Today there has been a great victory for mankind.
The Protacan ships, along with all of the internet users, and applying weaponry, drilling, explosives, thrust, and determination we have been able to stop the NCA doomsday machine.
It has been crashed into Venus' surface and confirmed destroyed. Ships will continue to pour lasers into the spot, now part of a decided ritual, in order to ensure the weapon stays destroyed.
This is actually the furthest Protacan ships have flown, as wormholes have been used for the majority of transportation. The ship's path was slowly altered until it was to crash into Venus.
Hacking, viruses, and interferance was able to cripple reactionary systems while drilling, explosives, weaponry, and some electrical bursts enabled more crippling and damage to the ship. Its engines have been entirely destroyed. The large ship created a giant hole as it fell through the atmosphere of Venus. Some scientists are studying affects on weather. Several Protaacn ships have been lost yp the mission either by fighting, accident, or by staying back to ensure the destruction of the vessel and its proper descent.
With that gone internet traffic has been released from conscription and laws regarding hacking reenforced. Protacan will resume its full interactions and economies eventually. The occupation hurt the economy significantly, and also drained the nation of its stored siege resources.
Then add in the internet conscription amd fear of a giant superweapon, Protacan Economy is pretty trashed, but so is the rest of the world as people feared the weapon and left Earth in fear.
Dictator president has resigned now that senate deemed it no longer crisis. Belisaurius Jr voted as new president. To be now refered to as Belisaurius.

5. National Conservative America must cede all captured territories back to their respective owners.

We also support Benovoum more in the treaty as they accomplished a lot and contributed by holding the front lines. Those found guilty will have all of their assets and wealth siezed by Protacan and then 10 years rehabilitation and moral classes in Rekaio.
Protacan exports will not be taxed in NCA. Even sales tax.
Benovoum will recieve 2 sets of war reparations.
All other victor nations will recieve one set of war reparations.
NCA space ports and bases will be divided equally between victor nations. NCA is permitted to keep some if desired.
NCA Ekvan will be created into its own sovereign state, with the semi intelligent species getting their own nation.
NCA will have no political changes done, but some form of succession must occur for this next leader. Victor nations are forced to assist in this process.
All economic sanctions will be removed from NCA.
4th reich will be allowed to live in unowned areas of Germania.
Victor nations mut assist in recovery of each other's nations from the war.

We actually apologized as the National Defense & Security Organization of the NCA (or ND&SONCA) actually planned the assassination just before the invasion of New England, as the assassins didn't know about the capitulation, they carried out the attack anyway.

NCA owned a significant amount of land on Ekvan and has done a significant amount of messing with the local semi intelligents that we have decided that they should get their own nation as they deserve sovereign determination.
We also have asked for nations to state why they decline the peace treaty so that we may fix it and edit it so that it is as fair as possible.
We also ask NCA to not engage like a sovereign nation whil still under occupation as we cannot guarentee our fellow nations will not do terrible acts against your nation as a whole.
We urge that the remaining nations sign the treaty or help us edit it to their needs.

Protacan is recovering from the war but is suffering a great reccession. We need the passage of the treaty as soon as possible.
We also have begun rebuilding NCA as a method of keeping the unemployed employed and learning in Protacan as the reccession continues. Tourism, business, and digital markets will take awhile to slowly move back into Protacan.

Religious prophet Erle Dwayne has called apon his followers to rise up and take Emanonland for their god. Their religion is called Erlism and is loosely based off of Christianity. They seized a large portion of lowland Emanonland and declared their own holy state.

General Kuzma Sanya has declared himself as leader of Emanonland, but he has not been sworn in as a Emanon yet, and will most likely not. This Enraged the Mayor of Asheville, who, using the Paramilitary Police force and many local militias, seized a large area of the Appalachian area in and around Asheville. Some of the Military defected and joined him

A white ethno-nationalist, capitalist group has seized the general Charleston Area.

Several more groups have engaged in armed conflict against the state. These include Extremist Islamist groups, Anarchist Groups, Capitalist/Conservative Groups, Pro-Ingalian/Georgian Rebels, and other government splinter groups.

Most of our Army and Navy is in/near Maine. We will hold out until the majority of the army can return and then we can crush these insurgents.

We ask Emanonland to attempt a peaceful resolution for the current conflict.
Perhaps decentralize the areas or give more rights and various pocalized laws to satisfy the needs of the current groups.
With the treaty almost finished, our politicians and diplomats are now working on contacting the various groups and figuring out their desires so that a peaceful resolution may be found.
We will not be able to support or administer elections and will not be able to generate the solution. But we can help find ways to solve the issues.

The economy is begining to recover and grow once more, but is doing so sluggishly. Significant areas of NCA are under repair and construction in order to rebuild them and provide labour for Protacans.
We ask other nations to pay our Protacans to help repair wartorn parts of their nations. Essentially as recovery workers. We offer rehabilitation and medical services to all affected hy the war, though at a price. The Protacans designs for various space ports and economic buildings is for sale, to both nations and corporations. Other various information from our science surveys or Teri disease solution is for sale.

We urge nations to send resources in order to play their part in the trials regarding project Z.
The Protacan Underground stocks and storage will be filled with foreign imports or by stuff the construction workers in NCA 'clean' up. National Protacan Security Systems are for sale too by the government owned company.
Protacan Navy has docked back in Protacan. We are unable to aid any manpower to the occupation of NCA.

Due to billions of dollars being pumped into our army, massive doomsday bunkers, and panicked mass evacuation to the new planet, the Ingalian Government has gone completely bankrupt. The Economy has also completely collapsed and entire companies and small banks are collapsing, leaving millions unemployed.

This all started after the Elk War, as our nation had been devastated. The economy slowly healed, but then the civil war left the entire north industry in ruin. After desperate rebuilding, the economy was barely saved. However, with Tampa bombed, and NCA tuberculosis rampant, our economy was looking grim. Then NCA brought out their... thing... and we panicked. We had figured out money wouldn't matter if the world ended, so we tried to save as many as possible.

This has caused extreme anger and unrest among citizens. Anarchist have took this opportunity to resume riots and terrorist attacks.

We have put Orne as the temporary leader of the AFP until our problems are solved.

Emanonland situation is worrying, and we would like to offer a deal with Emanonland: Give us Georgia and we will protect intervene on your behalf and keep a permanent non-aggression pact with you. We will also allow to annex Tennessee if you wish. We do not support or condone the Pro-Ingalian Rebels, but if you allowed us to take Georgia, they will not be a problem.
