Samudera will be happy to cooperate with Orsandia regarding STEM educations. Samudera has many talents, and many will be happy to have a chance. A partnership will be beneficial to both of us, as Samudera will always need help from its neighbour to improve in its education sector. At the core of this initiative, I would also like to bolster the capabilities of our higher education systems with the funding they need in Science and Engineering to conduct research and keep each nation at the cutting-edge of research. We recently began pouring heavy amounts of Orsandocoins into overhauling and rebuilding our education system, and this would speed up that process. The University of Orsandia system is the top college system in our country, and we would be willing to set up a mutual organization/foundation with Samudera that can grant funds to scientific research, raise awareness of STEM education, improve choices in STEM for underrepresented groups, and act as the catalyst for the growth that shall follow. In addition, from our end we would be open to relaxing our visa laws to allow students from Samudera, Ainsile , and other nations to come study and perhaps work here as well. Im not sure if "Open borders" would suffice though, as Orsandia only shares a land border with Ainsile, while Samudera and Orsandia are seperated by ocean.

If you agree, I think we should give this potential agreement a working title. I think this has very good potential, and even moreso if Ainsile would be interested in it.

Samudera is already revamping its education system, modernisation is ongoing to ensure good quality of the education itself. I would welcome Ainslie and Orsandia help Samudera in the matters of education, as education is an important aspect of a nation. I'm myself is pleased to see if Ainslie, Orsandia and Samudera could cooperate in terms of this.

Regarding visa, i suggest we could discuss the possibility of a 30-day or more visa-free.

We are willing to pledge an initial fund of 450 million Orsandocoins to help jumpstart this initiative, and will increase to match the amounts pledged by our Samuderan and Ahnslen counterparts.

The Orsandian delegation would like to see this program grow into one with long term prominence. We envision an initial time frame of 5-10 years of funding with increases or maintenance if it proves to be mutually beneficial for our three nations in the long run.

As for embassies, we are currently planning to create an International district in the capitol of Guangfeng that shall house the future diplomatic missions of other nations in Orsandia. We are ready to finalize the establishment of an embassy in Arnton, and want to grant our agreement to allow Ainslie and Samudera to be the first two nations to establish a diplomatic mission in our fair state. If the Ahnslen goverment would be open to it, we would also be interested in establishing a consulate general in Wellington, and allowing Ainslie to establish their own consulate in our biggest city, Yang Kong.
