Grittonian Points of benefits for the election of glorious position of Chairman-person for the Vladivostok Alliance/Chairman Improvement Plan

*Streamlining of the applications, which include a list of Acceptance points and a adding of a sample RP showing part
*Set up of a New-Player Improvement Plan to improve trade and peace between the Vladivostok Alliance and small or economicly weak Nations
*Beginning of a three-headed advisory team for the Chairman, these advisors will be picked from the alliance for their skills in the fields of either Economics, Military Workings or Diplomatics
*Opening of a grand Vladivostok Alliance Embassy Ground, which will be situated near Gritta City, Grittonia's capital, which will allow members and non-members quick diplomatic access to each other
*Making this alliance a meeting place for nations to discuss diplomacy, military and economic issues in a peacefull enviroment
*Beginning of a monthly Alliance RP, this can be anything from a war practice, to a diplomatic meeting etc.

In running for the position of Chairman, I shall:
- thoroughly devote myself to this alliance;
- make it my personal duty to ensure that power is distributed fairly and that voices are heard, whilst nonetheless being unafraid to lead and to take charge;
- strive to keep our organisation active;
- always be held accountable to the views and opinions of my fellow V.A. members on the subject of my performance;
- donate a further 600,000 personnel to the E.R.F.;
- spend time designing and donating military equipment for the E.R.F., keeping our forces on the cutting edge of warfare technology;
- work to encourage recruitment and to make the alliance a friendly and welcoming environment to NSers both new and old;
- ensure that the V.A. becomes and - thenceforth remains - a respected, influential and powerful group of nation-states in the world

Just a reminder from my previous. Unlike Grittonia, I do not plan to make any immediate radical changes a part of my manifesto, as I would hope that such motions would be discussed in the alliance first.
