OOC: In my previous post, I wrote that I'll post in 24 hours (14 hours now). This is for military actions only.

IC: A great discovery was done today! In the countryside of Argentina, just 50 miles (110 kilometers) North of its capital, Buenos Aires, a small oil well was found. It is found that this well has inside enough oil to fill 50.000 barrels and some small amounts of natural gas.

While the majority of this resource is going to be kept, all nations are welcome to buy 20.000 barrels as well as all of the natural gas for the prize of 100 million dollars.

UPDATE:
Just a Week later, ships take the drilled oil and transport it to Mali and from there to the rest of Europe and Africa. This oil will help us build a stronger economy and army. Despite the claims above, the offer of 20.000 is still open but with an elevated price in 150 million dollars.

Today there was a meting of cabinet of Great Nepal in Kathmandu and there was a debate about what to do about WokaStates reply. They had agreed to give us 20% but we asked for 30%. But the cabinet has finally decided after 1 hour of meting that 20% of oil was good enough and 10% oil was not a good for deploying army. So great Nepal agrees to leave WokaStates alone for 20% of the oil fields. Also the oil drilling have started.

Mexico has decided to re-inforce our forces in the U.S.. We will continue our push North into Northern California, Oregon, and Washington State. Also, we will push East, into Utah and Arizona. Our forces in Texas will continue the push North into Northern Texas and into Oklahoma and Arkansas. Once we secure these regions, we wish to form an alliance with Canada and Cuba.

We will send 4,000,000 troops and combat vehicles into the parts we already control. They will help to continue the push and hopefully secure our objectives.

With all these oil drained from Argentina, Woka built an army of 70.000 soldiers to reinforce the soldiers of Africa and prepare a new attack. The soldiers were sent on Mali and their target is to capture Nigeria which has many mines that extract valuable resources. The battle will start when the armored division arrives.

At the same time, Wokastates sent a proposal to Frenca for cooperation in the upcoming battles in Africa. If anything goes well, the reward will be a captured region that Frenca desires (again ACCEPTS/REJECTS).
