The Lotylayian-Uran War(FOR NATIONS ONLY IN ARCHMONT)

At 6 PM EST, on the 13th, an assembly was held in the capital city of Ura, Laki on the question of Uran independence from the government of Lotylay. The Uran Assembly declared "sovereignty and autonomy of the Uran people in Lotylay.” On February 14th, at 12 PM, a mono-ethnic referendum was held on the question of independence from Lotylay in the regions of Ura, Aski, and Feron. In Ura, 78% of the populace voted for independence. Similarly, 56% of the Askian populace voted for independence. However, only 12% of the Feronese populace voted fo independence and therefore they stayed in Lotylay. The local municipalities declared independence from Lotylay, and have formed the Uran Republic. One Brigade of the 2nd Home Defense Division and the 2nd Corp within the 2nd Army deserted and joined the newly formed Uran Republic, as well as 67 MBTs, 168 J-22s and 245 MiG 29s. The Lotylayian minorities within these regions have begun fighting with the ethnic Urans, and the army has begun to move in to crush resistance. Fighting has broke out in the streets with the conflict being professed as The Lotylayian-Uran War. Unification seems unlikely, but Lotylay will use all forces available to it in order to fight the new republic

Lotylay officially declares war upon The Uran Republic. It asks its allies to not get involved in the conflict unless Lotylay calls upon them.

The Uran Republic officially asks all nations to join it against the Imperial Lotylayians. We hope to triumph over these expansionist dogs who hold all power in Manistai, but we can't do it without your help. For the Confederacy!

At 12 PM EST, the 1st Lotylayian Division and the 3rd Home Defense Brigade, composing of 200 tanks, 350 artillery pieces, and over 16,000 ground forces pushed into the Northeast of Ura, threatening a flank on the capital of Ura, Laki, which is in the Central-North. Around 10,000 Uran forces, composing of 76 artillery pieces and 32 tanks, along with 4,000 men in local militias ambushed the invasion force at the area known as Morrow Hills. The 3rd Brigade was watching the rear of the force, and took the blunt of the attack, losing 1,700 of its 4,000 men and 32 tanks, along with 45 artillery pieces. The first division found itself facing off with small militias operating in guerilla tactics, although they were quickly stopped after a tank advance split up groups of fighters and interrupted communications. The 1st only lost 342 of its 15,000 men, and only 12 tanks, along with 27 artillery pieces. The Uran Army lost 2,400 men,58 artillery pieces, and 13 tanks, while the militias lost 3,600 men. The Lotylayian Army is continuing its push, moving for central Ura upon which it could drive north and take Laki. While this was a success for Lotylay, it does not mean the end of the war, as 25,000 Uran Army forces took the strategic city of Koa, in Calstai.

Lotylay invites its allies to The Lotylayian-Uran War. Allies do not need to support, but it is appreciated. They may use military forces against Ura now.

On February 17th, 2017, the National Council has decided to assist the nation of Lotylay and help them with the current crisis, and has declared war on the Uran Republic. Riasan Troops will be pulled out of Barcelonea, and will be sent to a undisclosed location in Lotylay.

[The Uran Republic]

The Uran Republic declares unrestricted aerial warfare and will fire on any plane it finds a threat to the Uran people. It asks for any nations to help fight against Lotylay.

[Belguard]

Through both government and independent investigations, the independence referendum was valid and that the first agressions came Lotylayian nationals in the newly formed Uran Republic, whom started killing ethnic Urans with political motivations. Belguard will follow the national protocol involving new nations which includes, sending an ambassador, constitution of an embassy, and trade deals with he new nation. We will remain militarily neutral unless provoked be either side.

A warning to all nations in the conflict: if you aircraft violate Belguardian airspace without permission from the Belguardian military, they will be shot down. This does not apply to commercial passenger jets.

The Federation of The Uran Republic thanks Belguard for its recognition of Uran sovereignty. We will accept your ambassador with open arms and hope to work with you over the deal of an embassy constitution. As soon as Ura gains full independence, we shall begin to negotiate trade deals with you. We guarantee that our air force will not interfere with Belguardian airspace, however any military plane flying over Ura without proper authorization will be shot down. Any non-Uran civilian killed in the crossfire will be considered a casualty of war, so Ura encourages nations to ban immigration temporarily to the warzone. We ask any and all nations to help The Uran Republic with our fight for sovereignty, freedom, and overall guaranteed rights that we find to be established as ours from birth.

[New Fareoland]

The Armed Republic of New Fareoland recognizes The Uran Republic as an independent country, and will decide wether to aid The Uran Republic, and denounces the nations of Lotylay, Dio Rias, and the Redwolfs Empire for this act against the newly formed Uran Republic.

[Barcelonea]

The Constitutional Monarchy of Barcelonea has decided to aid the newly formed Republic of Ura, and to stop the imperial dogs from destroying the Republic any further.

[Lotylay]

The Imperial Commonwealth State of Lotylay officially declares war upon Barcelonea on accounts of directly supporting Lotylay's enemy Ura. Lotylay calls all its allies into the conflict.

[The Uran Republic]

The Uran Republic would like to thank all of its recent supports to help in the unnecessary war between the Republic and imperial Lotylay, and will defend it's new allies in any aggression from the imperialistic government of Lotylay. Either stop this aggression to The Uran Republic's allies, or the Republic will do something to solve this problem.

[Belguard]

Belguard will not heed Lotylay's call to arms as we still stand by the investigations held by government and third party groups that had concluded in the earlier days. Due to the increasing Geo-political tensions, flights over and around the combat zone are to be banned for the duration on the conflict, flights will re rerouted to other destinations and passengers will have to take another means of transportation to get to their desired destination. Belguard fortify its borders, particularly on the western border where the conflict is occurring. We will still have a militarily neutral at this time.

Lucidar will not be participating in this conflict. During this time, unauthorized planes will be forbidden from entering Aecerian, Arstobristanian, and Lucidarian airspace.

[The Uran Republic]

The Uran Republic's President, Ken Muller has decided that if the aggression of Lotylay's allies would not stop, he would have to lead his nation further into Lotylayian borders. On February 21, the Uran military has decided to take an important capital of Lotylay, the city of Ingrad, on the western region of Calstai and has set up patrols and spotpoints in the event of an attack, which will be lead by President Muller's most trustworthy, Major General, Adom Kresivikosi that will act upon as in higher branch of the Military of Ura

Daldwin sends a force of 150 Daldwinic Jets, 75 Tanks, and 20 Thousand Armed Forces to assist the defense of Lotylay, we do not declare war on anyone, but only wish to defend a friend. We do not recognize Ura as a nation, but only as a large colony gone rogue.

[Dio Rias]

On February 23rd, 11:34 AM, Uran forces marched to the city of Ingrad, they were able to occupy the east and southern portion of Ingrad. Unfortunately, both Lotylayian and Riasan Troops were able to secure the North and western portion of Ingrad. 10,000 Uran forces drove froward through the southern parts of Ingrad through the Jerane Forest, as a size of 8,000 Militiamen as well from the Jerane Forest. Ingrad is a coastal city, which meant 15,000 Uran forces, and a number to of 2,000 militiamen on the coastline of Ingrad, that would have Uran Republic an advantage.

At 1:21 PM, Riasan Troops made their way to the Northern part of Ingrad, sending out 100~ Goliath H-9 tanks that ramaged into the Eastern half of Ingrad, with 9,000 Riasan Troops, 100~ H-9's, and a carpet bomb by Vsat-4's, it was an easy win, unfortunately the coastline forces held most of the Eastern half of Ingrad, but made it easier for the Lotylayian troops.

At 3:54 PM, 5,300 Infrantry, containing 2nd, 3rd, and 6th Divisionary, also with 200 Tanks, 500 L-56 Howitzers, 400 APCs, 200 IFVs, and finally 1,700 Elite Mountaineers. They secured the Eastern half with the Riasan Troops, which was an easy victory for both. Except, the Uran military, which composed of Coastline force, and the Jerane Forest Force, which would be a difficult path to victory. The Elite Mountaineers were able to quickly take out the Gorilla Trained militiamen of the Jerane Forest Force, it was an up from a landslide.

At 4:12 PM, the Lotylayian infrantry was able to control fully the Eastern portion, while the Riasan Troops we're heading to the southern of Ingrad, as the Lotylayian infrantry would flank at the right time.

Finally at 6:57 PM, the Lotylayian infrantry and Riasan Troops countered the Uran military, eventually surrounding every opening, which they were stuck like rats. A series of explosions and infrantry finally decimated the Military into death or surrender. The Uran Republic failed on securing Ingrad, which was a victory for the Lotylayians and Riasans.
