So, basically, my guys are going to go in and attempt to find and mark nuclear launch sites. This way, we can stop anyone from firing nuclear weapons. So, how many nukes does each Community have and what are the delivery systems.

Having managed to catch up on this (it took a lot of reading) my nation would generally be leaning to back Lee. As a nation we don't have any ambition for nuclear capabilities and obviously would prefer a world with no nuclear detonations, this tied with our location on the map (see image below) makes me think then re-initiating the old government is the best course of action.

However I don't think Towns can be ruled out, would it be possible to coerce Lee and Towns in working together to bring peace to the region?

It would be hard to convince the communities of such, though not impossible. A large scale strike would not work for this, though a "failed" assassination attempt may, should the proper weapons be utilized.

I would advise being careful with such. Even fowl language, cigarettes, alcohol, or improper identification would give the person away as a non-citizen. It is important to note that, even now, Fort Lee is one of the most militarized non-combat zones in Sunalaya.

Indeed, but fewer would be trusting after such events. And of those who would help, those would be in Senns or Losr, not in Fort Lee.
