We here by formally invite all of the counties of UOP to a meeting at the city of Stez in lower Engineerinia, I am told that most forigners like trees, so we picked one that we have not gotten to yet in the glorious name of progress. You wil be escorted by ten of our best agents to guard you from the moment you arrive to the moment you get on the plane to leave. You can see our museums full of Engineerinian history such as the Empires conquest into Stez or world history as well. It's your choice what to do before the meeting starts.

We will be discussing the division of the new continent of Africa, as per they are walking around with spears and if we don't do this, another region of the world will. I understand your considerin with some of you as per this is history in the repeating, however since the numerous civil wars in the area are causing havoc and no country has any official government, do we have a choice? Plus we can always free them in say 20 years when we fix it up.

Finally we will start the meeting once the sufficient delegates have arrived. I wish you safe journyies and farewell for now.

Take the coast, then head into the mainland. I recommend avoiding Northern Africa as its a big desert. If you want to take Northern Africa, take only the coast. The lush forests in the South as the best place to colonize due to its resources it has. Madagascar would be another important place to have. Coming to think of it, I will take Southern Madagascar, not all of it. I will put a base there, but I won't make it a colony.

Hello, President of Sugrastan. I am glad you are taking an environmental approach. My land in Southern Madagascar will have a Naval Base but it will mostly be used for farming. Although, what will be your claim on Africa? Engineerinia has already claimed Egypt and Libya.

I don't think there that many endangered species, but there are certainly some who easily could get into that classification.
