"States should definitely have the choice to implement capital punishment. However I disagree wit the delegate from Bhikkustan concerning re-education. Who gets to decide what is "evil"? I know for a fact that Chief Executive Renolds believes that communism is inherently evil, and yet the Lardian Communist Party is allowed to take part in elections. Our administration has no right to force our beliefs on them."

"would a separate category for states that retain the right to use capital punishment, yet signed the human rights accords be enough?"

Shirazi stood up and gave a speech "It appears that much has happened in the world all of our nations must respond to. Human Rights is an integral and fundamental pillar of life, but it is essential that we can ensure as many nations sign the document as we can get. This is why we are temporarily ceasing talks so we can regroup, regather and think more about this issue as delegations, as well as confirming what our superiors intend from this summit. Thank you for your service thus far, and we look forward to the recommencation of this summit in the near future. Thank you for your service."
