With a yell, the charged ahead where Marcus and Lemuel were fighting the huge ape. In the current situation, she could not even she clearly that Lemuel had been knocked out.

"Hold him for a sec."

The she tried to have the flashlight of her phone to directly put the blinding light into the ape's eyes.

[Corindia]

"Christ, I guess we're doing this"
Dr. Mata peeled off of the wall and rushed towards the scuffle, looking for an opening before being blinded temporarily by Prasansa's wildly swinging phone flashlight.

[Lardingo]

Misty shook of her indecision and rushed into the fray. She clutched the knife with trembling fingers and started stabbing wildly, hopeing desperately to hit something critical. Some faraway voice in her head warned her to not accedentally injure the other combatents trying to restrain the ape, and her pounding heart almost drowned it out.

[Atnaia]

Under the combined blows of the people around it, the ape panicked, swinging its arms wildly around it. Eventually, it stopped, and fell still on the ground. The churning in the wall beyond continued.

[Corindia]

"Well, looks like that problem's solved. Let's hope that we don't run into any more of those!"

[Vancouvia]

Lemuel lay on the cold steel ground, still unconscious, his limp body plastered with bruises, cuts, and blood from various parties.

[Corindia]

Dr. Mata surveyed the group
"Is everyone oka... Lemuel! He's hurt! Is anyone here a doctor?" She paused and thought for a second, "Of medicine?"

[Noronica]

At Dr. Mata's plea, Marcas grabbed put Lemuel into a recovery position, careful to avoid tounching any wounds as he did so. "He'll be fine, he wasn't the one under the fucking ape." Marcas said this as he absentmindedly felt the various bleeding scratches and gouges in his body, realising that he would need to find a plaster or bandage. Yes he sounded like an asshole but he didn't feel inclined to be apologetic for being almost killed by an ape.

Once Lemuel was safely put into position, Marcas slumped against the wall, hugging his knees to him, his expression cold as he glared at the unconscious ape, feeling no sympathy despite its haggard appearance. His gaze turned to Lemuel, despite the guy being a little 'eccentric', he helped saved Marcas' life. He looked at the others who had helped and his lips turned upwards slightly, they didn't try to kill him.

There was one exception. Vilna.

[Corindia]

Dr. Mata walked over to the hunched figures on the wall.
"How bad does he look, Marcas? Is there anything we can do to help? Hell, are you hurt?"

[Noronica]

Marcas' face turned feral, his eyes glinting dangerously in the dim light. Standing to his full height, he glared at Dr. Mata, "No. We're both just peachy. In fact, the ape and I were hugging. What the fuck does look like?! I had a huge fucking ape on me, trying to rip my fucking limbs off, and," he was cornering Dr. Mata now, his voice getting louder and slower, "Lemuel got a fucking punch to the face. Now we're both bleeding and nearly fucking dead. And all you can ask is if we're," Marcas began to cough violently, doubling over and eventually kneeling. The coughing fit lasted for a while, Marcas' eyes began to water and spit dripped from his mouth from the coughing. His shoulder slumped in defeat, "Yes we're both fucking hurt." He gazed up at Dr. Mata, his face no longer angry but in pain.

[Corindia]

"Hmph. Well, let's see if we can't find a sink in one of these labs to wash that off, and maybe some Iodine to sterilize the wounds and any dressings we might make. No sense in just staying here, after all."
