The RP will involve the two spheres of drug dealing and gun smugglers - the two will be interconnected through the formation of a multinational criminal organisation. The organisation will be linked to various terror groups, especially those which operate in the wider Gael region. The criminal organisation will be headquartered in the Outer Badlands of Heddwich, which is a lawless territory governed only by a group of vigilantes. This RP could involve police, intelligence and many different law enforcement departments as well as relevant government agencies, committees and commissions. It could be linked to the Kachee Caliphate if its manager is willing to allow that.
IC Storyline (Proposed, open to discussion)
Drugs have always been illegal in Samudera and the police have waged a ‘war’ against drugs for almost thirty years. Despite this, drugs could be frequently found in clubs and bars around the nation. A drug cartel was recently caught in Ainslie, which following an investigation, was found to be connected to major drug cartels supplying Samuderan markets. Raids were conducted across the islands in Samudera and their major base was found in a remote western island of the nation. It was discovered that the cartels were using Heddwich and Fujiraha as bases to supply Samudera and Ainslie. The cartel managed to transfer ten tons of drugs every day and almost had a monopoly in the two nations. The Samuderan police then decided to ask for help from the Ahnslens, who used their G4 intelligence sharing capabilities in order work out the original incident. The Samuderans then asked for the government of Heddwich to raid the cartel’s base.
Back in Samudera, the leader of the Nationalist Party and a well known pro-gun campaigner was found to have connections to the criminal organisation, Sri Agata Liman was then charged with the appropriate crimes. The arrest led to one of the most prominent cases in Samuderan history. Sri was found to be funding covert smugglers, known as the ‘Merdeka Groups’
It was discovered that this group was linked to a TERRORISTGROUPS that had been funding INSURGENCYGROUPS in COUNTRY.
The rest of the story and the ending will be decided upon consideration
Timeline of the RP
Part I: Discovery (~7 days)
Synopsis
Discovery will mainly be in relation to the ‘discovery’ of the drug ‘Buzz’. It will also detail the effects that current drugs have on nations, as well as this new drug. This part will probably be heavy on news posts, as the State as a whole and as a government respond to the issue. This part could also highlight the daily struggles of police officers and medical staff to respond to this issue.
Part II: Connecting the Dots (~14 days)
Synopsis
Connecting the Dots is all about the larger supply chain. This is where governments and international agencies begin working with each other and finding similarities. This could be particularly a good point to bring an insight into the smugglers and their efforts to evade the government agencies - or just walk through the Heddwichian desert, completely safe. Up to you. In this part, Ainslie busts a small part of the supply chain, working with Fujiraha to disrupt the shipment of goods to Samudera and Ainslie. Despite this, the organisation expands and governments need to find a way to stop this before it gets any worse.
Part III: Following the chain (~10 days)
Synopsis
Following the chain involves different governments working together to work their way back to the source of the drugs and arms smuggling. This is where a lot of writing around ‘Investigators’ could go. It is also suspected that they wider supply chain has bank accounts in Keverai, a former colony of Ainslie and swiss-bank style drama begins.
Part IV: Breaking the chain (~7 days)
Synopsis
Governments begin to work out what is going on and trace it all back to Heddwich’s badlands. Here is where the Heddwichian government cooperates/cooperates partially/flatly rejects the demands of nations which have been so affected by this drugs epidemic. Samudera works out that politicans in their nation are involved with this all.
Part IV: Breaking the chain (~7 days)
Synopsis
Governments begin to work out what is going on and trace it all back to Heddwich’s badlands. Here is where the Heddwichian government cooperates/cooperates partially/flatly rejects the demands of nations which have been so affected by this drugs epidemic. Samudera works out that politicans in their nation are involved with this all.
Part V: The Judicial Witch Hunt (~7 days+)
Synopsis
This is where the institutions of various nations clean up the mess in their own nations, as well as fight for jurisdiction over different suspects - this is where the League could come in. Samudera prosecutes their corrupt minister, Ainslie does some major court trials.
How will this be done?

This looks cool! Drugs (they are not legal, be they aren't exactly illegal either. The regulations regarding them are very vague) and firearms are widespread in Lardingo. Lardingo could easily become a supply hub for the cartels.
