Ingalia ask Protocan to fuck off and mind their own business. Anti-Protocan sentiment is becoming popular in Ingalia, and the government is doing nothing to stop it.

Ingalian Diplomats have been pulled from Protocan by the people's request.

Ingalia states this is because of constant Protocan meddling and manipulation. We have no intention of violence.

Emanonland, not really having anything of value in Georgia yet, agrees to give it to Ingalia so stupid rebels there will fuck off. We have crushed most rebels now that our army has returned from occupying lame smelly NCA.

However, do to a mistake in monthly rationing, 20 million Emanonlandians starved to death. This has been the last straw for the people of Emanonland. The people of Emanonland have spoken, and the Communist Constitution has been abolished. A new, Capitalist, Reactionary, government.

We aim to strengthen ties with Ingalia and the AFP and strengthen our country even more. Our eyes are set on Tennessee.

The People of the Great Lakes have lived in fear of foreign nation conquering them, so we have united for mutual protection. The nation of SOAS is now Formed!

Belisaurius Jr has been worried lately about the recent aggression from Ingalia.
He is unsure of how Protacan has manipulated and meddled except allowing free trade and enterprise to run its course. The Ingalian designs have not been banned by the Protacan Government, and the incentives to make more will not be removed. We hope to remain in a peaceful and beneficial relationship with Ingalia.
We request diplomacy to be reopened so that isolationism between the two nations does not cause a war or conflict to start.
The deal has been made with Benovoum. Protacan industry has never been our speciality, but design is. We are happy to provide (mostly) up to date designs worthy of Protacan and Benovoum.

We hope Emanonland's new government works successfully.

Ingalian Ships have reported being attacked and harassed by people in small craft around Puerto Rico, Jamacia, The Caymans, and various other islands.. 13 ships have been fired on using various rifles and other weapons. 3 were boarded and looted. 21 people have died in these raids, and around 30 have been confirmed injured.

The Government has launched multiple raids into Puerto Rico and Jamacia, and have seized control of the Cayman Islands and Turks and Cacos. No Ingalian casualties have been reported. We expect this pirate problem to settle down.

Meanwhile, another terrorist attack rocked Miami today after 3 Anarchist opened fire in a shopping mall using semi-automatic rifles. One was revealed to be a Protocan Native who had been living in Ingalia for over 21 years. This as only amped up Anti-Protocan sentiment.

The Protacan navy has been assigned to the Haitian theatre. They will protect international tradeships. Note: Protacan ships are banned from firing unless fired upon by pirates.
Protacan ships will prove fairly effective for these tasks as they are smaller and numerous ships rather than large blundering, and expensive, warships. We hope to make peace with these pirates of the Caribbean.

Meanwhile in Protacan the rejected designs for Ingalia have hurt the companies responsible. We are upset at this as several corporations needed the cash.

With threats from Ingalia 1000 marines have been enlisted in order to man the ships along with the Benovoumese soldiers.
In Benovoum the ship production has begun well, and the technologies given are very well. Protacan does not have large warship designs due to naval doctrine. But Benovoum will have lots of high quality smaller ships like frigates, cruisers, gunboats, etc.

We do not wish to fight Ingalia at all and will remain pacifist ar heart.
We do not take responsibility for the terrorists actions as they have lived in Ingalia for 21 years.

A civil war had started in Pertahanan. A very civil war. Protesters clashed in Pertahanan after two sides had gathered in opposing ends of the city. The conflict was over the latest government action to protect international ships in the Carribean from pirates. This seemingly aggressive stance made many Protacans mad as they wanted pacifism, while the other side was fueled by the desire to protect the innocent. The two sides gathered and congregated as they rushed through the streets and gathered supporters. They grew in size either from mob mentality or through words. They then gathered together and made a move onto each other. They ran aggresively toward each other. Barrages were thrown back and forth. Retaliation and decisive victories were made. In the end the side claiming it to be for justice won out. They had less overall but had won through tactics and strategy along with some good use of their people.
Thus the civil war ended as soon as it started.
The two sides came up.
Shook hands.
Those who still disagreed acknowledged and understood the opposing argument.
They even conplimented on various methods of persuasion and debating.

We ask Protocan to fuck off, we can handle our own problems. The reason we are mad at them is they are always "helping" without asking if we need help. We demand that Protocan get out of our waters before we make them.

Several pirate ports/hideouts have been found. Most of the pirates tried to fight back, but their 50 year old AK-47's stood no chance against our RU-21's.
As for the boats, we blew them out of the water. 32 have been confirmed destroyed. Puerto Rico and Jamacia, and many other small islands have been seized and raided. All by Ingalian troops and navy, while Protocan "helped" by sitting around and watching. We lost 3 soldiers in the whole Ordeal. Their bodies are being transferred to Havana for a funeral.

Meanwhile, the Economy is back to the state it was before the collapse. However, we plan on continuing our economic growth.

We are putting ~2000 Mors Bellator into Emanonland to crush any remaining rebels. After the war is over, we plan on having open borders and trade with Emanonland.

Protacan ships were requested to stay out of Ingalian waters. So they did. But then have been accused of not helping Ingalia against pirates.
We drop this and are not angry at all.
The Protacan ships were to only escort ships at request, and as international trade ships we only escort to the edge of international waters. We wish to protect everyone's trade instead of just ours, and wish to fight international piracy. By fight international piracy we wished to resolve it without mass genocide of the pirates. But it did do the job.
Several Protacan escorts have fought against pirates. The Emanonland trade vessels leaving Protacan for the last time were saved from a pirate attack. The smaller vessels have proved good at fighting against the pirates, with flexibility and rapid deployment out to needed areas. Some of the pirate tactics have actually gone under review and study as they appear decently effective. Several ships have been captured, with their crews accepting surrender. Their treatment has been permanently filmed and broadcast throughout the Carribean to try and convince pirates to surrender peacefully instead of fighting. Several more have shown mercy, while one pretended and then laid ambush. Even then they were forgiven.

We hope that recent annexations of land by Ingalia and Emanonland stay peaceful and kind to native populations.

In order to please the recent mood of Ingalia, Orne, and Emanonland the Protacan Senate, with the help of public input on Snapvote, has written up a new doctrine. In it states that "Protacan will not interfere in Ingalian or Emanonland affairs unless stated by the national governments or some act of justifying violence/immorality." We will await Ingalian, Ornean, and Emanonland support of such a doctrine before it is enacted. Sadly without diplomatic relations we cannot directly give them this and so request a 3rd party government to do it for us on behalf of all 3 nations.

The naval warships are under production in Benovoum.
Protacan preemptive legislation has called for the guerilla guns to once more be brought out. Stocks of these outdated guns are much higher due to past war victories.

We declare that we will not declare war on any sovereign nation as of now. A statement asking for pacifism and negotiation between Protacan and Ingalia, Orne, and Emanonland has been requested. We wish to reopen diplomatic relations or at least be flat out told what we are doing they dislike and we will fix it. (Note: the new doctrine fixes some current issues.)

Underground unfit for war. Due to... reasons.

With Emanonland trade gone instantly the Protacan Colony is in a dire situation. A significant amount of food had come from Emanonland, and so the Colony is in a food deficit. Rationing has been enforced instantly to hope and stave off starvation as the reserves are used up. People in Emanonland are probably mad they cannot get the latest internet security upgrades, access Protacan databanks, or get that latest videogame off the internet due to the end of trade. We also feel sorry for the now unemployed farmers in Emanonland. The Protacan Colony has broadcasted cheap boat rides and plane tickets in order to have Emanonland citizens fly over to update their crap. Special accomidation has been made for their technology. A good way to justify another vacation for yourself. Though sadly the rations do not apply to tourists. Protacan is looking for new trade partners in order to fix the food crisis.

We are happy Emanonland has finished off its rebel issues.

As for recent Orne trade close off we are now in a shortage to copper, which is terrible as Protacan IT industry greatly needs it. Along with that various metals are now lower in supply and some manufactured goods. Protacan was never good at resources production and industry.
The Protacan Economy is now faltering as it is still weak from the recent economic recession and now increasing economic trade closeoffs.

We do not need any sort of Information Technology. We already have what we need. Emanonlandians do not play video games. We like sports.

No farmers, Ingalian or Emanonlandian, lost a job. Our companies are very efficient at distributing resources. Now nations like Orne, Clicktopia, Nunavatialand, and many others do not have to worry about food. Protocans eat a suprisingly large amount.

Protocans act like their stupid ships saved our vessel. Each one of our vessels is required to have some sort of armed person on it. Large trading vessels often have entire security teams. Some scrawny pirates were no threat. Once again, Protocan "helping" without someones permission so they can feel good about themselves.

But that is it for Protocan. We are not going to talk about, negotiate, or do anything with them unless they do something major. We have no interest in them and they only serve as a nuisance.

In attempt to completely appease all nations Protacan has put forth these. They have been enacted right now. President declared dictator after Snapvote wrote situation dire enough.

This doctrine will apply until crisis is over or disaster befalls.

Protacan food deficit is lower now, and slowly decreasing as both dietary changes are being made along with new imports from other nations.

Emanonland signs the Stanzas of Statements.

We lift the Protocan embargo on food, but nothing else. We don't want them to starve.

As for tourism, Emanonlandians now go to the beaches of Ingalia and Cuba, and go gambling in Clicktopia and Orne. Emanonland's tourist industry is also booming because of this. Thousands are now flocking to see the beautiful Appalachia Mountains, to the Outerbanks, and our massive and beautiful cities, next to massive farms that roll on for miles. Indeed, this is turing out to be quite good for Emanonland.

Meanwhile, Emanonlandian, Ingalian, and Ornean leaders have all met in secret (OOC: that means PMs). We have something big planned.

With less pressure on food the Protacan Colony can now remove rations, mostly, a small part will be bought and stored.
As for raw materials the Protacan Economy is shifting towards other nations.
We still ask for international aid to come and help us in metals department.

Protacan still begs for nations to reopen borders and trade and diplomacy to keep regional stability and peace. Though we cannot and do not ask Emanonland to due to the Stanzas of Statements (SoS)

Speaking of SoS Protacan position in business has declined greatly due to foreign nations restricting access, and thus less business friendly. Business, Tourism, and IT is on decline, they had just bumped up from the reccession.

"The trade shenanigans are meant to wear us down. They speak peacefully and kind as they slowly watch us decay. If we act aggressive it will be our fault. But if we do not act at all the we will die. Protacan must not die. The only action we can take is to get regional support. Have everyone else. Our friends and integrated economies will be able to resolve this peacefully. That is all we want. To live on and do so peacefully. We do not want war, but we also do not want to be rugs. Protacans. We must stand together in peace and harmony. We must show them kindness to open their hearts and make the world kind once more. We must help and serve and aid and protect and save. As Protacans, as humans are meant to do. Even though we are in these dark and terrible times of scarcity we must help those in need. Even as we starve we must feed the hungry. Even as we go poor we must donate. We must help those in need around those nations. We cannot help directly as they do not wish for it, but we must help other nations in the world. We must show to them all that we are kind and caring and helpful."

Belisaurius Jr then spoke to the international stage.
"Region. We have made the mistakes of helping when it was not wanted or needed. We thus recieved economic sanctions from several countries. We have declared that we will not and have made the SoS in order to state that we will not. There is no longer a need for punishment on our side, but we still recieve it. If the sanctions are not for the purpose of telling us to stop helping, then what else could they be there for? To weaken another nation? To hurt Protacan even though we have helped them. We held our hands out even after the crisis of war. At their low point we pulled them up. We did all we could. We even held off on our own recovery so that we could help them. Now in our low point they band together against us. They starve us and cripple us. We are on our knees and obey their commands and fix their complaints. Yet they continue to choke us. We sit outside the AFP as a nation wanting for complete neutrality. Complete peace. Yet we are sanctioned against and slowly starved. We are weakening and dying. We cannot fight back and yet cannot recieve the peace we desire. It is up to you, region, to help Protacan through this disaster. Please help us. Please save us. For all that we have done for you, and all that we will contine to do. So that we can continue to serve and protect the innocent and weak. Please serve and protect us. The innocent and the weak. Protacan Colony using victory funds in order to shift economy and stabilize nation.

New foreign aid made. Protacan Workers. They are now traveling to various nations throughout to perform free of charge services to the nations and its people. Protacan wanderers are being sent in order to travel around and help the poor find themselves and get on their feet. The Hospatiliers are being shipped to work in other nation hospitals. They will be registered in Protacan Internet, along with tracking and given orders as needed via Snapvote. Several Protacan firms are being relocated forcibly to other nations to move Protacan based businesses to more international friendly areas. Protacan workers. (Without capital) are being paid to work in other nations that produce metals and manufactured goods to fix the Protacan deficit. Protacan Economy is also recieving great funds to refund the sky gardens and start new industry and manufacturing in the nation. Recycling is on the high due to demand for resources.

A massive project has been undertook by Emanonland, Ingalia and Orne. Our goal is to make a railway that spans the entire continent and connects the East Coast countries with the west coast. It will go from Miami and up through Emanonlandian Tennessee, Then around Benovoum and Unum, and into Orne. It will also have a breakaway up into Ingalian Byant. It will have many "lanes" so many trains can travel at once. It will also have several large highways so civilian and transport vehicles can travel safely across the continent. many small, independent towns have agreed to have the railway built along their towns. These will supply travelers and provide a rest spot, while bringing wealth to the small towns.

Countries that will benefit from this include: Emanonland, Ingalia, Orne, Clicktopia, Osantir, Unum, Byant, Carnigie, NCA, SOAS, Bearpaw, Union of Geeks, and the Elk nation.

Emanonland will be spearheading this project, and will pay and do most of the work. Orne and Ingalia have their own projects that will be revealed in the future.

This railway will hopefully improve the overall economy and help bring stabilization and wealth to all nations of Alleghany.

Benovoum may join in to this if they decide to open trade.

With the importance of trade for the Colony and recent sanctions the Protacan Colony has decided to join the AFP.
We did not want to but have been forced to due to economic means.
We wish to join in the economic class of the AFP as we do not wish to be militarily involved in anything else at all.
With this we hope that economic stability can be regained.

Protacan Workers have begun working with visas in foreign nations. Charities and other organizations that are local, and thus not Protacan, are being volunteered in. We hope that this will improve relations with other nations and also help both them and us. Several visad workers are working in foreign nations and thus supplying the various resources that Protacan no longer has access to.

Protacan Colony will uphold the Stanzas of Statements at all costs.
Nations no longer have to sanction Protacan due to chance of intervention from Protacan.
As the Alleghany railroad is international but done by Emanonland we cannot interfere or work on it.

Self sustaining industries have begun in Protacan. Indonesia, an area of vast resources was unable to be tapped into due to companies having acheaper time of buying exports from other nations. But with cruial sanctions, and the availability of resources, the Protacan Colony finds itself in a great economic expansion in the industrial, resource production, and manufacturing centres. Indonesia itself has special laws pertaining to industrial based sectors, with Protacan Colony decentralizing its territories long ago.

A popular Protacan politician, Ekhameel Fitzaregi, spoke out today over the Alleghan railroad.
"The demand for it is there as suddenly Protacan merchant ships and vessels have been so restricted by the very sanctions. I am no fool. They sanction us, we comply, they take their time to unsanction us so that our centre of trade and business declines. Thus they can both afford and show purpose for their railroad. With the railroad our trade power is very much diminished. I would be fine if they did not sanction and build it, but they sanction us so that they can steal the centre of business from us, and then they will unsanction us. When they unsanction us our position will be lost and cemented due to this railroad and other such projects. They are the ones who have kill international trade, many offshore Protacan merchants are now broke and unable to trade due to them, many of their very own citizens unemployed from removal of themselves from such an important centre. They are making the world a worse place, a poorer place. We cannot act against them due to war. We cannot. So they sanction us, make us lose our spot and our strength, and then unsanction us as if they were the angels. Then we cower weak and poor and hungry. Powerless at their mercy. Unable to fight for justice and protect the innocent any longer. This railroad is clearly an attack on us and our economy.
further more the very positions of the railroads look like it is to favour them. With node and ending locations solely in the nations that are building it. Making trains go halfway around the continent so that they can have them go through their nations. It is a corrupt gerrymandering of trade and economics.
Further more the natives. The natives. They say that the natives are willing to be admitted into the railroad. But how? But how? Why would anyone be wiling to give up their way of life and culture to rich men and workers? We have seen countless times that the victor, the powerful writes that the natives 'accept' Okay. I own you now, I give you some goodis, but I won you now. You would be mad huh? They are stating, without actual proof or truth, that the natives accept such things. That burial grounds, cultural sites, homes, people will be moved or destroyed. That they are so willing. No one is ever that willing, during colonization we saw how much they resisted even kind governments like us. Even if you feed, cloth, and give them all the wealth they want, what matters to them is their way of life and sovereignity. We ourselves are called interventionist, yet they go into international areas and build things and claim land and remove sovereignity and ruin civilizations. They poke and prod and expand very aggressively into these areas, and yet we are the evil. Funny. Sadly history will be written by the victors, and the way I see if we lose regardless. either we fight, or slowly decay. either way we lose. either way. I say we got out in a blaze of glory. Use our determination and moral strength to push ourselves and fight the evil and corrupt of this world to our very last breath. I do not want to see a decayed and weak Protacan become a push over. we need to stay strong. we need to defend the weak, and for once we are the weak, so we must defend ourselves. We must do all that we can to strengthen ourselves so that when the time comes we may protect those in need, even if it costs ourselves our pacifism we must do so so that we can guarantee no one ruins this world. So that we can save the world and save the innocent once more."

The Protacan Colony is very glad Benovoum had opened economy up. With this markets in Benovoum are very desireable for businesses moving out. Add to that many locations for businesses to perate in and lax Protacan laws, businesses are actually moving back into protacan.
We are glad navy is doing nicely.
Protacan Workers will aid in Benovoum too now. They also have begun showing good results and kind deeds in various other nations such as NCA, Carnegie, Nunavutialand, Clicktopia, Osantir, Unu, and SOAS.
Some action in Philippines has happened, along with changes in Indonesia. Protacan Colony made it classified. Belisaurius Jr, the temporary dictator has done it, for the sake of justice.
A Protacan civil war happened in both areas due to this, but they have now stopped. ratings of the dictator are dropping. if enough then Protacan law will apply once more and Belisaurius made president. For now it is still a state of emergency. Protacan Economy recovering and local industry expanding. Roof gardens are back into their food production instead of other plant and recreation. It will take some time before they bear food.

Ingalia agrees to open trade with Protocan as long as they upkeep the SoS. They do not have to be in the AFP, we just want them to stop interfering.

As for Benovoum, we do not know why they seem to be preparing for war. We have no intention of violence and we assure that Natives will be protected. Just in case, the old fortifications from before the elk war have been reactivated and renovated encase Benovoum decides to escalate things.

As for the Trans-Alleghany Railway, we give Protocan permission to help fund it, but we do not need any physical labor from them. There are plently of strong Ornean, Emanonlandian, and Ingalian men who can do that.

Good heath and physical fitness is being heavily encouraged in Ingalia. This along with government programs to find people jobs.

The military is providing many jobs at the moment. Ingalia is no longer selling surplus, and is now stockpiling weapons as usual.

Orne has given us it's designs for their M.O.A.B in exchange for the license to produce Tampa-Class Battleships. 4 M.O.A.Bs have already been produced.

We will let Emanonland adress concerns over the railway, as they are the leader of the project.
