Oh hey Kendor, how it going? Yeah, I'm also clueless, you should ask Benaroon and Esplanade, they seems to be on track.

I can really only give my whole history in this conflict, so here is what I did( which i think is a large majority):
A small shuttle containing the president illegally entered the atmosphere and was directed to a space port.
There was a small esplanade force surrounding the shuttle, the president made his debut as robotic brain in a jar machine creature.
He made a rather impressive speech-impressive because the arrival of the large expedition fleet which had an amazing light show across the cities it could be seen from.
He was led into a hologram room by the squad of esplanade soldiers to go speak with the queen.
While this is going on the Imperial Federation Arrived. They sent a shuttle down and so did Benaroon, to follow theirs.
The shuttle landed a ways from theirs, and three marines had an ultimately useless scuffle with the marines the Fed sent down to go negotiate.
They left behind a Marine who has a sword forged by Karl Marx and embedded with his soul. This marine is currently approaching the fed marines down there.
Flashback to the president, he made another speech(offering his protection of Eclius, an invading force that wants to eliminate all living life) and the queen accepted.
This prompted the president to bring in a Full Counter-Invasion Fleet ( an invasion fleet basically(not invading)).
The Queen wasn't very happy with this.
The Admiral of the fleet is yelling at the other fleets coming into the system, but no one is answering him only making him more pissed off.
The President comes back from the surface and sends down 30 space marine companies to force the rebels out of the two cities he knows of.
The Marines leave New Carthage in favor of reinforcing the forces currently surrounded at Allancia. They are currently falling from space onto the enemies and fighting more.
While this is going on the Queen brought up another hologram message to yell at the president for basically invading the planet.
The president replies in a vary dickish manner and says that hes only reclaiming the capitol city.
He then finishes by asking if she wants anything, in a very smug tone.

Actually, there is a very extensive one, but it's all been shutdown the moment the Senate was destroyed.

Like, holy shit. I'm at 2100 by now, that's...well fuck, a 3/5ths of my fleet. Kinda bummed that the guy I was interacting with, who also has the prince, has dropped off the face of the planet.

So, Imperial Esplanade, you want me to bring down the Federation hammer down on the system, prolly boot every one out, and get a proper anti-guerrilla campaign set up?

I ask as this RP is going the way the old one did, rather lax limits on ORBATs and, to be honest, a bit too many people causing it to devolve in to a jumbled mess.

It got to the point were the Federation of Parcia, an evolution of the old Empire and a large regional power to begin with, had grown to be come a sort of US in space with an Asian twist, and that the force sent in to aid Imperial Esplanade was but a fraction of the full Imperial Navy (which is the only branch of the Federation navy to remain "Imperial" in name) and One of my OC's even explained the Navy was the largest of the Federation military branches and threatened to "bring the federation hammer down" in the form of a Parcian fleet, numbering over a thousand led by 2 out of the 4 Titans the navy fields.

In that case, I was just using old cannon to reinforce my point, now granted back then the navy was limited at 3000, because even then I wasn't the largest nation there, but its been 5 years and navy has grown.

In terms of interaction, it would likely be between a Federation ONI strike team and your forces, as I'm trying to avoid number gimping the players present.

I think I understand. I envisioned my own Federation to be an emerging and large force, not yet comparative to the USA's modern state. While I can't deploy 2,000 vessels if I wanted to, my ships independently are incredibly powerful and able to adapt to varying combat situations. I haven't very much done any official FT roleplaying before this, but we could certainly make canonical arrangements if it is so pleased.

So you want to have special operations forces meet up? I was planning on sending a team for reconnaisance down outside of Allancia. If you'd care to discuss anything more in detail, I'd be glad to take it to TG.

But seriously though, you have a thousand-ship strong fleet near the border? I thought your ORBAT was just a hundred or so.

15, actually, but my agent's handler (a fleet admiral) called for a reinforcement, the plan was that if she was lost, i would send in the ORBAT + reinforcements.

I try to use the least number of forces as possible from the start, only number gimping when shit hits the fan.
