He has in his most gracious of natures has donated a considerable sum to a newly fashioned charitable trust to be known as the His Perfections Scholarly Trust. The purpose of this institution is to provide an opportunity to those of a filial character and whose talents would afford them to be able to contribute much to their society to access the highest forms of education around. Often many such people are neglected in our world thanks to the misfortune they may suffer which may prevent them from achieving their potential and furthermore limits what they can contribute to their civilisation. The world is in dire need of men who are of virtuous character, to help rid it of the degenerate, the uncultured and the unfilial parasites which have facilitated degradation. For a better future, the Ditu is promoting this particular project.
To commemorate the founding of this charitable adventure, the Ditu has dictated that the Da Migong-Xungong Gala to become a regular event which shall be held once every solar two years to celebrate the charity. It presents a chance for many for those of respectable characters and good fortune to socialise with one another in respectable company. Fostering good friendships and relationships always a good task for any prudent character. The 1st Da Migong-Xungong Gala will be using all excess profits from it to fund primarily the HPST but will also make donations to other causes elsewhere.

The Gala is to be held in on the island of Xungong, in the largest palace in all Akai, Da Migong. Constructed by Jieke with the help of his personal architect Xi Xishang Li, with construction starting in 1984. The largest single complex in all Akai, it is the centre of Clan Lazin and the Dituate, with Jieke moving the kneeling throne of Giaishugnuang inside of it. This particular event shall be held in the thirteenth pyramid at the rear of the facility, overlooking the Xuanjing bay. At the start, the Ditu will personally greet male-female pairs of guests who will be offered a variety of foods (please make inquiries to the Ditu’s staff about any requests or concerned to be raised). Afterwards, dinner shall occur in which a five-course meal will be served, which can be altered at the discretion of the guest. Then afterwards the dancing shall begin, in the baroque Laojandanse style for the Akai guests, other styles may be used at the guest's discretion. Afterwards, this would be followed by an opportunity for duelling and after that, the guests may retire to their rooms within the palace. The Dress Code is strictly formal with military dress and or white tie for the men and evening or ball dress for the women. Masks would be appreciated but are not mandatory. A minimum donation of 13,000 ꡋ Lazin Yuan or appropriate conversions is needed for a seat to be secured, all profits from that will be donated directly to the charities of choice.
