I haven't forgotten about this. I've started a diplomatic conference and I intend to mention this situation there, so I'll have to wait a bit for a response.

Plus I have a few assignments due this week, a big exam next week, and final exams coming up after that.

If this diplomatic conference is with a former IFC Nation that shall not be named by me, may I remind you that he is removed from the IFC's Canon. This is also not an official IFC Action but of my own as, technically, you are no longer in IFC's canon either.
