The cannon will fire a stream of water 10 centimeters wide at 200 psi. This stream is to be directed onto enemy ships, and can punch holes through their hulls. Granted, these are very small holes, so it might take a while before the ship capsizes. The water is to be pumped into the cannon by a pipe that connects it to the ocean.

However, the DHPWC is costly to build, at 2 million NationStates Dollars per weapon, and can take several weeks to install onto preexsisting ships not meant for the weapon.

Order 6332 called for every single branch of military to deploy units to Guandmeria. The Army reserves of 10,000,000 had been activated, though no confirmation of troop deployments. Though one controversial deployment would the deployment of two Typhoon-class Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarines. "Guandmeria will be fully secured by 8 carrier fleets", said by Velasquez. He also stated, "Rebel forces and its supporters inside Guandmeria will be trapped inside, meaning no way out nor a way in."

The blueprints arrived at the mainland just yesterday, and troop trials are commencing. An experimental unit, the 482nd Special Forces Anti-Aircraft Battalion of the 42nd Anti-Aircraft Regiment of the 5th Guards Tank Division will have 10 of them in service to test them on aircraft while the 573 Naval Artillery Battalion of the Strategic Reserve will be placed on the coast to protect the towns against the government Navy.

NWS Pete George, a Arleigh Burke-class Guided Missile Destroyer off the coast of Guandmeria launched a Tomahawk cruise missiles targeting rebel positions in Valdranas. 29,000 total ground troops are currently in Guandmeria. Marines of 61st Marine Expeditionary Unit, marched to the southern coast of Guandmeria. They reached and safely secured a small port city. Haldranas was a small settlement of about 1,300 settlers. The Marines called it a major success. Nation of Warfare ships could dock themselves in the city's small port.

The America-class Amphibious Assault Ship NWS Forrest Lamb arrive hours later anchoring near the port positioning itself as a mobile command center. It deployed marines from the 51st Marine Regiment onto AAVs landing on the coastal beaches making it to the city. MCAS David Blaine was going into its first stages of construction. The air station was meant for air security around the southern coast, as well as to improve range. With more range, Nation of Warfare can now attack and strike targets within long distances.



The 1st Battalion of the 51st Marine Regiment was given orders to setup a outpost, just a few yards outside the city. They setup their tents and set two M777 Howitzers to provide artillery support for units in the city.

NWS Jabrill Peppers, a Ticonderoga-class Guided Missile Cruiser off the western coast of Guandmeria, launched 4 Tomahawk cruise missiles at Lemonsky forces. According to intelligence, Lemonsky forces were spotted by satellite photos in a city in Guandmeria. One of photos included camp believed to be housing Jalahstani military prisoners. The missiles were meant to strike ground forces in the city. The NWS Jabrill Peppers would be backed by the Arleigh Burke-class Guided Missile Destroyer NWS Taco Charlton. The Charlton launched six of its Tomahawks also striking Lemonsky forces in Guandmeria.

Velasquez stated sanctions wouldn't effect its economy due to economical strength and close ties with various NS regions.

OSAN 1 has been succesfully put into near-Earth orbit after launch. It is currently being manuvered to point at Guandmeria geostationally. Experts hope that any conspicious activity, like storing nukes in a silo, or burning down cities that have been surrendered, before the news gets out, giving Povakia and its allies an advantage. In other news, the several million Standard Monetary Units given to Povakia have been accepted by the military.
