EXEC CITY AGREEMENT
The Exec City Agreement will be a milestone in the global effort to reduce climate change. It is a proposed agreement that will allow individual nations to voluntarily join and negotiate a climate change and emissions reduction agreement that works for everyone. The agreement will be discussed and negotiated in Exec City, Argentinstan, a zero-emissions and zero-carbon city. Heads of state and heads of government may negotiate personally or appoint a minister or an official in their place. The summit is expected to span a total of 2 days.
As defined by Wikipedia, climate change is the following:
Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns when that change lasts for an extended period of time (i.e., decades to millions of years). Climate change may refer to a change in average weather conditions, or in the time variation of weather around longer-term average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events). Climate change is caused by factors such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiation received by Earth, plate tectonics, and volcanic eruptions. Certain human activities have been identified as primary causes of ongoing climate change, often referred to as global warming.
The summit which will hopefully result in an agreement all can agree to, will cover the following (on the agenda):
- Introductory statements
- National interest/view (attendees) on climate change
- Climate change in attendees' nations
- Climate change worldwide
- Adapatation/technology/innovation
- Global warming
- Rising sea levels
- Pollution (and health issues)
- Wrap-up statements
- Treaty draft
- Ratification
Attendees can choose to arrange their own transportation or fly a chartered plane (Air Argentine) to Exec City International Airport or Brasilia-Exec City International Airport. From there, they will be granted express entry into the nation, bypassing immigration and customs. Visas will be waived. A transfer from the airports to the hotel is provided free of charge.
Fairtain Exec City serves as the official hotel for the attendees though they may choose a different lodgings choice. High-level security is provided 24/7 and the attendees have the entire hotel reserved for them. The hotel itself has high-speed, secure internet/wifi, free breakfast/lunch/dinner, business center, 4K HD televisions, swimming pool, gardens, runs on renewable energy, and other facilities.
The summit will be held in the Exec City Pavilion. Security is at max level and provided 24/7 and the public restricted. The media view the summit from either an isolated viewing point or via live video. Each attendee will be assigned to 5 security guards (National Security).
