OOC: we're also confused, we have no understanding of whats going on canonically, probably out as well, this is highly unrealistic (the mega armies larger than real life nations, highly advanced technology, and also wasn't West Australia on our side? How would they allow enemy ships fly through them without any interference?) and is becoming a contest over who has the most powerful force.. (Civil war is becoming a world war on Australian soil at this point)

(OOC: I don't appreciate that people have armies logistically impossible to sustain. I think OP should have made a rule of troop limits per nation and that nations may only fight in Northern Australia, not in their own nations.)

I dont mind much other nations getting involved which can possibly cause a domino affect. Nation A wants to help nation X. Nation b does not want this so there is a high chance of nation b doing the dodgy and attacking or swaying nation A government to reconsider. If nation A gets involved its open season on them.

The landing has been unopposed as it was behind the lines of fighting. With the beach and nearby land secured the Army was to offloaded next. 60,000 men were being sent ashore with tanks, artillery, AFVs, and anti aircraft guns. They proceeded to fortify their position.

A low flying jet flew over the city dropping papers for the population to read. They warned of the danger of staying loyal and urged the citizens to overthrow their oppressive government within 6 hours.

People are extremely happy. The government collects the papers, which it distributes as material to light fires with, as most citizens see the government as a benevolent dictatorship, because of its many civil rights. North australian and other allied forces created strategic defenses around Brisbane. All civilian planes at Brisbane and Gold Coast airport have been sent to Sydney or New Zealand to make space for military planes. Anti Aircraft missiles have been disguised in tall buildings. Tanks and fighter jets now defend the city 24/7. Soviet troops also defend the city.

Despite the loss of the other 747-400 carrying supplies for the population, one last 747-400 still remained in Brisbane, cancelling their flight to collect more supplies in Chuying due to the danger surrounding the continent's airspace. The pilot went out of his aircraft, lighting a cigarette and resting on the staircase on the tarmac. He heard the sound of a jet flying overhead, quickly seeing that it wasn't of any allied nation, and looked down to see several papers falling infront of him. "Overthrow your oppressive government..." He muttered, horrified that they would resort to propaganda and deception to gain victory. He quickly ran to his aircraft, where 10 crew and 30 aid workers were gathered, arguing over how they can ever continue their mission if they can't fly back for more supplies, they would soon run out in the next week or so if they did not gather more. "They're dropping leaflets to try and destabilize the government, and rally the people against us, everyone out now! Continue with your work and get as many people as you can to our aircraft, and while you're at it get all the leaflets you can and dispose of them! We are not going to risk flying out until we have finished all of our supplies, we have to try and save everybody! All crew, let's ready this aircraft for flight, I will try and see where we can fly without being shot down!" He shouted at the group, and the aid workers ran off the aircraft, the crew frantically moving about to prepare the plane for a quick departure.

With this new development of a threat to Brisbane, the remaining Eurofighter Blizzards have been dispatched back to the capital, and the government of Chuying allowing 10 additional aircraft to protect the capital, despite them agreeing to not get involved military, however this posed a threat to their aid mission directly, so they had to make some adjustments to their plans.

With no apparent overthrow of the North Australian government, French troops continued their defense but sent some of their troops to secure the roads in and out of Brisbane, effectively blockading the city from any reinforcement by land to the front line or to the defense of the city. Form there they began regular jet strikes on cargo ships transporting supplies in and out of Brisbane once they were sufficiently away from the coast.

Additionally from the camp set up 10 kilometers North of Brisbane French troops began their mass artillery bombardment of the city- including incendiary devices. No frontal assault was made, their intention was to starve and destroy the city.

As for refugees, as Morgane Bonaparte put it "the people of Brisbane have made their decision."

The aircraft was ready for departure, however the city was effectively being bombarded, the air terminal was already packed with panicking citizens, many running to the tarmac, hoping to see any hope of escape from the city, there was barely anything security could do to stop them, only a few guards remained, the majority having fled days prior.

The crew saw the sea of people coming towards them, and soon they would be unable to depart completely if they were surrounded. The workers begun quickly running back to their aircraft, shoving past the crowd with the people they found, climbing onto the staircase and into the aircraft. One remained at the door, and began shouting at the crowd, panicking and in chaos. "EVERYONE CALM DOWN! This aircraft will save NOBODY if we don't calm down! We can take 200, and there are already several other planes still parked here with crews on board! Our pilot has contacted the other aircraft, and has pleaded for them to take some of you! Remain calm, you all will live, if we work together! Again, we are taking 200 aboard ours, and the rest can board the others!" The crowd began to separate to the other aircraft, 200 quickly climbing aboard the 747-400, as the door was quickly shut and aircraft positioned itself for take off. The 17 Eurofighter Blizzards surrounded the aircraft, preventing any direct attack and shielding it, as it took to the skies, several of the Eurofighters receiving the brunt of the enemy fire, and crashing as the 747 climbed higher, far out of the reach of anti-aircraft guns. The aircraft flew northwest, towards Chuying, where the refugees could remain until peace is restored.

You are to state your business in these skies or you will be redirected to Paris where the civilians will stay for the rest of the war. Should you refuse to cooperate you will be shot down." The pilot of the fighter was repeating this in different languages, starting with French, then English, then Polish.

The French lose minimal men in the bombardments that Brisbane has retaliated with. Some of the French Artillery redirects attention to the Harbor, Airbase, and Airports. Particularly the 180mm artillery. The lower caliber mass firing artillery continues to fire on the city.

"I apologize, but I would like to know on who's authority are you detaining us? Our aircraft does not have enough fuel to fly to Paris and we absolutely cannot risk the lives of the passengers on board, so I plead that you allow us to continue." While the two pilots were occupied in an argument, the remaining 14 fighters that survived the initial flight out of Brisbane, remaining further away to prevent raising suspicion that the aircraft was involved in something, quickly made their way towards the French jet behind the airliner, and began to fly around it, shooting at the jet's engines and cockpit aggressively as they flew by, to prevent accidentally hitting the airliner, with one aircraft flying straight into it's path, on a collision course to destroy both the French jet and itself.
