The Grand Hardenburghan Federation today declares a state of colonial rule over the Protectorate of West Troptopia. This comes as a result of several disputes over Troptopian sovereignity, we feel this is a necessary precaution. Several governors will be placed in Troptopia, and will answer directly to the Federation. We hereby declare that any attempt to resist by Troptopia will result in immediate deployment of MORE troops.

Okay lets clear things up - until we can sort out a proper Troptopian resolution ; and pave its way towards independence , I am sorry but self rule is not a reality. I am trying to prevent another conflict breaking out. This status will remain until we can arrange elections in the next week. Then there will be no need for any more Federal rule ; and things will be able to go back to normal
