Turmoil in the High Council Chambers

Earlier today, at 1:25pm, a never before seen incident occurred in the High Council Chambers when Empress Ardenna Xandra confronted the Council on the newly proposed "Syan Bill", which would supposedly reduce the populations ability to control the government, restrict people's rights, and increase slavery. In the short but heavily heated debate, the Council had the Empress forcibly removed from the Council Grounds, with Head Councilwoman Ryana Xri'Kioy quoted saying,

"It's all very simple. If you can't follow the rules, nor are willing to trust those who the people put in charge, then we're no better than a failed state; animals; tribal warmongers. Even the Empress can be imprisoned if she.....is no longer able to follow the laws."

This has stirred unrest and criticism of not just Ryana Xri'Kioy, but the entirety of the Council. Despite the disappearance of lead activists to remove the Council, more people seem to be rallying to the cause, even though the Empress discourages the people to do so. As for the Empress, once removed from Council Grounds, she was forced back to the Palace where she has since resided. Since the incident, security has been increased both at the Palace and Ori'Yu (Council building). With increased concern from the Council, more officers have been tasked to fill the streets of the Capital and all major cities, including soldiers being pulled to patrol as well.

Nationalist Parties Win National Council Election

The Nationalist Party took two of the five open seats in the National Council, while the National Populists took three in an impromptu vote. The Ministry of the Interior reports that the eastern states of Noxtrem had a higher voter turnout than some of the western ones. The overall voter turnout was 52%, which was 3% higher in the last election under the previous government. Several voting areas received visits from Nationalist Militias that has taken to calling themselves the "Volkssturm". These militias are now eligible to receive basic training as part of Reichspräsident Erdeburg's new incorporated defense plan. We are expecting that more aspects of his plan will be put into place now that the National Council has no "anti-military" parties represented. Our press team has been alerted by Volkssturm organizers that a series of patriotic militia parades have been scheduled to take place in Salzburg, and Hannover in the following days.

In other news, the Ministry of War is reporting some success in putting down rebellion in the Netherlands region. They are expected to reach Rotterdam within the day. Several newly equipped and trained militia groups are expected to come join the fight. Yesterday at the APSIA headquarters bar Nicks Ravon was murdered. After consuming a full bottle of alcohol Nicks Ravon he was confronted by Ubizytotskas diplomat Artrom Petrovich who then proceeded to gauge out Ravons neck after offering him an unknown drug, known by some as the Bog Pill. After Lord Garion attempted to perform first aid, Alex Jones, who was also reported to be part of the attack, ran with Artrom to an escape helicopter on top of the bar landing pad that was shortly shot down by a SAM shortly after take off. There were no survivors. We celebrate the great man that was Nicks Ravon, and condemn the actions carried out by Ubiztyoyska and Trumplandiaca. We plan on further investigating this crime and the "Bog Pill".
Our new President Feliks Easton, was sworn in today and stated today at a meeting, "Today is a sad and memorable day. We will never forget all that Ravon has done for this nation and I thank him for keeping it together in hard times. So as president of this nation I will do what he would have wanted. downwithFelix.org is a poorly funded, well organized, illiterate small group of anarchists/terrorists, which despite the label of terrorist, are nearly incapable of carrying out the smallest of attacks. One of the members Henry Dickinson was arrested for some posts he made after the assassination of Nicks Ravon. A message was was intercepted from the prisons computer giving instructions to one of the members to detonate and explosive at the funeral, and was fortunately apprehended just in time. Despite its mean and fearsome appearance, they find this fear through well planned anarchist propaganda sent through things like social media and the news. Investigators are still finding more members and are searching for the leader to put and end to all of it.

Although they are poorly organized, fellow anarchists have felt "inspired" to come out from the depths and strike back to over throw the government, participating in protests and violent riots all over Malikay, but most of the violence seems to be focused in the Capital Ketra. So far all attempts have been unsuccessful. The MATD has intervened in only some instances, being forced to utilize a more powerful form of riot protection. By request of President Derevier, Vanavoy has sent an ultimatum to the Nederrijnland Provisional Government requesting a territorial secession to the Vanavoian Reich. By his request, the ultimatum has been made public. It states the following:

"Nederrijnland has made infringements of Vanavoian territorial claims and must be dealt with by the Vanavoian government. The Vanavoian Imperial Senate recognizes the complaints voiced by Nederrijnland, and does not want to escalate the tension between Nederrijnland and Vanavoy. However, the Imperial Senate feels that Vanavoy has been unfairly treated by Nederrijnland and wants reparations for the actions of Nederrijnland. The Imperial Senate has drafted and sent this ultimatum to the Provisional Government of Nederrijnland in hopes that any conflicts between us can be resolved. If you choose to accept our terms, Vanavoy will pledge to aid Nederrijnland in their crusade against Noxtrem despite any technicalities in the current relationship with Noxtrem or any future relationship. This aid will not come in terms of military support, but instead Vanavoy will trade with Nederrijnland, supplying them with resources to fuel their armies. Although there will be no donation of resources to Nederrijnland, Vanavoy will likely become the only source of supplies for Nederrijnland once the nation is inevitably blockaded, and it would be terribly unfortunate for Nederrijnland if Vanavoy was not available for trade. An additional benefit to complying is the end of any subjugation of Dutch peoples in Vanavoy. The Vanavoian Republic of Neer, whose population has consists 47% of Dutch people, will be given special privileges in terms of autonomy. In return for showing mercy to Nederrijnland and supporting your war effort, Vanavoy requests that Nederrijnland cedes all of its occupied territory south of the 51st parallel to Vanavoy. A few hours ago, Intelligence Agents were able to get a weapons shipment into Malikay. These weapons consisted of AK-47s, AK-74us, and lots of ammunition.

Agents were able to make contact with more radical sect of the anarchists and processed the transaction. The radical anarchists were very pleased to receive this shipment of weapons and equipment. Surely this could lead to more violence in Malikay, and a more aggressive downwithFelix.org.

Costitutional Referendum Main effects in politics Role of the Senate As of right know, Pistoiastan's lawmaking process is slowed down by its bicameral format, with the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate on the same level. After this reform, the Senate will represent territorial institutions. It will share the legislative power with the Chamber of Deputies, but the vote of the Senate will be only required to enact laws regarding specific matters. For all other laws, the vote of the Senate would be optional and could be overruled by a second vote of the Chamber of Deputies. Introduction of "unicameral procedure" Under the unicameral procedure (which is used every time the Constitution does not require a special procedure), bills can be adopted by a vote of the Chamber of Deputies. At that point, the approved bill is sent to the Senate, which has 5 days to decide whether to examine it to propose changes or let it be enacted without modification. If one-third of the senators ask to review the bill, the Senate has 15 days to formulate amendments and send the bill back to the Chamber of Deputies. Then the deputies will take the final decision on the Senate's proposals and on the bill as a whole. No further approval of the Senate is needed. Abrogation of the Provinces Pistoiastan will only have two levels of territorial organization, "Comune" and "Regione". Regions will have less autonomy The reform draws a different partition of matters reserved to the State and to the regions. The so-called "concurrent competence", according to which State law legislates the principles that are later to be implemented by regional laws, is abolished. All concurrent matters are reassigned to either the State's or the regions' competence. Senate has the possibility to reject every regional decision. The refendum will take place in November. The official enactment of the Trumplandian Intelligence Agency

The congress has come to a consensus today and we have decided to follow through with the enactment of the TIA act of 2021. The reason for the creation of this new agency is the growing suspicion that foreign agents from REDACTED are surveilling many aspects of our government and our way of life. The TIA is to protect the people and the interests of The United States of Trumplandiaica at home and abroad. The position of director of the TIA has been appointed to Paul Joseph Watson, the president believes that Mr. Watson's watchful eye and his ability to get down to the truth will help the new agency do its job. This new agency will be operating at a small budget of 3 billion dollars and this money will be pulled from the military budget every year to eliminate any extra cost to the people. This act will call for higher educated people to fill the necessary jobs like, Programming, Electrical Engineer, Computer and Communication specialist, Pilots, and many other jobs to do with intelligence collecting and national security. Director Watson will be appointing the rest of his staff in the coming weeks and he is very excited to keep our country and our world a safer place. We hope that we can work with other intelligence agencies in the SCO to achieve our mission of a safer and more free Asia.
