We are troubled by the escalating developments of the Apathian-Kaledo War and have noticed a considerable military build up on all sides. Thus, with your permission, we would like to dispatch our 3rd Fleet, along with 10 Army Divisions to Sierra Apathia in order to help protect your homeland against any possible outside incursion. Our troops will not participate in the fighting so long as it remains between Sierra Apathia and Kaledo, including its subsidiaries like Suave. However, having a military presence in the area will help us to better assist your forces in case of a foreign attack on your soil. Our nations have been friendly for many years and we will always help an ally in its time of need. Please let us know of your decision on the matter as soon as possible.
May Peace be Upon You,
Muhammad Rossi
