Mostly Nod, a bit of Tiberian Sun Black Hand with a mix of Tiberium Dawn weaponry, with some of War's and the aborted Megacorp Nod idea from the canceled Tiberium game... it's become less about the Tiberium and more about the international arms deals and the mercenary work, and giving middle fingers to the WA.

Blame the fact that the only Nod nation that could claim a legit Kane vanished well over a decade ago.

As a rough idea though, my country would be testing out other SOF to check out how they work, if they work well, and either joining TFA or if you wanna go soft reboot, wanting to establish some kind of international SOF group. There'll be insurrectionists and all that good stuff, too.

Also to steal money from the vault. This will cripple Yanjin to the point where they can’t pay soldiers. We can also use that money to finance TFA. We’ve spoken of a reboot towards a more dark side.

From an OOC perspective, the reason we would do this mission is to prove TFA is more than a chat where people just speak on the OOC thread about what they would do. The reason TFA is inactive is because people focus on this very OOC thread instead of actually writing. It’s a well planned idea from someone with experience leading RP and also real life military experience. Vangaziland has also participated in TFA missions IC, so we’re a member that has paid tithe IC and OOC.

In summary, if we can’t get even four teams to do this story, cancel the reboot. Cancel TFA and we might as well lock the thread. Because we do not need OOC chat TFA if people won’t sign up for missions. Like I said, declaring one’s nation as HQ is the easy part. You mentioned a “mecha wearing” computer operator and “human superheroes” that can rip vents and are as strong as some obscure Arkham series character. I remind you that this is out of the standard for TFA and that if you want to participate you’ll have to keep things to low PMT. You still need to submit an app and be approved before you start weighing in on things.

The idea of a soft reboot came up. I stand by what I say. We’re asking URA to do a lot to bring this back. People not writing WAS why it closed. If we want to show him there’s good reason to restart (besides we just want it) I suggest we get active and then reboot. If not, I’d tell URA to save his time. So Anowa sounds like a no. Fine. The new applicant seems interested. That could be two teams with my participation. If two other teams aren’t interested in RPing a scenario, there’s no point.

Also. Even if we do reboot, this proposal stands. It can get outvoted. But there is nothing flawed about it. If people just don’t want to do my idea because they only want theirs, that could be another problem.

We do not need this to be a chat room alliance. Just make a Discord if that’s what you want. If anyone isn’t interested in actually writing and FINISHING a mission...

Considering the shit that unfolded in RC and Chromium... to say there is some hostility against TFA after the Hurties publicly outted the entire Congrevopian community on a live feed, followed by their apparent public execution...like.... I'm pretty sure you could hear Lieghton's severed-head rolling on the floor of the Nammien helicopter.

The fact that they're still on the team after publicly executing several of their comrades-in-arms....

So if Vang is okay with having Hurties on their hit-job, they'll get Hurties on their hit-job.

On the topic of the "soft reboot", I've thought of a way to do it, or if it goes well, a renaming and re-organisation

The general concept would focus on the same general idea as TFA, an interconnected web of member nation SOF's and/or intelligence services to either root out larger problems in countries like insurgencies, but would do things such as sabotage, assassinations etc. in order to achieve results if it came to it. Update: Did some janitorial duties over the last several hours

- Made sure links in everything weren't broken
- Cleaned out the roster of CTE nations, except Birtonia, who I hear may come back any minute
- Added Luz to the roster
- Been working with some people on some upcoming stuff

- Discussed opening a new OP, ultimately decided it would be a waste of energy if we can keep the steam going here, regardless of any conversation on theme or reboots etc. I ascribe to the idea that if we roll out something new for IC content, it's probably the best thing to do, and that discussing about whether we need a new OP or not is wasted breath that could be done, y'know, creating content.

The general concept would focus on the same general idea as TFA, an interconnected web of member nation SOF's and/or intelligence services to either root out larger problems in countries like insurgencies, but would do things such as sabotage, assassinations etc. in order to achieve results if it came to it. If anything. Also to steal money from the vault. This will cripple Yanjin to the point where they can’t pay soldiers. We can also use that money to finance TFA. We’ve spoken of a reboot towards a more dark side.

From an OOC perspective, the reason we would do this mission is to prove TFA is more than a chat where people just speak on the OOC thread about what they would do. The reason TFA is inactive is because people focus on this very OOC thread instead of actually writing. It’s a well planned idea from someone with experience leading RP and also real life military experience. Vangaziland has also participated in TFA missions IC, so we’re a member that has paid tithe IC and OOC.

In summary, if we can’t get even four teams to do this story, cancel the reboot. Cancel TFA and we might as well lock the thread. Because we do not need OOC chat TFA if people won’t sign up for missions. Like I said, declaring one’s nation as HQ is the easy part. Pointing out errors on new applicants and playing OP is the easy part.

So I ask... Why not?

Edit: Also Amenria... I’m not sure you’re exactly invited yet. I read back to May 2018 when I first mentioned a Yanjin mission. I see you have not filled out an app and mentioned questionable ideas. You mentioned a “mecha wearing” computer operator and “human superheroes” that can rip vents and are as strong as some obscure Arkham series character. I remind you that this is out of the standard for TFA and that if you want to participate you’ll have to keep things to low PMT. You still need to submit an app and be approved before you start weighing in on things.
