*After recieving the message of what had been signed in the nation of Veritas, Emperor Tybus sent a message to the Veritasian government

"To a fellow nation whom i have no prior reasons to dislike. I have recieved a notice of the declaration signed in your nation and frankly i find it a death wish. You are openly stating you will declare war on any other nation whom you feel is in an unprovoked war. I not only find this declaration a death wish but i find it highly ignorant and I will not stand by while you threaten nations whose business and affairs may have nothing to do with you. I hereby condemn your action and if i find you are recklessly declaring war on sovereign nations i will be forced to intervene."

*Since no response was recieved from the Veritasian government about their irrational declaration of hostilities between them and every possible beligerent nation the Imperial Commonwealth of New Caldaris has decided to stop all immigration and travel requests to and from Veritas

Tybus: I have called you both here to discuss something of great importance.
Jaller: And your majesty that would be?
Tybus: We have an opportunity. A very great opportunity that we cannot pass up.
Troy: Excuse me sir but care to elaborate?
Tybus: The Veritas government as you know has declared hostilities with every nation that they feel is in an unprovoked war. I believe while they may seem confident in their abilities that in the end they will falter and not act. So i propose we test this and find some small unimportant nation to invade.
Troy: Sir this could cause a huge political backlash especially if they truly stick to their word and declare war. Then we would not only fighting whatever nation we have invaded but we would also be fighting on a second front against the veritasians.
Tybus: Jaller you are my warmaster for a reason what is your opinion on this? If they truly stuck to their word could we fight them off?
Jaller: Honestly sir? I cannot give you an accurate answer. We have a smaller military than most nations but it is better trained and better equipped, plus with the use of propaganda we have a signifigant force to draw upon in the massive populations of the indian provinces. Also we have a very up to date navy and would have a great chance of fighting off a land invasion. But i am not sure on the status of their forces equipment, troop number, training etc.
Tybus: Hmmm, after the great war things have gotten stale and i think we are in need for something to liven our great nation. So in one week i will have my decision and i want an opinion from both of you on where, if i decide, to invade.

"Seems fine." The Romaninan Dictator signed the document.

Mr. Kosai dipped hardened potato skin in a butter-milk and chicken mix, gulping it down contently. "Now Mr. President, what shall we do about this Pole-Romainian alliance?"

Premier Matsuyama put his cup of sun tea down on his table and wiped his mouth with a rag. "I don't know. Poland was our ally during the World War, and they are a trusted nation."

"Yes but Romainia and a dictatorship! What shall we-"

"It is not of our business. If Europe wants an alliance, it can have its damned alliance. If its not on the Western Hemisphere it is none of our concern."

"And of the Noder mobilization?"

"It is under Code 5 under the Articles.... we will run it by the board but chances are it won't pass the requirements."

*With the newly dubbed "Slavic Alliance" by New Caldarian citizens Emperor Tybus Heth has decided its time for war. After discussing with Warmaster Jaller Obrim his top military advisor it has been decided that the 23rd Imperial Marine Expeditionary Force will be sent along with a Royal Battlegroup to conquer the Kingdom of South Afrika. The Emperor gave a grand speech to the citizens of New Caldaris about this declaration and the citizens are buzzing with excitement. The Indian Provinces are also on full alert after a recent attack on an Imperial Palace by an unknown terrorist group.

"Order in the office!" Premier Gizo Matsuyama yelled to quiet the ten league representatives. "We have two cases in question for the declaration of war. Session has started."

"Case number one... the Dictatorship of the Noders States versus Romainia/Poland."

"Protocol sweep. Chairman Baxter, please."

A man in his mid-forties, a war veteran, stood up and read from a piece of paper which he had been taking notes on.

"Either country's proximity to our country... insignificant. The invasion threat level to our country... insignificant. Economic affect to our nation... insignificant. Political affect to our country... moderate, Poland was our ally during the first World War. BUT Romainia as a dictatorship. An enemy. What we could gain from an intervention... possible alliance with Poland, but they have little military influence at the moment. Reports say they are building up though. Military gain we could earn through intervention... very very little."

"Alright... representatives, what is your plea."

The ten huddled together with their papers and dispersed just as fast.

"Mr. Premier, we find it in our best interest to have minor intervention in this conflict. No declaration of war will be passed through congress. Economic and superficial aid only."

"Case number one adjourned. Case number two, the Empire of New Caldaris versus the Kingdom of South Africa. Mr. Chairman?"

The nine looked down the line to the main signer of the paper, he shook his head. Each shook his head to the person next to him down the line. "It is agreed. No intervention will be commenced."

"Very well. All cases have been dealt with. Meeting adjourned."

*Meeting between Emperor Tybus Heth, Warmaster Jaller Obrim, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Troy Loensch after recieving word of the Veritasian governments decision not to intervene.

Tybus: Gentleman. As always i was right. The Veritasian government has shown their weakness after making such rash declarations.
Jaller: Sir this is great we will be able to focus on the Kingdom of South Afrika and after that who knows where we can go next!!!
Troy: Now now now we can't get ahead of ourselves. We have yet to hear of the rest of the worlds reactions to this invasion but with the Noders Empire's advancement into eastern europe i think the worlds attention will be focused there instead of on some savage south african nation.
Tybus: Good things are going well now have our ships and troops deployed yet?
Jaller: Tomorrow at dawn they are setting sail.
Tybus: Excellent, Also i want you to put all naval patrols in the north sea on alert we cant be sure of Noders intentions yet and i dont want to be caught unprepared.
Jaller: As you command sir.
Tybus: This meeting is over, thank you gentleman you are invaluable to this nation and my continuing leadership.
Troy: Thank you sir we appreciate it.

In the small dark room of the Palace Prime Minister Umberto Morrelli was sitting in a chair when his two closest advisers One a former Colonel during the World War, Fabian Piccolo and Foreign Minister Enrico Cipriani. His Colonel Spoke first.

"Prime Minister, Sir our people are growing restless because Fascism has not brought the heaven on earth we promised them."
Morrelli replied with a unmoved look.

"How is our military modernization going."
Colonel Piccolo took a deep breath and replied.
"We manged to develop some Naval and artillery but our troops are armed with previous century weapons and our airforce is the smallest in Europe."
Morreli realized what needed to be done.

"We must postpone our invasion of Albania and look across this sea towards the new new world Africa… we must launch our assault on Tunisia now before some else beats us to it. "
Cipriani burst out.

"But sir, there's a major war in eastern Europe and a another war in South Africa."
Morelli got up from his chair and said to Cipriani.
"Forget about Eastern Europe and South Africa we must focus on Modernizing Italy,The Military, and Tunisia."


The sky's over Tunis, Tunisia, Nine days later

Twelve Caproni Ca.101 Bombers began flying over the city of Tunis. The battleship had began opening fire on they city a few hours earlier. The pilots thought in there head "For the glory of the New Roman Empire" as they released there load on the city.

January 28th, 1932 - Parliamental Offices, Vancouver, Veritas

"Case 003 has been brought to session. Meeting is in order." The Premier sat down. "Chairman Baxter, will you see the accusations?"

"Thank you sir." Baxter stood up before the committee. "Representatives, I support a declaration of war. Wilconson is a fascist state, Tunis is of little significances BUT Libya and Algeria are rich in oil fields and we do have government offices there. This is different than South Africa; our people's lives are at stake... anyway, the evidence."

The representatves began to take notes. "Either nation is insignificant to the homeland, but it poses a great danger to our offices in Libya and Algeria. These territories are also under threat of further invasion. Intervention benefits include keeping our oil fields in North Africa and the a possible establishment of a colony. Political affect on our country is great as we could loose our citizens. Representatives?"

"We propose enhanced intervention. Surround the Tunisian borders at Algeria and Libya BUT do not engage unless they cross the border."

"Approved. We will moved units onto the borders. Meeting adjourned."

Official Telegram to All nations

New Caldaris and her Imperial Commonwealth announce the formation of the New Caldaris-Italian Defence Pact.
This pact is a purely defensive alliance. If either nation is attacked the other is obligated to intervene however if one of the nations is the aggressor the other is not obligated in anyway to aid in the war.

The Small army of Czechoslovakia was undermineded. The airforce was almost none, the army was low, and the navy had no real ships of use in the small rivers. One by one the Noder army ran from town to town and slowly crushed the army. They mostly had set up trenchs around towns to protect them. The Noder Tanks ran over oppisition with severe speed.

President's home, Czechoslovakia

"We need to get the E.E.A.'s help in this war."
"...Mr.President...I'm not too sure we can do that."
"What!? Get.....my plane and we can take the private arifield out of here, and go into exile!"
"Very well, it seems most of our high ranking officails are leaving the country, we must escape as well." The men went to the plane. It flew off after three minutes. The men protecting the President's house were given the order to burn the building down to prevent any Noder show of force. It was all over now for Czechoslovakia.
