Founder of the Nunavutian Technology Company, inventor of near-infinite speed wi-fi and former Seat Member for Nesver, Yarzar Zeyar Myo forms the Nunavutian Defence Force, merging with all other militaries excluding the forces of Ek Van Toor, to bring its total membership to over 2.5 million troops. A neo-government is formed for NDF territory to give residents more comfort. The Battle for Karthspire ends in an NDF victory, however unexpectedly the Military attacks Kennington, capturing a strong economic powerhouse and an important maritime port. Soon, however the NDF responds with a siege on Nettel, assimilating the whole Province, and soon, with no supplies, the Military surrenders in Kennington. After a while, much of Toor's forces defect to the NDF. The next move van Toor takes is disgusting, disgraceful and a violation of the Chemical Weapons Act passed in 1950. Toor fires 15 missiles with a large amount of pure sarin inside them. He kills over 15,000 people going about their day in Alton."

After a three month siege on Stanley-on-Atlas, the entire nation is retaken. Ek van Toor's regime killed over a million citizens. The war cost 3.3 million lives.
Yarzar Zeyar Myo replaces van Toor as President, and Park Ki-Jing becomes Prime Minister.

Overview -
This Act renders the Immigration Act obsolete. It is to increase security and to right wrongs with other powers. This Act was proposed by President Myo.

*3 - Nunavutialand does not recognise the Separatist government of Ingalia and supports the Socialist movement. Visitors who do not have a Socialist passport will be imprisoned under the Passports Act 1910.
*4 Orne citizens have all the rights that Nunavutian citizens have, including access to nationalised healthcare as long as they can provide sufficient verification of their identity.

Nunavutialand sends 1 trillion Diahoxims (multiply by 2.5 to find US dollars equivalant) of assistance money to the Socialists in Ingalia. We also redevelop nuclear weapons with 3 in our arsenal. These will NOT be used for first strike purposes as the constitution cannot be bypassed following the NCA nuclear incidents. Any nation which kills or damages Nunavutian military or national equipment or assets as part of war will have their nations struck with ICBMs which have now got sufficient technology to bypass any obstacle, including the Protacan anti-nuclear system. Meanwhile, an anti-missile system is put into place, the National (Nuclear) (Missile) Weapon Defence System (NWDS). It has access to 1500 missiles at this time with more being developed. These missiles are specially built to intercept and destroy other missiles.

The Space Exploration Agency (SEA) discovers a habitable planet just 0.8 lightyears away from Earth. A plan is made to launch 40 astronauts to the planet to analyse, colonise, and sell minerals found on it. Results show that the planets atmosphere is 1.9 times thicker than Earth's with a temperature of 23 degrees celsius in the Winter, and 32 degrees celsius in the Summer. 12 trillion Diahoxims are pumped into SEA to colonise it. The planet has been named Ekvan'ahu, the name of the mythical God in Bahrisch Ligha mythology, which was coincidentally based on the planet in the night sky.
Other details of Ekvan'ahu show it to be 2.3 times larger and 3.2 times more massive than Earth. The surface gravity is estimate to be 134% of that on Earth.

Nunavutialand undergoes major reforms, with the previous Immigration and Borders Act 2021 being passed over 150 citizens of foreign nations have been arrested and over 1500 people are being deported to Commuria, Benovoum and Emanonland for illegally entering the nation and committing crimes while on holiday. the Nunavutialand Security Service (NSS) assassinates soon-to-be whistleblower Chris Ericsson-Martin in an airport in Commuria. The whistleblower was planning on revealing plans to [REDACTED] during the Nunavutialand-Commurian war, as well as revealing emails between the Nunavutian Ambassador to Commuria involving [REDACTED].

-The Socialists fall to the Nationalists, but still rebel.
- The Nationalist Dictator, Benito Chavez, is assassinated by a pro-socialist terrorist group in Dixie County, the heart of the nationalist movement. This same group made attempts at Trent B, the Ingalian Centrist president's life. July 23
- The Centrist suffer a massive defeat while trying to take Levy county. ~43,000 Centrist soldiers died. Only ~18,000 Nationalists died. August 30- September 9.
- Levy County falls after a massive push by the Centrists. Sumter, Seminole, and Volusia Counties also are took in the push. October-December.

2019
-Massive concentration camps were found in Nationalists Territories. POWs and Muslims were put to work in these concentration camps. All ex-Caliphate members were put to death. it is believed over 200,000 people were killed in the camps. Jan-Feb.
-Large pushes begin into Dixie County. The last Nationalist ships are destroyed or captured in the battle of Pensacola. Orne Is pushed out of the gulf. Feb
- A massive invasion is launched into Dixie. it falls within a month. (note that the Nationalists are disorganized and there is much infighting due to death of their leader. Feb
-Gilchrist county is took, splitting the nationalist territories in half. Flagler, St Johns, Duval, and Nassau are also tooked in a Blitzkrieg style attack. This was the largest deployment of Ingalian armor since the Elk War. The Nationalists are completely blocked from the Atlantic ocean. February-May.
- The Nationalist defense east of Gilchrist completely collapse. The Nationalists are pushed all the way to Jefferson. May-June
- The Nationalists line completely collapses. Thousands surrender out of fear. Centrists and Socialist militias also rise up to fight all across the Panhandle. July-October.
- The last Nationalist soldiers surrender. Small Militias still fight, but they are no longer a major threat. The civil war is over. November.

560,000 die from fighting. ~200,000 were non-combatants. A additional ~200,000 were killed in Nationalist concentration camps, mostly Muslims and POWs.

2020 & 2021.
-Ingalia puts all of its efforts towards rebuilding. Ornean controlled colonies will be ignored until Ingalia can fight again.
-Ingalia will maintain a much stronger military.
-The economy in the north, were most of the war was, was totally crippled. Ingalia momentarily forced people into work in order to rebuild the North. By December 2020, the economy had made a partial recovery.
-Ingalian Byant is seen as a liability and we are currently building a new, capitalist, democratic government. We plan on giving them full independence and suggest Carnegie does the same.
- A refferendum was passed for the Integration of Cuba as a official part of Ingalia, not just a colony anymore. It passed with a 92% vote. Cuban Integration is now in progress.

Cuba is now fully integrated and no longer considered a colony. It's citizens are full citizens of Ingalia, with full rights.

[Nunavutialand]

Nunavutialand sees the Socialists as the true Ingalia, however we decrease funding of the Socialists to 200 million diahoxims per year (500 million USD). Of this money we request that only 50 percent be spent on defence, with the rest spent on citizens.

Ingalian Separatists will from now on be referred to as the "Unrecognised Unofficial Ingalian Entity" or simply as the "Unrecognised Entity".

We, however will be hosting talks with Unrecognised Entity diplomats in order to secure a Socialist state in UUIE, preferably taking at least 1/3 of the UUIE territory.
The Socialist Ingalian government is convinced into being led by Nunavutialand until their independence. Socialist Ingalia will from this point forward be referred to as Occupied True Ingalia representing the fact that Nunavutialand recognises it as an occupied territory.

We are now also revising the border policy after seeing Commuria's neutral stance towards Nunavutialand. We now allow Commurians to have full entry to Nunavutialand, however they will not have access to nationalised healthcare nor have equal rights to Orne or Nunavutian citizens. We do allow them to purchase property as long as it is authorised by the Ministry of Property and Housing.

Residents of the Unrecognised Unofficial Ingalian Entity will still be barred from entry. All expatriates inside Nunavutialand, a confirmed 844, will be deported to Occupied True Ingalia as it is illegal for an aircraft leaving Nunavutialand to fly to UUIE. Nunavutialand shuts down trade with UUIE as well as diplomacy until an agreement is reached on Occupied True Ingalia achieving a socialist state.

Meanwhile, the Ekvan'ahu Spacecraft "Viewpoint" with 40 people on board is now 0.3 lightyears away from the planet. Data shows the star is a white main sequence state about half the size of our Sun. It has a temperature of roughly 4000 kelvin. The planet Ekvan'ahu is renamed Ekvan and the Sun is named Zeus.
Also, further data shows that, shockingly we are a binary system. Zeus and the Sun are in a binary orbit! The proposed planet Nibiru has been confirmed to be Zeus, with it's gravitational effects.
If you're wondering how Viewpoint got so far, we're using a warp drive which was developed in secret by the National Rocket Propulsion Laboratory NRPL.
The drive is not for sale until 15 years have passed. Viewpoint is about 4 days from Ekvan.
Images show Ekvan to be a very earth-like planet, with red plantlife, likely from the level of iron in the ground.
We invite the Protacans and Orne to travel to Ekvan. 2/3 of the planet will be Nunavutian with the rest being split between Commuria and Orne. If we see any spacecraft heading for Ekvan we will take severe action, unless the spacecraft is confirmed to be from Commuria or Orne.

4 days later...

Viewpoint is now in orbit of Ekvan. The planet has red grass, orange and pink trees with deep red oceans due to the sky being orange and reflecting off of the clear water. Life in the oceans has been observed as being incredibly large with one extraterrestial animal being measured at over a kilometre long. The planet has been measured as 4 times the size of Earth with 84% of the gravity due to the lower density of the core. The planet has 12 moons with 8 being of a similar size to the moon.
A manned craft lands on the surface, near a beach. The sand is burnt sienna with the soil being black. Mountains are visible in the distance with snow capped angular peaks. Nunavutialand calls this area Mikael Vanuatu Land, named after the designer of Viewpoint.
A further 9 trillion diahoxims are poured into Ekvan.
The Zeus System has been confirmed the have 3 other planets, all gas giants.

Viewpoint 2 is now sent to Ekvan, with huge supplies, enough to build a small city. Viewpoint 3 will carry further supplies, and other spacecraft to be sent include Horizon 1 through 10, supply ships which will run regular trips to and from Ekvan. Viewpoint Titan is a ship in construction planning to carry 25,000 people until 1.5 million people are resident on Ekvan. Titan will launch in 2050. Viewpoint 3 will be sent in 3 months while the Horizon ships will all be sent by 2023. Viewpoint Demigod will also be launched with 2000 people on board, mainly to construct settlements on Ekvan. Demigod has already been constructed and will arrive by next week. No harmful micro-organisms have been found as of yet.

The Protacan Colony will send 1000 citizens of diverse and mixed ages, cultires, races, and personalities.
We are not interested in the colonisation of other planets at this moment. There are other matters of importance but we still wish to represent our nation on the interstellar stage.

The Jakarta Space Port has finished construction. The area was part of the Jakarta airport that was cleared and built on to make a landbased space port. This area will launch several Protacan ships in the coming weeks. Preparations for a large classified project are underway. It is called Erbauer.

Haiti is still now for sale of 250 billion Protacan Shields. This colony is actually developed unlike our others but is not on par with Protacan Core territory.

Our politicians express happiness and Nunavutialand's border relaxation so that our cotizens can tour the wonderful nation.

Ingalia states that the socialists were crushed 2 years ago when the civil war ended. (please see my 2019-2021 post for context.) Ingalia will be Implementing a reigonal system that will allow the West Half of the panhandle and the Jacksonville to become a autonomous region with it's own socialist government. They are still subject to Ingalian control and army conscription. Monore county & the keys are also considered a autonomous region.

The Ingalian people, including many socialists, are heavily insulted by Nunavutialand's refusal to recognize the Centrist state. A full travel ban and embargo has been placed on Nunavatialand.

[Emanonland]

Emanonland has been developing a space program since 1976. For years, it was underfunded and made little progress. The first rocket was launched in 2001. Since then, the government has put many satellites and rockets into space. In 2019 we successfully landed on the moon. Since then, we have set up several bases. We have made many great discoveries. Now, in 2021, we would like to announce our brand new Ship. It is bigger than any other ship we have built. It's purpose? To attack itself to asteroids and harvest them for there valuable resources. We have 5 of these ships completed, with another 25 in production. It's official name is the E.S.S Asheville.

Tommorow, we will launch the first E.S.S Asheville.

We also are developing Interplanetary ships, space fighters, and orbital bombardment devices. These are only in testing stages, but we are working hard towards our goal.

We ask Nunavatialand to stop supporting Ingalian Socialist rebels, so peace and stability may return to the region.

We successfully landed on the moon using rockets we had built in 2012. They were launched from Cape Canaveral.

Several more multipurpose satellites were launched.

Nations are asked to sign this to avoid damage to innocent lives and to help lead us into interstellar success.

PIT- Protacan Interstellar Treaty

1. The use or possession of nuclear weapons is banned in both interplanetary and interstellar space.
2. No nation may declare an interspecies war, the war must only be defined by a nation and its allies, not all of homo sapiens.
3. All bodies without lawful deed and physical claim to claim ownership are unowned and thus can be claimed.
4. Nations are responsible for their solar debris, it is vandalism to damage other orbiting bodies through negilence of debris.
5. No nation may interact with other exo-nations as if the diplomat for Homo Sapiens unless agreed upon by all nations.
6. No living organisms may be brought back to Earth. No material or any object must be brought back to Earth unless in sealed container.
7. Colonists must be sterile of most major bacteria and other organisms to avoid destruction of other biospheres.

Since the prosperity of 2017 the Protacan Colony has been researching ways for outer space and thus has a system laid out.
First on the plan is the establishment of the first international space port.
This one is in low earth orbit and orbits around the equator. In this way it is politically unbiased, while also allowing the Protacan Indonesia to easily launch ships into it. Orbit around the equator is essential as the earth rotates the fastest at the equator which will allow ships to use less fuel to reach higher speeds.
The pieces were already completed last year, with some final preparations the Protacan Space Program went into duty launching the pieces.
Many Protacan jet powered planes took the pieces up into low earth orbit. From here small rockets were detached to complete a stable orbit. They were launched every day for 87 days. The rockets slowly brought the pieces together and connected them using Protacan standard couplings. Eventually a large space port was created, with the pieces even unfolding into solar arrays to power or into other systems necessary. Turns out Protacan architecture of cramped spaces and the engineering of space effiecency for Hawaii has come handy for these tasks. The planes used to reach space are brought back down and glide into the ocean for retrieval. In this way not only do the jet engines allow fuel efficiency but allow almost complete reusablilty, repeatability, and efficiency for resources. Astronauts accompanied the last few trips, they stayed inside the pieces and helped ensure accuracy in the final steps. Now 14 astronauts live in the space station. They speak some of the most diverse number of languages and have many sensors, communications devices, and docking aids. There are 5 couplings for ships to attach to in order to get inside the station. It has been declared the first ever International Space Port, where ships can be refueled and stock up. Additions are in planning, so far it is fairly small and does not have much storage, but it is good enough to begin step 2 and to aid other nations in reaching space. On the space port PIT and Alleghany laws apply. Protcan planeships have been sent up several times to ship exorbant amounts of fuel and supplies, some of the old rockets being used as fuel tanks. After a small panel unfolding error the Station has been declared fully functional and open to the international stage, but requires permission before the mission is launched to inform the station.

After attaching to the space port to gather some fuel a small probe has been sent and went into lunar orbit. It will scan for traces of water up to 12 metres below the surface at very specific confined points. the probe also has a few other sensors for other crucial information.

We ask other nations to use the Space Port as needed.

Ingalia refuses to negotiate with Nunavatialand over a 1/3 socialist state. The civil war ended 2 years ago. The socialists were defeated even before that.

Orne has been focusing on improving civil rights, we are not fascists, and we apologize for any "war crimes". We still refuse to return any colonies, as we don't see why we should.

Orne agrees to go into space venture with Nunavutialand and Protocan.

We will focus on defending against any hostile force. We have been developing spacecraft in secret since 1955, and designing space warships and fighters since 1976, but we, with only our tiny, overpopulated little corner of California. However, our colonization of South and Central America as well as our recent expansions into uninhabited Alleghany, has not only solved our overpopulation problem, but also solved our resource problem. The Protacan Colony asks extremely politely to Nunavutialand to stop creating instability in other nations.


The International Space Port has had 5 modules added onto it. A repair bay for small ships, a sensor array, more sola panels, and 2 hydroponic modules to grow food and help begin research on sustainable ecosystems.
Our rocket technology remains extremely far behind but efficiently done. The planes go up several times a day and deliver more items or parts or supplies to the station and then glide back down after attaching to empty fuel tanks and running out of air to fly on.
