As the representative of the Warfburgian people, the Government of the Republic of Warfburg wishes to submit this membership application. After years of close partnership with our close neighbours, we wish to establish such a partnership with the rest of Gael.
Part I: Economic and Trade
As part of our membership Gael Four, we will be removing all tariffs and lowering taxes on goods imported from other members, and will prioritise goods from members. Citizens of member nations will be able to acquire working visas easier, with priority over non member nation visas.
Part II: Immigration and Travel Considerations
Included with our membership will be the expansion of our loose border control for neighbouring nations to the whole of Gael Four. For entry into Warfburg, member nation citizens will only require a piece of government issued photo identification or ePassport. No member nation citizens will be denied passage through Warfburg unless they are under a warrant for arrest, have been convicted as a criminal, are a threat to security or public safety (e.g. terrorists or ‘gang’ or other criminal organisation members). If a citizen is denied entry into Warfburg due to criminal or security concerns, they will either be extradited or deported, depending on the specific case. Gael Four member nation citizens will have the same rights and freedoms as Warfburgian citizens, though working within Warfburg will require a working visa. If a member nation citizen establishes themself inside Warfburg, they will be required to have the same responsibilities as Warfburgian citizens, including paying taxes but will be permitted to vote in elections and refurrendums. The Warfburgian criminal and threat database will be opened up for member nations to access.
Part III: Intelligence and Security Cooperation
Continuing on from the criminal and security policies in Part III, the Warfburgian Intelligence and Security Agency (WISA) will also cooperate with member nation intelligence agencies, and will also not partake in any activity done over member nations. Terrorism and international crime databases will also be shared with member nation intelligence agencies. All classified information will remain only accessible to those cleared to access it for the purposes of security.
Part IV: Educational and Miscellaneous Cooperation
As part of our membership to Gael Four, universities and other educational institutions will be offered subsidies and other incentives for offering scholarships and easier access for member nation students. Visas for international students will also be easy to acquire, and will allow students and other visa holders to have access to elections and voting in referendums if they are over the minimum voting age in Warfburg. All further education institutions will also be legally required to implement the Gael Cooperation Incentives Scheme to operate.
The Gael Emergency Response Team will be
Signatory nations are to provide a mechanism to advantage and prioritise international students from the G4 region, whether this be in visa form, government incentives and scholarships, or through a fast-tracked method of enrollment in educational institutions.
A scholarship, the Gael Cooperation Incentives Scheme (GCIS) is to be implemented and provide G4 students the ability to study within the area.
An emergency response group, the Gael Emergency Response Team (GERT) is to be formed to respond to unexpected detrimental humanitarian and social events.
