Common Economic Agreement
I. The Free Trade Economic Union (FTEU) shall consist of members wishing to create a common market between themselves.
II. Members of the Free Trade Economic Union (FTEU) will send a representative in order to direct and discuss the common trade policy of The Free Trade Economic Union (FTEU). Each nation shall be equally represented and the this body of representatives will be known as the Free Trade Economic Council. Decisions and policy will be voted on and selected on the basis of simple majority.
III. Members of the Free Trade Economic Union (FTEU) agree to abolish all tariffs on products from other member nations. Additionally, goods from member nations shall be granted the status of "Of Preferential Origin". Goods traveling between member nations shall not be levied with any customs duties. No member shall impose a tax on products produced in other member nations in order to protect domestic goods.
IV. Citizens of member states will have the right of freedom to live and work (either permanently or temporarily) in other member states and return to the state where they hold citizenship as they please, provided they have the necessary resources to support themselves. Citizens of member states shall be given equal treatment under the law of the member state they are currently residing in.
V. Disputes on trade matters between member states shall be determined by the Common Economic Arbitration Committee. The judgments of the committee shall be considered legally binding in all member states. Each member will have a judge represented on the committee.
