attack against supply aircraft or vessels by the West Ventrexian Air Force.

A D-18 fighter aircraft patrolling the skies over the Dolphik sea, protecting shipping to the besieged city.

Lastly, the Royal Marines are in position to intervene against any West Ventrexian offensive action against the city, and should West Ventrex fail to lift this siege and comply with our previous demands, action will be taken by the nations of the free world to save the civilians of Portstock, and to bring the state of West Ventrex to justice.

A Kolonian An-124 has touched down at Portstock, carrying 88 Tons of Supplies, including food, medical supplies and a ZSU-23-4. This cargo will help the citizens in Portstock, and the An-124 will head back to Iyadufia shortly.
The term of President Barbels Kerman is coming to a close. Votes will be starting soon for a new administration, and the Kolonian Media will be covering the election for the world. Voting will start on September 21st, 8:00pm Kortica Standard Time.
The Kolonian Armed Air Forces will be retiring the Ar-234 B-3 from Kolonian Service. The bomber has aged, and as it is unable to carry cruise missiles that are in development there is no point for it to be at the front lines. The Engines from these bombers will be stripped, along with the equipment inside. All 91 are going to be scrapped. Three will be taken out for museums and flight shows, which will be the start of the Kolonian Air Force museum. Ar-234 C-4s have also ceased production, but they are being rigged to carry 4 torpedoes per bomber to modernize them and keep up with modernization across Kolonia.

These are exciting times in our nation! Our Military grows stronger along with our economy! Sadly our government in a whole is in shambles switching back and forth trying to find our place in the world. Thank you for tunning into GNN.

Our Carrier the GMS Fortitude is officially being upgraded to a medium nuclear core by Omniabstracta providing them as generic basic cores we have modified for our carrier uses. Also, they will be providing a reactor for the shell of the new medium shell form Kerthnia. This will at least double our sea military power and protection of out canal, Gregictsani Sea, and the surrounding coastline. Also, with this new power, we hope to be more involved in foreign affairs. Soon, after the activation of the carrier, we hope to purchase fighters and older fighter planes from other nations to expand our airforce and arm these carriers abroad. We are also building more government and privet funded military factories to keep up with the needs of our mobilized army. This will also let us expand our military with more tanks and infantry equipment. We have also dropped mandatory conscription to keep the resources of our military up and our economy growing.

Economey

Our environment may be killing our young before they finish college but our economy is growing stronger. This is because of the new government subsidies and tax cuts for the industrial sector. Also, subsidies are made for a greener future and the upgrade of our average lifespan of 29 years old (NS stat) to at least 35. We also hope to continue production and development of the solar roadways for our major cities and highways propelling us into the future.

Tech

On our eastern island a new space center has been constructed with the technology of reusable rockets. Our first communication satellite will be launched in three weeks says GASA president ChiChi Kerman. We hope to become more of a widely used launch system for newer and older nations alike for our reusable rocket technology will make our launcher much easier and cheaper. We also hope to become the number one resource transporters to bases and space stations.

Politics and Foreign Relations

Gregicstan once again will be joining the SU and be sending aerial and humanitarian aid by plane transport. We hope we are reaccepted into the SU and our government choices respected. We are mainly wary of CODET and is the main reason we are joining an alliance. So far, we want to stay neutral and become a trading and manufacturing empire. President Joao Kerman was woken up from his slumber on his plane when a stewardess informed him they were about to land. He quickly woke up and buckled as he heard the squeak of the wheels hitting the runway. When the plane landed, Joao exited to hoards of reporters and journalists asking him about the conference in Pentoslovakia. He had prepared a speech for this and gave it. "My fellow countrymen, I come to you to confirm that we have reached a deal with Pentoslovakia to avoid war. Both of our nations will back down and create a DMZ on our border and in return, we get the oil fields and end the embargo against Pentoslovakia. With this deal I believe we have achieved peace in our-" His speech was interrupted by a lone man yelling something about grain and revenge. As soon as the president heard that he heard a loud bang and then everything went black.

When the motorcade arrived at the military base people were surprised to see the formation break. As Nicholas Fry steeped out of the car a loud bang rang through the air and everybody ducked. Police rushed around and huddling together around the car. The car quickly drove away with police sirens blaring deafening screams were everywhere and gunshots were heard. There lay Nicholas Fry in a pool of his own blood. Lying there dead. Then a shout was heard "FOR THE RESISTANCE". The plaza was quickly dispersed as the military filled in the spaces. Then standing there above Nicholas Fry's dead body Jonathan Fry his son. He declared his succession and he would become the leader. His first act- bring a democracy.
The terms would be 5 years and he would, the first ever Prime Minister of Pentoslovakia. When the people heard this they walked out fo their homes, from their boxes, peeked from their windows.....and applauded and shouted and celebrated. This is how the Dictatorship in Pentoslovakia ended. This is how Pentoslovakia was cleansed.
