I started writing the guide in April 2017 and posted the first edition in early July that year. I released some updates last June, but did not have a good image host at that time as Photobucket was giving all of its users the third degree. Imgur has since solved my problems, though I am still learning the ropes there after months of use. I may add some more illustrations later, and as always, feedback is appreciated.

Wow... it took a whole year. And it shows - I think this is one of the best guides (and the most well-written for diplomacy) I've seen up to this time.
