I feel like this war is just a bad way to end this RP.

I was Skyping Warg earlier, and I couldn't disagree with him on the fact that there's so much flame wars and whatever. Everyone's doing some form of godmodding, there are flame wars everyday on the OOC, and it's basically gone to just numberwanking. No kidding, the powers of the world are just gonna recruit more people, and with Manticore occasionally godmodding and Arengin saying, "I fought against you in a war so I know your tactics," it's just a pretty bad end to this roleplay. I may take accountability for not being the greatest OP, and I can definitely confirm that, but co-ops also have a say too. That's essentially why co-ops are there, to help me out because my knowledge on this topic is limited and I can't be too attentive to all this.

Welfresio in a way was right. Although I'm quite proud that we've made it this far, our quality of roleplaying has essentially deteriorated into just numberwanking, out-teching each other, and godmodding almost. In the original RP, I was locked in a war with Welfresio, and it was quite interesting. It was tense. We couldn't just call up a buncha reserves and just swarm the enemy like that. No, we had to play carefully. Artillery barrages and trenches had to be utilized, and so on. Now, it's like, "Oh I send in x amount of people." And then the other goes. "I send in y amount of tanks to counter those people."

I mean the thrill is still there. I was excited to continue Commodore Bay, but the tensity of the war is gone. I know I made the mistake of letting Traansval get a go with the motor (I regret that highly now), and that I could've done several things on my part, but this is just going down. In the end, it's just gonna be numbers, tech, and so on.

I know this is one of my long rants that I've probably given too much time to think on, but think about it. It's true, in a sense, and we've strayed... I've strayed from the entire idea that it was supposed to be as realistic as it would in real life.

I don't know what Sceoji would say. A few months ago, he applauded me for bringing the RP this far.

But is it the same RP?

Well there hasn't been a Hitler declaring we need to kill all the Texans. Though I'll probably have some issues initially wherever we go, but lol. Though if we do get a Hitler, I'll legit get the gang and go to war.
