It has come to our attention that this organization is working towards liberating those in forced servitude. The Teccorri Republic wholeheartedly supports this notion. We would like to apply for membership into this Organization, and our government hopes to work closely with this Organization, as Chancellor Adarti has shown great interest in an international anti-slavery league.

We are prepared to offer funds to the amount of $1,000,000,000USD to this Organization upon joining, and we hope these funds will be put to good use. I have been allowed to promise limited military support in the event of armed conflict between this Organization and such belligerents as slave traders. Our limited military support will include light to medium naval vessels for interdiction and blockade purposes, and 'Sanctuary Ships' to care for the rescued. Peacekeepers, doctors and aid personnel will also be supplied, as well as civillians allowed to serve aboard these ships as part religious reach-outs and other charity organizations in our country.

We also wish to know if this Organization focuses on Human slaves, or spreads its influence to the liberation of demihuman slaves as well. If demihuman slaves are indeed included in this Organization's mandate to liberate, we are prepared to offer further funds to the amount of $2,000,000,000USD on top of the previous amount. The Teccorri Republic has long worked towards the freeing of demihuman slaves, particularly those of our nation's own demihuman minority of kitsune and nekomimi.

We, originally, were purely an independent organization, not like an alliance that nations could join. However, we do consider any and all supporters to be "members." Blockading someone (especially in NS) isn't that bad an act, sure your businesses will lose some revenue, and your economy might go downhill, but unless you depend almost entirely on imports (in which case you should have a better navy), your nation should remain intact, and functioning.
