The belligerents of the Baltic Conflict were assembled once more, after ignoring their pledge of peace just a few weeks earlier in Praevalidus. This was no relevant matter now, as the nations that had been at eachothers throats for the past few months were congregating once again in Paris, this time to reach a more concrete Peace agreement. The Fascists were encroaching on the beautiful resources of Eastern And Northern Europe, and it is in the best interests of all to ensure the peaceful resolution of any conflict, small or large, and to provide the people of Eastern Europe the solidarity and peace-of-mind that they deserve.
The entire city of Paris was essentially on lock-down for the day. The hot, smoggy morning gave an humid, ominous aura to the cleared arrondissements of the City of Light. Many roads were backed up as traffic was rerouted to different streets surrounding Charles de Gaulle Aeroport.
As the delegate-carrying aeroplanes arrived, the airport began busying itself. Flight crews and security parties surrounded the executive aircraft while their guest passengers disembarked. The Parisian odeur-de-pain embraced the delegates' noses while the condensation of the low-level clouds began drenching the men and women in Continental crystals.
Parisian policemen surrounded all the native security details, wanting to show the belligerents that they were secured from possible Alcasian partisanship as well as any threats that housed themselves within the homes of Alcase.
Once the motorcades arrived in front of 55 Rue de Faubourg Saint-Honore, the Alcasian Minister of Foreign Affairs displayed himself apart from the usual executives dressed in the front of the Palais d'Elyesee. He greeted each delegate as they disembarked their transportation, and encouraged them all to step inside the Executive residence. Once everyone had arrived, they were all to sit in a room with its door left ajar, leaving the press with a clear view of the entire meeting.
