This is a continuation of NS World War One

With the world still recovering from the effects of all of the wars that happened many countries were still rebuilding their damaged infrastructure. Many world leaders had changed either from election or being placed their from being occupied. Within the Colony Principal Chief Jack McCarthy was re-elected and this time he decided to keep the Colony out of any wars involving foreign nations as well as recalling all branches of the Colony's Military back to the Colony an action that led to him being re-elected. The end war came and all of the nations agreed to form what would be called the "Assembly of Nations" to prevent another war from breaking out and hopefully it would work in preventing futures wars and conflicts. Only time will tell if that notion will ring true or not.

5th Anniversary Parade
Standing on a stage, the newly reelected President Eric Jeffery James, watched the military parade. This parade, marked the fifth anniversary of the ending of the Great War. Along with the current soldiers, many veterans also were in the parade. Prominent officers from the last war, such as High Sergeant Rick Harvard, Commander McHenry, Brigadier Limburg, Lieutenant Cannon, and many others remained behind the President, remembering the war. Limburg, still the Commander of all Emerstarian forces in Spookistam, had taken the week off, to come here. While reconstruction of Spookistam continued, his officers still in Spookistam guided the now more experienced King Tomas. McHenry, the former Commander of all forces in Peandland, along with his second-in-command, Harvard had left Sergeant Robert Emanuel in charge of Emerstarian Arrstown while they attended this. Cannon, the leader of the whole Emerstarian Royal Military, stood, motionless, recalling the meeting in Tico to end the Emer-Peandland War. He remembered Raynor, the dictator of Peandland having a weird look in his eye, as if Peandland was planning something. The Military Governor of Spookistam, General Harrison, was also present. Though the rest officials seemed they had forgotten about Hashkinian New Spookistam that was stolen from them, Harrison did not...
The Ambassador to Monavia, had also attended this event, as all the other Emerstarian ambassadors did. To Emerstari, thought the war ended in a truce, this was a holiday for their victory.
Hours later, in his office, President James sat, watching television, finishing the day's work. Then it hit him, he found the Truce Document in his that ended the war. It was just a truce, even though it had been five years, the war was still going on. "Truces aren't treaties," he thought. Little did he know, the world was about to be shaken to wake once more...

Defender Aircorp Base, Arcadia

Prime Minister Munche

He sat in the chair waiting to speak. News outlets from across the globe were here and he watched as civilians and military alike crowded in. General Smith stepped forward and spoke "Today, we are once again pioneering in aerospace and beyond, before we get to the main event, Prime Minister Munche has a few words to say!"

Munche stepped forward and walked up to the podium and spoke "We are at the edge of a golden age of technology and science. Today the world will fear the Arcadian Aircorp. Today Arcadia has proven it deserves to keep the stop as the best Airforce on this green earth, today we present the AAS. Marigold, and its sister ships!" He spread his arms out as six flying carriers emerged from hangars in the ground. Cameras snapped and the crowed cheered. F-35s flew in formation with the carriers and they had finally finished the flying carrier project.

[United Tecdo Peandland]

Tico, Peandland

Raynor stood at Zachary Air Force Base named after a once great Peandland Air Force Pilot who had killed over a dozen Emerstari soldiers during their war. The chainlink gate was open and in one of the green tent hangar's sat the Prototype of a Stealth Bomber. Code named " Stryker" which was being painted and having it's bomb bay installed by engineers within the base. The plane was to be introduced to the public in a Air Show a week later unvealing it's strength against skeletal models which would be set up along a forest near the show's runway.

The military was not the only thing that Raynor had focused on. The more years that went by the more he became more of a Democratic figure. Installing two under councils and leader elections only a year ago. Now his political ring of advisers debated on adding yet another circle of trusted political figures who would focus on Energy Consumption and Waste Production. Something that had clogged the nation's landscape during the war, when nobody had cared. Now it mattered. People were becoming sick from a plague and the waste needed to be dealt with. With energy, it was less of a problem. However, many Coal power plants had been replaced with windmills which were louder but produced enough energy to meet the countries desires without polluting it.


The First ring of Adviser's were put into a position of Employment and Economic Management. 200 Members in total formed the rings with 100 being Leftist and 100 being Right-Wing. This was to balance the countries system to stop protest and riots, and even coups. For once in Peandland things seemed to be doing alright. No Civil Wars, rebels or wars.

[Spookistam]

New Borkispook Obelisk of Freedom

The base of the obelisk had the phrase "Risen from the ashes, The New Order stands united with blood." First President of Spookistam David Arnold Swiss repeated the phrase over and over in his head. He served since the beginning of the war, and he had seen men and women die in that damn war. He defected to Tomas Borkington's side back when Johnson was around. Swiss had seen many things in his life. Things he can't unsee. Now David stood at the Obelisk of Freedom. It was at this spot where Bob Sanders was believed to have died, and the RSI agents tried and executed for treason. It was the harshest and most unfair trial in history, but David knew that the RSI deserved everything thrown at them. David walked back to his car. He checked the daily intelligence briefings and the civilian news networks on his phone.
The car drove past hundreds of monuments, museums, and places still under construction. The former New Borkispook Palace was still being constructed. Construction workers were moving red iron steel around in cranes and other equipment. Swiss also passed some embassies and the monument flying the flags of all countries that fought in the war. The flag of the Capitalist States was not permitted to fly on the monument. The president drove past some parades, and a few riots. The Johnson loyalists were still a thing, though they had little influence in Spookistami politics. It was just another day in Spookistam.

The AON had already set sanctions on the nations of Peandland, Hashkin and Spookistam for their war crimes during the first war while many of the other nations thought it was unfair for Spookistam to be sanctioned because most of the war crimes were done by the former government of the nation and the new government under King Tomas and Queen Ana a combination of a monarchy and presidential system of government but it was written that King Tomas had the last say on laws that would be passed. There were rumors that the whole system was created by Queen Ana and that she was some kind of spy for the Colony of Tribes Republic but King Tomas shot down any and all speculation about his wife and her loyalties to Spookistam and its' people.

The AON was doing well but there was a section of land in Peandland that was split between the Colony, Emerstari, and Peandland itself though Peandland got the smallest section but there wasn't really anything that could do about it as both the Colony and Emerstari had a larger military than they did but because the AON forgot to limit Peandland's military growth which could bite them in the ass.

In the area that the Colony controlled the High Court installed a Prime Justicar to govern the area and her name was Skye Lewis she was someone who because of her attitude was passed over for promotion after promotion no matter how hard she worked which is why she became a Prime Justicar as there is no need for promotions but she never got the good assignments it was always in areas where tensions were high as the High Court thought that her attitude would work out great to keep the area under control she had 9000 Occupied Guardsmen which were a branch of the Colony's military who were tasked with keeping law and order in a Colony occupied area.

Garnett, Hashkin
Garnett, a city about 50 miles east of Weselton, was home to the Royal Palace, the National Archives (public information), the Black Archives (secret information), and the new headquarters for the World Intellengence Agency (WIA). WIA, formerly known as the HWIA was now jointly ran by the AON and the Hashkinian Government. Today, Chancellor Tony Bakker and King Oliver were inspecting the HQ and the progress of capturing of members of Droxima. The two were being taught about the satellites when a private ran up and said, "Sir, we found Baxter!"

The only nation that hadn't been sanctioned by the Assembly of Nations was Hashkin as many nations didn't accept Droximate Hashkin as legit but many assembly members couldn't agree what to do about Hashkin's war crimes while their nation was under the control of the Droximate government the votes for sanctions always came back tied and they kept debating the issue which was one of the flaws of the AON.

Raynor sighed as the email reached his inbox. He opened it and read it before replying quickly.

Tico, Peandland
Thousands clapped and danced in celebration of 5 years of Raynor's Rule. The day he took over was yesterday and now the day after was a national Holiday named "Freedom Day". In the center of Peandland the entire Coast Guard, National Guard and Army paraded around while Air Force Jets flew over head with banners falling behind them with Raynor's name printed in black. Peandland was a nation of social and economic and even some military reforms, but it was still the same old Propganda fueled nation full of war hawks.


General Marcus Lincoln stood on top of a T-72 tank his dress outfit pressed and ironed. He waved to all of the people supporting the nation's armed forces. This was the first military parade in Tico since the end of the war. The last 4 years it had been in other major towns, some of which were battle damaged by the fighting years before. Not only were reforms a problem.

Rebuilding was terrible. Over 10 million dollars had been spent into reconstructing pill boxes, buildings and resupplying hospitals that had been raided or destroyed during the war. One of which was expensive, one destroyed by The Yatz Paratrooper's who had landed all over the country and beat back the Peandland National Guard. That was the last battle during the war.


Vegas Research Base, Peandland

700 Military Engineer and Scientist were working on making a New standard issue rifle for the Peandland National Guard. The ZK or Zalakinov model 2021 which would be made for crowd control and suppression. Already 50 prototypes were in active service for a month to see how well they tested in real life protest and not simulations. granted this might cause a few deaths.


Then there was another 500 Scientist studying AIDS and HIV and trying to turn it into a virus secretly. Away from the "World's Police" as they liked to call it in Peandland. Everything had failed so far. Though progress was being made with testing subjects being POW who were kept in Peandland where Raynor stated that any POW's they had not given over were dead or too wounded to move. That was a lie. It was so the Nation could test weapons on subjects without worry from other nation's in the world. They just needed to keep it on lockdown.

President James sat in his office, staring at the message from the Tribes Republic. He hesitated to respond to both the Tribes Republic and Peandland, Peandland had imprisoned thousands of Emerstarians, thousands of foreigners, thousands of humans. That was unacceptable. Raynor might have brought a little democracy to Peandland, but nothing would bring back the lives lost in the labor camps. He still had thousands of soldiers in the Emerstarian controlled coastline and dozens of defenses. He would negotiate for the return of the Peandland territory but under his conditions. Emerstari would have their terms listened to. "Raynor... Raynor, I hate that guy," James thought. Hours later, his Chief of Staff Martin Tyrus burst into his office, "Sir, the Hashkinian government has found Baxter, the former supreme leader of Droxima," he said. James replied, "This is Emerstari's concern how?" He is in York City, York, sir..."
Hours later, still sitting in his office at 10:00 AM, denying his wife's request return to the living hall of the Executive Mansion. He sat there, staring, waiting... Finally, at 10:34 AM, the President started typing his letter to the Tribes Republic and Peandland governments.

To: The Governments of Peandland and the Tribes Republic5-5-2017 From: President Eric J. James, Raynor and McCarthy, I realize we all have claims in Peandland, especially you Raynor. I am willing to trade the two-mile-long strip of coastline my men hold, for the return of all formerly enslaved foreigners. The Great War has ended, but the effects have not yet ended. I am willing to go to war, again, to protect the foreigners whose birth rights have been stripped away from them. Sincerely, Eric J. James President of Emerstari

The following day
Sitting in his office, looking at the current news, Deputy of Foreign Affairs Pierre Holland listened to the speech. While scanning through messages Cheif of the EEP/C John Cenre`, Priminister Christopher Cerne`, and Secretary of State Linda Kenly sent him, he saw an unusual one. Opening it he thought, "What does Levenworth need?" Fort Levenworth, a tiny Royal Military base located on the Emertsarian overseas territory of Hawa` (A-wa). Stunned by this message, he muttered, "Hawa` is one of the safest places on the planet. What do they need?" Finally, he started reading, after looking through it, he replied.

To: Commander Richard C. Williams 5-5-2017 From: Deputy of Foreign Affairs Pierre Holland, I will alert the President on the situation as soon as possible. This probably will be dealt with one way or another, we cannot allow these pirates to block our trade. Hopefully, a Task Force of the Royal Navy will arrive soon enough. As I have seen, these pirates have been persistent, reports indicate they have blocked ships of other islands nearby before, but have never been dealt with. Raynor sighed and replied to the email sent by the hated Emerstari's. His fingers typing quickly as he wrote to them explaining in heavy detail why the deal they proposed would work with some tweaking.

I accept this proposed deal for now. Though I ask of something very important you might not like. Due to reconstruction cost. Our nation would like 5 million dollars for rebuilding purposes from the damage you caused in our nation during the war. The constant destructive nature of your shelling and tank fire. In return for this cost we will send 5 of our top Military Advisor's to your nation to help train your soldiers in the ways of war.

Kurdistan Republic Border Outskirts, Peandland Side

The town of Mogmuhar a small village with a population of 6,000 formed from farming and mining was under threat of an insurgency. Insurgents from the fowl KR that had escaped during their civil war. With news of this a famous miner in the town named Omar Saduffy started a small band of militamen armed with left over weapons from the first war when the town was under Emerstari control. During this time Omar had turned the small town into his own stronghold against the Insurgent's who renamed themselves "The United Islamic Liberation Party for Peandland and Surrounding Countries". They had assaulted the town several times, each time being fended off by PKM machine gun fire and mortar fire.

This was the result of social, military and economic reforms and lack of rebuilding in the north.

[Spookistam]

"The jury is thanked and excused. The court is now adjourned!" Judge Tana Donovan said. Reporters took pictures as a row of former commanding officers, terrorists, communists, oligarchs, generals, RSI agents, and revolutionaries were carried out of the court with black bags covering their faces and chains binding their limbs. They were placed in heavily armed convoys, ready to be taken to Norton Super Max Prison, the most secure prison in all of Spookistam. They would be executed on live television later on. The five year case had finally come to an end. The prosecutors walked out with happiness on their faces. This happiness was not because of their victory, rather it was out of relief that the case had come to an end. One of these prosecutors was Attorney General of Spookistam Gordon Turner, commonly referred to as GT. President David needed these men and women in bars so much that he put his own Attorney General on the team of prosecutors.
GT walked out and looked at the reporters. He took notice of the cameras. They were old. Some of them looked like they couldn't even take colored pictures. Some of them were Polaroids. These kinds of cameras were used in Spookistam in the middle 20th century. The sanctions were really hitting hard. GT thought of this as he walked past rows of reporters in order to get into his car. He got a laptop in his car, and wrote a public letter to the Assembly of Nations. If it was public, then more people would side with Spookistam. Though, siding with Spookistam in these times was a hard thing to do on the international stage.

To the Assembly of Nations

On behalf of The United Federated Kingdom of Spookistam, I would like the Assembly of Nations to reconsider the sanctions placed on Spookistam, as it serves no purpose. The previous governments of Spookistam which committed atrocities of unspeakable magnitudes have been destroyed, and I have recently won a case against the last surviving members of that government. They are to be imprisoned and executed later on as the year goes on. Spookistam hopes that those individuals will be the only ones who shall receive the death sentence. The sanctions have severely limited the technological capabilities of Spookistam. I am writing to you from Norton City, a former hub of science and technology and seat of the Supreme Court. It is from this city where cancer treatment has been revolutionized, where painkillers were manufactured to be less addictive, where processors the size of a grain of sand used to be able to power Spookistam's advanced technologies, and where advances in space explorations had been made. This city is now reduced to crime and poverty. The labs and universities which created the things mentioned above have all shut down or have gone bankrupt. Need I go on?

King Zhakak was visiting Pondal Base, a Yatzatzian base in Peandland that was the site of the only major battle between Yatzatz and Peandlan in the previous war. Yatzatz had won, and this base was a souvenir. General Liond, the general of the base, was showing Zhakak around.
"This base is the most technologically advanced Yatzatzian base outside of Yatzatz proper. If an invasion comes, we are ready."
Zhakak wondered.

That is unfortunate but I am still willing to transition control of the area back over to your nation as we do control from the radio tower to the port city and this area has a lot of valuable farmland and many of the residents here support your rule of the country and I have sent them all letters stating my intent to hand all of this area back to your government. Even if we're not working together I will be watching your progress as a nation and as a show of my faith in you I will give you $4,500,000 of my own personal money to help with the rebuilding of your nation.

On behalf of The United Federated Kingdom of Spookistam, I would like the Assembly of Nations to reconsider the sanctions placed on Spookistam, as it serves no purpose. The previous governments of Spookistam which committed atrocities of unspeakable magnitudes have been destroyed, and I have recently won a case against the last surviving members of that government. They are to be imprisoned and executed later on as the year goes on. Spookistam hopes that those individuals will be the only ones who shall receive the death sentence. The sanctions have severely limited the technological capabilities of Spookistam. I am writing to you from Norton City, a former hub of science and technology and seat of the Supreme Court. It is from this city where cancer treatment has been revolutionized, where painkillers were manufactured to be less addictive, where processors the size of a grain of sand used to be able to power Spookistam's advanced technologies, and where advances in space explorations had been made. While I personally do agree that the sanctions are harsh on your and that former governments who committed those crimes are no longer in power but the AON voted though between you and me I think it was based on the world's collective hate of your nation and the fact that it was King Tomas's father who started most of the fighting in the first place and how King Tomas no matter how progressive he may be was handed the "keys to the kingdom" many people around the world think he will do the same as his father. I don't think that is true as he has delegated most of the duties of state to a Spookistam President and there is also the fact that the world doesn't know how the new Spookistam government works and who holds most of the power in the nation King Tomas or President David. I has worked out a deal with the rest of the AON to loosen the sanctions on your nation but King Tomas has to sign off on the Treaty of Security which states that you acknowledge what the past governments did and vow not to start any wars and your nation can only act in self defense with it's military.

Having just returned from a meeting in Emerstari, Brigadier Charles Limburg met the former Ambassador to Spookistam in the new Emerstarian Embassy. Consul William Herald and Ambassador Thomas Erichson were now working in the new embassy. The three talked and prepared to go to meet President Swiss.

The three Emerstarians stepped out of the Oshkosh L-ATV in front of the old building. Walking into the building, they found Swiss speaking with his staff. Limburg began walking up to him, waiting for the conversation between the two Spookistamians to end. "President Swiss, myself and the two diplomats would like to congratulate your rise to power. But let's get right to the point and avoid the politics." Limburg said. "Emerstari has requested to reopen its embassy and would like to know if the new Spookistamian government wants any protection while it rebuilds?" After Swiss replied, Limburg said one more thing, then walked away while the ambassadors began to talk. "Under King Tomas, we were protecting Spookistam during reconstruction, is this going to continue?" Limburg, now walking back to the vehicles was followed by the ambassadors who finished talking. The diplomats returned to the embassy while Limburg continued to the Emerstarian fort nearby.

She replied, "No, may I ask who's asking, I'll alert him when he returns." President James answered, "The President of Emerstari, E. J. James." Disappointed, the group rested at a hotel.

The President turned the television on and watched a rerun of his speech from yesterday,

"A terrorist group, a group of pirates, has recently started to block trading and shipping ships on their way to our territory of Hawe`. We cannot allow this, to make the situation even worse, they are also capturing and holding the ships' crews hostage. A Task Force of Royal Navy ships, along with a team of the newly formed Anti-Terrorist Division of the Royal Marines on their way. The force will hunt down and capture all the terrorists. The Anti-Terrorist Division, currently made up of 2,000 soldiers is fighting both the Vosgatha terrorists and will fight these pirates. Goodnight everyone..."

100 CSEG ( Concentration Situational Entry Group) Guards marched alongside the barbed wire fences of Warfield Concentration Camp watching silently as the prisoner's were escorted out by All Black's. Once the first 5,000 out of 35,000 prisoner's inside the camp had exited they were marched to the shoreline where 5 boats sat quietly. Three transports with 15 All Black's security soldiers on board each and two escorts with naval guns and 50 Security men total on each. Enough to presaude any possible boarders.

"Gentlemen, I was not prepared for a visit! I will gladly reopen embassies with Emerstari, however we do not require assistance in rebuilding our nation. An independent Spookistam is the main goal of me and my people, as well as a healthy relationship with others in the international level."

He walked out of the officer building and the Arcadian occupation forces were still through out northern Spookistam. They had about 2,000 troops still in the nation. The base in the Tribes Republic was still active but most troops had left to go home. Very few soldiers were here now. The embassy was open in the city but a block around the embassy was under Arcadian military control. He would be leaving to Fort Havenstead in the Tribes Republic in a few weeks. He was going to the Tribes for a meeting between military staff.

After the worlds markets took a downturn due to international events, the bubble of Pinecoast's banks finally burst. Loans were defaulting and the banks had no cash to pay them off. When citizens tried to pull out their money, they were met with the reality that there was no money to be withdrawn. Anger boiled in the Evergreen Peninsula. The Peninsula's cities held almost 60% of the Republics population, and the sprawling urban centers were already hotbeds of progressive support. The cities broke into riots as the bank collapse came to fruition. The National Republican Guard was deployed and armored divisions were called in to shut off the highways.


Nationalist mobs raided immigrant neighborhoods in the capital of Ellensgard. With over 10 million immigrants making up the population, the foreign born represented a fifth of the nation and a force to be reckoned with. Clashes around the Peninsula killed many and only worsened the situation.

Parliament broke down into fist fight as newly elected nationalist leaders confronted the progressive majority. Centrist joined in on the brawl and the legislative session is currently on an emergency recess. The Chancellor has yet to call back Parliament and has mobilized the Reserves in an attempt to stem the violence. Many experts predict massive layoffs will increase unemployment to 30%. Times are tough in Pinecoast, and the conflicts of the country seem ready to spill over into the world.
