The International party went very well. Many attended and had a great time.
Protacan itself is undergoing repair and fixtures after the Yapin war and genocide that had occurred. The depopulated and damaged areas have been sectored into their own judicial sector in order to change various laws to promote repair and repopulation. The relief fund has received no more money, and so has been stuck to fix Protacan. Recovery is speedy, and soon we will find ourselves alright again, but the lives lost will never recover.
The Protacan Colony as of now has almost no funds or ability to aid Emanonland, especially considering the distance. Some reminiscence of the days of sanction and being hurt for aiding Emanonland and Ingalia has occurred in several leader's minds and in the general population. In fact our economics analysts find it interesting that Ingalia has had almost no word of their economic impact and damage from the nuking of Emanonland and closing of trade with several other partners. Almost the whole east coast in fact is cut off from trade now. With NCA, Clicktopia, and SOAS being fairly recent additions. Protacan itself is only now entirely recovered from the economic shenanigans that had occurred. We will never forget what has happened, but will indeed forgive.
Thus the Hospatiliers have been called, once they are done fixing up the locals in Yapin or injured soldiers from the war they will be transported as fast as possible to Ingalia to join in on the aid. Besides that we are so low in both resources and manpower, and any extra is going to fix the effects of the Yapin war, that all we can share is Protacan Information.

The information gained in the repair and experiences learned in fixing up Australia are made public. All databases have been made free and public for other nations to use to aid Emanonland. Protacan computing networks shall be used to lead logistics and direct the efforts. Similarities between the two situations are phenomenal. Nukes used in major population areas during a time of war, resulting in lots of damage and effort needed to fix anything.
Several Protacan politicians have pointed out that Australia's situation was much worse, as the majority of Emanonland is still intact, but other nations had not helped out at all in the efforts to aid Australia.

With Australia nearby and still suffering from the nuking and recovery the Protacan Colony has begun a small foreign aid project to begin building houses and sustainable cities in the fertile areas of Australia. But the Protacan Colony is still very short on funds and ability to help much beyond directing logistics and sharing designs. Architects and designers will work on constructing models and logistical plans for Australia to use to build and develop. We are unable to help much more.
Meanwhile the Hospatiliers have arrived in Emanonland and have begun aiding medical desieses and treating radiation sickness. We are worried over the long term effects that the nuclear weapons will have on Emanonland.
The soldiers in Protacan have finally left after rehabilitation and other things. A few had to be held longer due to them smuggling drugs or other items legal in Protacan. but now the soldiers have made it back to their homes.
The genocided areas remain primarily empty, with some Protacans moving into the empty cities and streets. Several are suffering from the quietness and sadness of the area. There are enough though to maintain the cities as needed, though we suppose that it will be years before they become the lively places they once were.
