Upon review of both the history of West Troptopia leading to this so-called status as well as the current situation at hand the holy Empire has reached the following conclusion.

The nation of West Troptopia is considered a legal nation state and thus has obtained the sovereign rights of an independent and sovereign state. The status of colonial domain is a direct infringement upon the sovereignty of West Troptopia.

From the history of West Troptopia it has sows that the causes leading to the colonial status are illegitimate by nature and thus making the colonial status illegitimate. In accordance with illegitimate change of the status of West Troptopia the governors established by the Grand Hardenburghan Federation are not legal and merely the de facto rulers of West Troptopia.

Therefore, the Holy Empire of Tybra, in it most enlightened grace, legendary wisdom and elegant efficiency has decided that the Holy Empire of Tybra will not recognize this status of colonial rule.

Furthermore the Holy Empire demands the restoration of the sovereignty of West Troptopia and its people by the Grand Hardenburghan Federation. Would the Grand Hardenburghan Federation refuse to comply then the Holy Empire will be forced to liberate West Troptopia through military force at the expense of the Grand Hardenburghan Federation.
