I had three assignments due this week (and two due the week before), have been so busy. I just have to finish and submit something tonight.

1. What are my diplomats charged with?
2. What will happen to them if they surrender?
3. What will happen to them if they resist?

The State Department has come to the conclusion that the site of your Embassy has been used for illegal data transfers out of the nation. Therefore, they are charging each one of the main Embassy Staff with Espionage.

2. What will happen to them if they surrender?

If they surrender, they will be brought to New Orleans Central Lock-up, where they will be booked without incident.

3. What will happen to them if they resist?

If they resist, the SWAT Team will storm the 2nd floor and primarily use rubber bullets, tear gas, and flash-bangs to attempt to subdue the staff and whatever security that you have on premises. If they are fired upon, they will switch to live rounds to neutralize those who are firing at them. It would be bloody if it goes that way.

Well, there's a Casino across the street to the west (too many 'civilians' to list), the civilian loading bridge for the cross-river Ferry on the same property to the north (beyond that is the Audubon Aquarium of the America's and 1 Canal Place (a shopping mall/office tower), a hotel to the south on the adjacent property, and to the southeast is the Outlet Connection at the Riverfront (an outlet mall).

Getting the "floor plans" to all those is rather ridiculous. If you really want to just not have this RP, then say it and fess up like an adult and stop dancing around and attempting to get me to end the RP before it begins.
