With the belligerent and unnecessarily hostile nature of the nation hereof involved, the Federal Republic of Ostronopolis views the matter with utmost importance. Noting the intended and abhorrent expansionism enacted by the state here-mentioned, this union of states, conformed to their beliefs by moral and realistic truth in the matter hereof, do hereby fully decree the immediate compliance with the demands and other such mentions associated hereof, by the state recognized internationally as the Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh.

The demands aforementioned, are hereby noted as: The immediate withdrawal from all commonwealths, colonies and other such named international territories unlawfully held by the Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh, and the limit of presence of any form thereupon the aforesaid lands. Noting that these territories include all named within membership of the Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh and its greater commonwealth and realms; the Grand Duchy of Hiedenburgh-Hardenburg, the Grand Duchy of Bhatten-Hardenburgh, the Grand Duchy of Slechlenburgh, the Protectorate of Northwest Patagonia, the Republic of NS Gregaria, the Grand Duchy of Vladenhok, the Protectorate of Northwest bohemia, the Kingdom of Churchilland, the Colony of Hardenburghian India, the Colony of Hardenburghan Bengal, the Colony of Hardenburghian Myanmar, the Most Serene Republic of PsychoticHorses, the Protectorate of West Troptopia, the Republic of Yankees Nation, the Empire of French Territories, the Colony of Territorial Guiana, the Colony of Territorial India and the Republic of Jaloria.

All states and other such territories and/or entities mentioned having no wish, and right to enjoy sovereign liberty, shall be inherent to those states thereof, and the frugal grasp upon them shalt be broken. All entities shall be protectorates of the Federal Republic of Ostronopolis and the Commonwealths Whereby, and/or upon the cognition of governing authorities thereto contracted upon the entities aforesaid, the right to remain sovereign shall be inherent.

Further demands shall include, the limit of armed forces to no more than the numeric sum of fifty thousand, and no greater, and the limit upon the aerial power, naval power, and land-based machinery power being of no numeric sums. Upon this in summary, the numeric sum of fifty-thousand soldiers based for defensive purposes only shall be a right inherent.

In final, the deregulation and implementation of authority exercised proportionately to this Federal Republic of Ostronopolis and the Commonwealths Whereby, upon all enterprises operating within any entities aforesaid, and specifically noting the Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh, shall be mandated.

As in final, should the demands hereof be of noncompliance within the time allotted as twenty-four hours from the time hereof at twenty-two hundred hours (22:00; 10:00 P.M), and or the refutation by the state hitherto, in which this is of necessary attention, the Federal Republic of Ostronopolis shall exercise the appropriated consequences of forcibly enacted compliance.

In closing statement and sentiment, the unnecessary expansionism and belligerence by the state here-mentioned shall cease and ultimately desist, and the compliance with demands aforesaid, and here-mentioned thereto, shall be required.

TO: Ostronopolis

Hardenburgh appreciates Ostronopolis's concern for the wellbeing of the Federation , and would like to assure it that we , unlike any of the other nations that do hold onto collections of territories , mandates and protectorates , are fully committed to the goals of self determination. Although the intervention of Ostronopolis is based on the best of intentions , we feel , that once again , a nation with very little understanding of political makeup of the Federation is trying to strong arm its policy , something that will not happen. The Union of states that the Federation consists of are all self governing and , the links that they have at most with Hardenburgh are defensive , and in the case of Northwest Bohemia are they foreign political. All nations under the protection of Hardenburgh reside in that position out of choice , and we would like to remind Ostronopolis , that now we only have one protectorate which we are responsible for in other affairs such as foreign relations , besides defense , this being Northwest Bohemia due to certain amounts of political instability due to a recent coup by a nationalistic government. Hardenburgh can assure Ostronopolis that it is fully committed to the goals of Bohemian independence , and already , a set of plans are drafted that will see the withdrawal of all Hardenburghian powers , by the end of this month. As with Northwest Patagonia , also , considered by some , the last colony of Hardenburgh , on the 27th of March, it underwent a historic transition from a Protectorate to a Dominion , and we plan to cut the last remaining policy making ties within the next six months.

It seems that Ostronopolis is trying to push the Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh on a process of decolonisation that it had already engaged on. It also seems appropriate to remind Ostronopolis that the Hardenburghan Commonwealth is now an extinct existence , replaced by the more powerful and effective Grand Hardenburghan Federation. A region that is run through the unity and cooperation of all member states , all autonomous or near-autonomous entities. Some of the ex-Commonwealth States , excluding the Kingdom of Churchilland , The Empire of Alexiandra , the Revolutionary Labour front of Nort Eurasia , The Empire of the Fallout Rebels , The Victorious States of Blademasters , The Protectorate of Frindia , The Republic of West Troptopia , The Pimp Daddy Mack of Whatsurname , The Republic of Yankees Nation and The Free Land of the Black Plains , share the Hardenburghian Head of State , the Grand Duchy , but this position is nothing more than symbolic , and as with the Case of West Troptopia , if it is the intention of the state to withdraw from this status , it is considered the duty of Hardenburgh in every way to assist them in doing so.

It is obvious that Ostronopolis does not understand the makeup of the Grand Hardenburghan Federation , a merger between the member states of the Grand Halls and Hardenburghian Commonwealth. Based on a federal system of government , the region is based on values of unity , mutual cooperation , equal political representation, non-agression , self determination and freedom and this is why , Hardenburgh considers it the duty of its state to support any attempts by Territories , as said before , to gain independence. However , back to the founding principles of the federation , they ensure that no state , including the Protectorates of Hardenburgh are politically mis-represented in the framework of the Organization. All member states , including those such as Hardenburghian East India and Hardenburghian Bengal have representatives and policy makers in the parliament meaning that they have full representation , and any proposals they make , none as of yet , to become independent states , will be acted upon fully by the entirety of the assembly. It would also do Ostronopolis well to know that any action against Hardenburgh could very easily result in a retaliatory response from the entirety of the Federation under its Defence of The Realm , (DoRA) agreement and potentially the Coalition of Nation States , a close ally. However , Hardenburgh will not take up arms against Ostronopolis , this dispute must be resolved through diplomatic dialogue , especially in an era where Hardenburghs policy of Massive Retaliation exists. Neither will Hardenburgh decrease the size of its armed forces , or the relative power of them. Ostronopolis should stand down now or be the victim of a humiliating , political defeat.

The Government find it hypocritical to say the very least that a nation that is apparently based on values of Self Determination and Freedom is planning to overrun the Grand Hardenburghan Federation merely to gain itself a monopoly of protectorates especially as it has its own and by far larger set of territories , all obviously under no kind of devolved governance unlike Hardenburgh's , we would encourage the government to reconsider their position in this issue as to the observer , this seems more like a imperialistic conquest rather than a true liberation of oppressed states, which , to remind Ostronopolian government for the final time , are all in the process of receiving greater levels of autonomy , or as in the case of Northwest Bohemia , and Northwest Patagonia full flung independence. Furthermore we would suggest that the Ostronopolian pay its attention to the protectorates of nations such as Old Tyrannia , some of which have requested independence and been the subject of full scale military invasions due to this. We give Ostronopolis a period until 10.00 on Sunday the 28th of March 2010 to stand down and renounce its aggressive stance , before the Federation and its allies are forced to take a defensive stance

I intend to clarify two things with you. One, I am not scared of you or your republic. My empire could blow you and all of your puppets away. I am the proprietor of 150 of my own nations. I am leader of a syndicate of hundreds that you have never heard of. And should you try and demand ANYTHING from one of my allies, or friends, I will be there.

The affairs, ideals, and ideas posessed by Hardenburg as a nation, and his federation known as the Hardenburg Federation, are, as my 7 year old daughter may say "None of your beeswax". You have no business sticking your head in the affairs of Hardenburg, and this is of no importance to you. Furthermore, you have made the federation sound like a group of rowdy no-bodies, that are barbarian and uncivilised. Hostility is no part of the federation, henceforth, this is utterly unnecessary, and utterly wasteful.

As a member state, any action especially expansionist, would be considered highly unwise and the consequence of which, for him would be catastrophic, and on a more personal note, I consider the president of the Hardenburg Federation a personal friend of mine, and he is not at all under any circumstance as agressive as you make him out to be.

In Closing, I consider it exceptionally wise that you cease your threatening behaviour and your rude demands hidden under a shroud of big words and long words. So please, sir, I say this in all politeness and with all due respect- Back the hell off.

I am not a nice person, I don't want you as an ally or friend, but I want you to back away and close all demands made to him. Or you will face serious concequences.

Hiedenburgh-Hardenburg pities the pathetic stance that Ostronopolis has taken. A nation , evidently with no idea or understanding of the functions , administrative or political process the Federation relies upon. It would do the ignorant and outspoken government of Ostronopolis well to remember , that the Federation is a purely defensive organization and any nations under the protection or administration of the Hardenburghian government are there at their own choice and discretion , free to enter and exit as they please. Furthermore , how can the Ostronopolian government hold a stance that is so hypocritical , their armed forces would barely be liberating the Federation as the intent of the government would be to re-annex the States as possessions. Furthermore , the stance that the Ostronopolian government has taken against the Federation shows an even further ignorance and stupidity, a worrying asset to a nation that would like to consider itself a great power. Does the government not realise that the member states of the Federation are member states because they support the values , goals , aims and aspirations of the union ,as an upholder of "freedom and self determination" Ostronopolis should especially appreciate this ,does the government of Ostronopolis not realise that any attack of Federal territory would ultimately lead to a war, does the government of Ostronopolis not realise that any offensive action against any territory of the Federation would lead to a war that however much manpower they threw at it , they would inevitably loose. With thirteen million soldiers , ready to deploy on an eight hour notice , Ostronopolis is well and truly crossing swords with the wrong region.

To avoid an embarrassing and demeaning defeat , both politically and militarily , the Hiedenburghian government demands that Ostronopolis stands down now. With an unsteady footing in this conflict , the government of Hiedenburgh would like to discourage a war which would be destructive and catastrophic for Ostronopolis, after which , the reductions they have demanded to Hardenburgh's forces would forcibly be made to theirs. If Ostronopolis does not understand the functions of the Federation Hiedenburgh would be more than happy to host a set of talks to enlighten him as to the political integrity of the region , something he obviously lacks. And if he does want to embark on a crusade of imperialist expansionism , thinly disguised as liberation , we suggest he engages a region where nations and member states actually want devolution and independence. The Federation is not one of these regions , and as long as the current system of governance continues , will never be. Hiedenburgh would strongly suggest that before responding Ostronopolis reconsiders its position before well and truly flagging the extent of the political incompetence and ineptitude of its government

I am unsure to make of this. Of course, while I am of the utmost brethren with the Ostronopolii friends, I cannot but help to express some degree of curiosity, lamentation and slight disgust or perturbations at their decision to increase their actions in an imperialist manner. While I will stand behind Ostronopolis' leaders in their decision, I believe that the actions themselves are questionable to say the least. Am I sacrificing my morals and my position in the political spectrum to support what I believe is a possibly inefficient action? I am.

While my words may be nothing more than prose-salient finger wagging, I would like to say that should in the case of the Hardenburgh Federation (or what-have you name such an organization) decide to commit forces, I will be limiting my actions with either side, if only because the situation does not call for the Amalgamate's intervention in any of the situations. While I will be stating that I will not send forces or aid to either side before or in the wake of a conflict, I would like to remind all parties that this does not mean I will keep a blind eye to the unfolding events. If everything works out between both sides, then civility has lasted and peace has become prominence. If not, then there will be issues.

Whether I speak with the words of the Conglomerate or not is no matter nor too difficult to discern. Instead, the real question that must be understood is "Is this worth it?" So, I ask to those who seek to create chaos out of the little order that exists in the world. Is it worth it? Is it worth it to risk the lives and thereby through externalities the performance of others in the marketplace? Is it worth it to fight for only the sake of pouting when pouting is not needed? Is it worth it? Perhaps I reek with the stench of incredulity and hypocrisy, but my eyes cannot see much beyond a declaration for the extension of imperialism.

So the only thing I ask is a consideration, from both sides. This is not a condemnation or a sign of utmost support. These are simply words from one human being to a non-human being. It is the appeal of an irrational thing to a rational organization. Please consider whether this is worth it. In return, what decisions that will be undertaken by Ostronopolis will be supported by the Amalgamate, though perhaps it will be mainly in words.

We have yet to see what hands our brotherly God has given us.
